As the vortex surrounds you the series of water sharks erupt from it all around you.

Diamonds are non electrical conductors...the lightning would refract of and injure you...

Not to mention that you were just using a water drill, that would soak you with water(on top of me bombarding you with water attack making you wet) So for you to use a lightning jutsu that makes direct contact with your body would fry you.. (>_<) smh....
