It looks like an arc to me. Jiraiya's Shinobi Handbook? Wtf is that? Its not a dream . Its not in the war . Its a side story? But why in a time like that? Why would they add fillers in the first place the MANGA is OVER!!!! We can fkn carry on without fillers! Damn this is sooooo annoying! This is just soooo wrong!

Well, if the next opening on October has no canon, this filler will last for a long time.

Also, the Jiraiya filler could be Tsunade's dream...That's all I can think of, unless they make a filler about Jiraiya's book...Wouldn't that be a filler within a filler? They are already doing dream fillers and now they have a filler arc starting within it.
