Fighting style you would prefer to have in real life from Naruto?

8 Gates (extremely overrated): Very painful and causes death. Madara solos 8 Gate Gai no diff (Sorry couldn't resist)

Frog Kata: The perfect taijustu stated by Kishi, danger sensing, match opponent's speed and rhythm no matter how fast they are, unleash an invisible counter.

Deadly Bone Pulse: Kaguya and Kimimaro bone style, ya know the details, make your bones as hard as you want, give them a disintegration effect

Medical style (fan made): It sort of exist Tsunade, Sakura, and Kabuto use this. I prefer Kabuto's style of it. Chakra scalpel can make incisions/cuts without making open wounds, cut people from the inside out. This is how Kabuto bisected Itachi. Smaller cuts can cut muscle tissue and etc to make people immobile. Tsunade's electric nerve transmission attack. Tap the spine and rearrange how the body functions. Regeneration.

Chakra armor: Lava, lightning, etc

Gentle Fist: Damage internal organs and pressure points.

I know there is some Ninjaitsu in there but it's a combination of (Ninjutsu and Taijutsu). I would choose Medical.

Kenshiro uses it best (Fist of the North Star). I remember him killing people with this kind of martial arts. I forgot what they call it in that series. He could kill people with a single blow to the chest.

For chakra points, but that won't be necessary because gentle fist also incorporates damaging inner organs with chakra, and that's enough to win any fight in real life.
