u didnt use a combo of elements
even if u use your wings, if u jsut take off one foot u boom, u need to first use the mud river and by the time u need u are already covered by the tornado above u. even if not, my mines dont do such a small explosion. its a big one and the mud would make the fire stronger and u would get yourself burned

Actually, I think he's done the right move. He summoned a dove to get him out of there. Its more then enough to dodge your jutsus.
And the fireball was meant to attack you, not the tornado...
in the description of the jutsu it says u have to use a combo of elements, whyle he is making the dome the tornado is already crushing on him. the tornado has like a roof and then smashes the opponent. while that is appearing the tornado is already close, thats why is needed a combo of elements. and a tornado is not that so small
