After receiving word that Kumogakure had stolen an important document from Kiri, the Mizukage had sent Neji on a pursuit to retrieve it back. The hunt have been going on for almost 2 days now, and he then found himself at the shore of northeastern shore of Kirigakure, as it seems the thief was heading towards the Moon Country. Using his Byakgan, Neji is able to locate him and sees him jumping on top of a large glacier. Very dedicated to complete his mission, he charged at full speed and jumped 6 meters onto the floating block of ice. As he is standing mid range from the Kumo Ninja, he firmly tells him, "Hey, you. I believe you have something I want back, so we can do this the easy way..." Neji places his hand firmly on his katana's hilt, "...Or the hard way."
(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye (passive)

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

Shino sees the kiri nin jump on the glacier with him he quickly notices him with his byakugan its neji 'what is it you want neji?' shino says and observes neji
After hearing Shino's response, Neji realizes he's gonna have to take Kiri's possession by force. "*sigh* Playing dumb I see? No matter, I will retrieve what is rightfully ours no matter that, Kumo scum." After uttering those words, he takes out his katana from his scabbard and readies himself in his stance. Momentarily, he begins to concentrate as he channels his chakra into the blade. After doing so, retracts his sword and then swings his sword in a crescent shape and expels a red wave of chakra that strikes his opponent and creates a deep gash in his right hip.
(Suraisu Shinku no Nami) - Slicing Crimson Wave

Description: The user does a simple cresent-shaped slash at the opponent, expelling a red chakra wave.
As shino sees the slash come towards him he quicky commands his bug to form a dome around him which blocks the slash shino then forms a clone right beside him. Which runs towards neji as the clone reaches neji it punches neji in his right eye then shino quickly throws a kunai with an exposive tag aimed right at neji's heart after it stabs neji the tag then explodes. 'that can't stop me you know'.
(Mushi Kame no Jutsu) - Insect Jar Technique

Description: The user will use Kikaichū bugs living in the user's body as a shield by having them fly in a dome shape at high speed. It is similar to the Hyūga clan's Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin.
The dome is strong enough to destroy incoming attacks, but can be disrupted with sufficient explosive force.

When Neji sees that Shino has blocked his sword attack, he notices that he had created a clone made of many little bugs. However, this didn't worry his one bit. When Neji sees the clone coming toward him for a punch, Neji gave a little smirk. As Shino's clone hand comes towards Neji, he grabs the clone's hand with his right hand while flipping you to their right and very fast the clone's back is facing him. Neji quickly jabs them 3 times on your back hitting 3 tenketsus with the third sending you flying face forward into the real Shino (before he can throw the kunai), causing both of them to fall over.
When they both fall over, Neji uses this opportunity to retrieve the document. While using the sea as a water source, Neji weaves the tiger hand seal while molding suiton chakra; Simultaneously, he concentrates on what he looks like. Soon after, a water clone of himself is seen emerging from the glacier. After he does this, he uses the clone to fetch the document and manages to get it back to the real Neji. When this happens, Neji gets rid of the clone and thinks to himself, ~Time to get serious~
Standing mid-range from his opponent, Neji begins to gather and mold his futon chakra inside of his lungs. He then takes a deep breath, and quickly exhales a large, spherical blast of wind that repels his opponent back into the icy cold water and destroys the clone. Shortly when Shino falls into the water, he suffers from Hypothermia and dies from a severely dropped body temperature.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

Description: The user will have their insects form a tornado that traps the opponent and then the user will move into the tornado and command some more bugs to crush into the opponent.

Before Neji can strike the bug clone, he notices him dispersing into a high mass of bugs. Immediately taking precaution, he quickly begins to mold futon chakra and inhales deeply. He then proceeds to jump up 1 foot in the air and exhales the wind from his mouth, forcefully propelling himself away from the opponent's bug tornado. When he gets away from the bugs, he back flips onto a nearby floating block of ice. ~That was too close; Gotta be more careful...~

Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.
While standing long range from his opponent, on top of the lake, J starts to gather a lot of his chakra and channels it within the water source below him. After doing so, he gathers some chakra into his hands before weaving the necessary hand seals [ Dragon → Tiger ]. Momentarily, a large amount of chakra infused water emerges from the lake. He then uses shape manipulation to transform the water into a large dragon, which attacks his opponent with its mouth.
While Shino is distracted with the dragon, Neji starts to gather a lot of his chakra and channels it within the water source below him. After doing so, he gathers some chakra into his hands before clapping them together. Momentarily, a large spiraling vortex of water appears out of thin air between Neji and his opponent. He then uses chakra manipulation to make the water vortex cataract into a powerful wave that spans wide and sprees toward Shino, & his bugs and blasts them away. "Suiton: Suishū Gorugon!"

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.
