A literarily hot day amongst all on the desert surface, Bolin which was almost exhausted saw a strange looking kid from afar as he walked into mid range with him.
"hey kiddo, the sun is too much for an encounter dont you think?"
Not waiting for a reply, he quickly tags two kunai's and throws it towards the kid, reaching short range, they would detonate causing a smoke screen. Using it to his advantage, he would then throw 3 shurikens from left to right all aimed at the kid.

shikamaru sees a boy about his age 16-17 walking on the desert, the man calls out to shikamaru, he said "hey kiddo, the sun is too much for an encounter don't you think?", shikamaru was on his toes as he didn't know this kid, he was new.as shikamaru thought this the kid threw 2 kunai towards him, so shikamaru made the rat handseal and inhales, kneading his chakra into his lungs, exhaling a huge blast of wind that levels anything in its path. this blow the smoke and the shrukiens away(which was unknown to shikamaru).shikamaru was thinking Your soul needs conversion, luckily, i'm a Bishop said that guy, clearly he is insane and a fanatic about his work he awaited his next move not muttering a word

Seeing the wind carrying a lot of sand around, bolin quickly charges lightning into his hands releasing it in a bolt like manner at the wind (now B rank) countering the wind tech effectively.
As he successfully counters, he continues with his earlier attacks. (too lazy to type again)
