As you start to pull the wire the clone mid range to my left sees you go through the motion of pulling something and immediately looks behind me to see the shield begin to move. He uses:

And so I disappear infront of the fireball, as it collides with the floor and burst it to flames. Meanwhile, my shield slams against your far right clone. The contusion vanishes the clone, and the shield falls useless on the ground, at the spot where your clone was.

I appear on the other side of the rive, and I spit a huge wind blast. (I appear just a little after the fireball colides with the ground, while you're still wondering if I'm dead or alive. Remember also that your clone is looking behind you and you're looking straight forward, which means none is looking at the river or the tree.

Also the chakra sensing rain is still in effect so I notice that your chakra disappears when you go underground. As soon as you reappear I know where you are due to the rain and use:

I just didn't wanna be bothered, so I'll just accept your move.

As the ground starts shaking and the scar appear, I aim the blast to the ground near me, wich propels me away from the fissure and rises a ton load of water from the river.

So I'm proppelled away from the fissure, right about when the spikes appear, which means that you haven't started the Rain spear yet.

So, as I'm being propelled upwards, and since the blast hitted water don't raise too much, so let's say less then mid range upwards, wich still means roughly mid range from you, I raise 2 scrolls with me, swirling around (As a slight variation of Twin Dragons)

While your pushing your chakra out, forming an elaborated justsu fusing Lightning and Wind (Which are two opposites) and concentrated on making rain fall, while being under attack in front of a barrage of weapons. You suddenly get pushed to the ground, shoulders height. Even if you claim that you're Kage, this is still an A rank Jutsu, and the effects I'm interested come from I being sudden, which affects everyone, despite the rank.

Genjutsu: Chou Shinka (Illusion Technique: Butter Fly Fire Works)

Description: Traps user in an illusion were they first think that they are sucked into he ground to shoulder height and then they see butterflies but they are really paper bombs that explode once the user puts the main seal on the enemies head.

Anywho... As your making your chakra spin around while separating Wind from Lightning, making sure to leave lightning on the outskirsts of the whirlwind, so that it can easily leap off, you break your concentration, being pushed to the ground. It causes the whirlwind to spin off control, either:

• Making the whirlwind grow and collide with your clone, gettingit off control and affecting the ground aswell, aka puddles of water, aka lightning conductors, aka hitting you.
  
• Separating the lighting away from the wind, making it leap away, and hitting your clone, and the puddles of water, which then affect you aswell.

Either way, the damages you retrieve from the loss of control aren't fatal, just injuring, causing (probably) the release of the genjutsu, but enabling you to, maybe, get the control over the whirlwind back (since you're Kage, that is), but they are fatal to your clone, causing the spear of rain to fall useless as a puddle of water on top of my head, which would cause me to get wet, if I were dry, which I'm not...

In the event that your took the whirlwind under control again, I take out 2 paper bombed kunnais and I shoot it to the mouth of the dragon, using the fire from the detonation to consume the wind of your jutsu.

And then I use:

As I recover from the shock I take out a few smoke bombs and throw them on the ground beneath me masking my position and quickly use these two jutsu:

And when your face disappears in the smoke, I shoot a mist of nails to that position, probably hitting you while you're crossing your fingers to create a clone, but if you do it fast enough, and you're already sinking through the ground, then they hit your clone and vanish it, while hitting your head and body.

If you call hit:

The smoke vanishes and you lay halfway in the ground, in a puddle of mud and blood, with multiple nails pierced on your flesh.

As the smoke disappears, and I loose sight of you, I look around and at the sky, in a quick movement of the head, and since I don't see you nor sense your chakra on my head (Genjutsu), I assume you're underground and jump to nearest rock, near the bank, and I toss needles all around me:

As I hear your voice that close to me, I immediatly throw 3 shuriken at your head, aiming at your forehead. As soon as I release the shuriken, bindings come from the ground and I force them so that I can keep my position, but soon enough you either get hit by the shuriken or evade it, either way breaking your concentration and my line of sight over you.

If they don't hit, and you evade instead:

I pull out a kunnai and knock the others away from me, and then I throw it at your left. The kunnai has a wire, and as it passes you, I spin it, so that it tights around your neck.

I then pull you to short range.

I take out a kunai and quickly cover it in a layer of raiton chakra and cut it. I then spin will ducking and use my right leg to sweep you off your feet. I follow that up by jumping in the air and landing on your chest with my knee.

As the wire wraps around my neck I use:

If you allow yourself to be burned to pull me to short range

As the wire tangles around your neck, I pull you, forcing your neck while pushing you into short range with one strong pull, but I let go as soon as you lit the wire one fire.

Though as soon as you step on short range, I make 4 needles pop out of the ground, piercing your feet and locking you to the ground. Due to push, as soon as your feet lock, your body should be sent forward, if you fall with your hands on the ground, 4 more needles lock them both.

If not: I shoot several to pierce your throat and heart.
If your hands do get pierced: I shoot several to pierce your throat and heart.

As you emit lightning throughout your body, because you're wet, you loose control over the jutsu and instead paralyze yourself, causing you to drop useless on the ground.
