I reached my file size quota and I need to upload more images, how do I delete the pictures from there?

They can't be deleted from the upload manager (the popup you get after you click add more files to the album)
Just delete them from the album itself.

To delete from the upload manager you have to delete that image from all the places/posts you used them. As long as it's in use it stays.
