(Kuchyose no Jutsu: Ame Kyuu) - Summoning Techique: Rain Globe

Description: The user will summon a small globe, similar to the snow globes but with water instead of snow, it has only 15cm diametre. This globe is infused with the user's chakra and to work, the user first needs to send his chakra to the clouds and connect it with the globe. Once done, the user can use it. The user can inser this chakra into the globe to manipulate the water inside of it, and will shake it, then, the rain that is falling will move according to how the user shake it and will take shape according to the shape the user gave to the water inside of the globe. Can only be summoned once and must be rainning. The user cannot mix elemental chakra on the sphere.

While I throw a barrage of 8 kunnais to you, out of your blind spot (Created by the rain) and when they reach your eye range you see multiple crows on your direction.

Every kunnai as a group of ants surrounding it, in places where the rain can't knock them out (such as the ring and beneath the blade).
At that point, where you see the crows, the rain starts to go up in a sudden, clogging your view all around your position.

The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop which falls on the ground starts to go up into the air instead, so the rain becomes backwards, when the rain becomes backwards it can stop techniques such as the Rain Spear technique and others.
Note:this Jutsu Does not work on A or S rank jutsu.

with my chakra sensing rain i can see where are and which are the real kunais. I deflect them shooting multiple bones out of my body. They cut the kunais and continue towards you while i get still, staring at you.

As your bones touch the kunnais, my bugs crawl onto them and continue towards you. Still guarded from the rain, wich means you don't know about their existence. They continue trough your blind spot, now created by your bones.
I do know rain jutsus, and since your Rain globe doesn't actually create rain, I guess my jutsu takes effect.
You bone range is short range, I'm at least mid-range, or else i wouldn't be able to throw the kunnais and create the genjutsu at the same time.
So as the rain reverses, (obviously I make them move in order to miss my ants, but you can't notice the small change without a doujutsu, it's not that big of a change), I turn my blades into guns, but I leave them on my back.

Your bugs will just die/get hit by the rain and they fall on the ground useless :|. When they continue towards me, since the bugs came out of your kunais safe place, they just fall on the ground.
As for your reverse rain, you can't hold your water/rain chakra there and use other jutsus, since you can't focus on both things, and is just impossible. Anyway, i use
