shikamaru sees his friend in the area, he wonders if he is going back to the village but knows he not going back without fighting himself first shikamaru says to toki "you defeated before todays the day I win!, anyway I got a new trick my friend since the last time we fought, you wont want to miss this"
as shikamaru said this he gathers his charka in his mouth and molds it to suiton charka, then expelling the suiton charka to form a thick mist that nothing could be seen through this thick mist, as the mist formed the air grew cold as if something bad was about to happen.
shikamaru then grinned he was waiting to use this baby he came up with, but also being as smart as he is thought of a devastating combo for it already, shikamaru begins to gather up fuuton charka and build the fuuton charka up, when the fuuton charka has been gathered up the shikamaru then makes 2 handseals monkey and bird then, Using shape manipulation the gathered fuuton charka takes on the form of leaves floating in front of the shikamaru, due to the leaves being made out of wind they was near impossible to see in the mist without a dōjutsu, with this shikamaru launch's the leaves at toki shredding him to pieces if he doesn't counter them.

Just to make something clear.. we are ontop of that rocky bridge that the man holding a staff we see is walking, so we are around that bridge. Now then Toki smiles and patiently waits for Shikamaru to show off his move.
"Sure why not, come and show me. This time I wont hold back either!"
As you create the mist Toki thought that definitely a more devastating move might come after this because usually the mist is a distraction jutsu. So when the mist started to spread from your mouth Toki jumped back a little to keenly observe the area for attacks coming from above. But since he saw nothing he thought the best way out this mist would be to change my position rather than to counter the mist via a wind jutsu which most likely is what his opponent is expecting.
So he quickly molded earth chakra, did one hand seal and put his right hand on the bridge structure. He started to destroy the bridge by dislodging any vulnerable or sensitive spots on it causing the structure to collapse. But since he needed to be faster he concentrated the power of this jutsu only around the area where he was standing. Because of this he was falling below the bridge while the chunk he was standing on was falling faster than he was because its heavier. Because a part of the bridge was dislodged the whole bridge was slowly starting to break apart, meaning you are also in a vulnerable position because that will cause you to lose some balance.
Since you are still in the mist and about the time you sent that new wind jutsu of yours, I do the confrontation hand seal and I summon a large volume of water form the sky 10m above you which comes crashing down to you. Note that Toki summons this water to the area which he mostly believe you would be in considering the position he last saw you on. If it makes contact it would wash you away down with the debris coming from the falling rock bridge. Although the last part will happen to the bridge even if you dodge it.

shikamaru hears the bridge quacking and rumbling and he instantly thought you was taking out the bridge, he felt the bridge slowly start to fall apart he quakes was getting violent and loud, determining that the bridge wont collapse when he was on it he makes a dome to cover him completely and under making a protective dome for when the bridge collapses with eye holes to see what happens outside the dome, he then sees a mass volume of water come down and wash's the debris and dome away but shikamaru safe inside unarmed. he falls to the bottom of the bridge unarmed and awaits tokis next move.

The eye hole that you made backfires as because of that little water seeps inside the hole you made. Also because your dome gets exposed to water, the earth absorbs the water making it muddy. Although I think that will not happen very fast the earth dome would most likely have cracks because of absorbing water with high pressure. The water from my previous jutsu sends you to sink at least 2m to the water. When that happens as some of the debris continues to fall...
From where you fell I start to create black clouds around that area. As soon as they finish forming I exhale a fire ball jutsu that sends the river's surface to get burned making it impossible for you to come back up from that spot. Because of the fire jutsu range it extends to long range which the fire stays there longer then usual because of the oil.

as shikamaru lands underwater he sees toki cover the area he landed in with a black substance so shikamaru swims under water 10 meters of his original position and creates 2 water clones that emerge from the water shikamaru is in.
then one of Shikamaru clones gathers suiton charka and expels a mist around the battlefield which allows the real Shikamaru to come out the water unnoticed by toki but instantly shikamaru starts to gathers doton charka and puts his hands on the ground, channelling the doton charka into the earth and begins to dig underneath the earth staying in close range with the clones. Shikamaru awaits toki move as he didn't see any of this due to the thick mist.

Shadow, the fact that you say you swimming when you see the black substance. It means that the earth dome you created was crushed by my stormy blockade especially when its power in more here since it fell from 10m up the bridge to below the water on the bridge.. Now when that happens I suppose you would have held your breath and tried to swim. I know as we are ninjas we have abnormal lung capacity. But here is the thing do you know why I putted oil ontop of the water you created?
Its simple really I want to make you drown. I want you to stay underwater as long as possible until you run out of breath. So when that earth dome of yours is crushed by water that came from above you 10m when you were on the bridge when it hits its target its said to crush them with great water pressure. Meaning anyone who is caught in it will have a difficulty of breathing as jutsu's impact is active. Now you are wondering where I am going with this, well you see when I created that black oily cloud/ mist I did it after my water jutsu's impact ended. Meaning when you were busy drowning the cloud formed and released oil ontop of the water.
When I used that fire jutsu and inflamed the oil you cannot escape it by simply saying that you swam. Because that is what we call free foaming. Either way my fire jutsu extends to long range and stays on the battle field longer that usual because of the oil. Also the oil makes the fire bring a huge explosion when its created meaning atleast the jutsu would be an A rank fire jutsu that extends to lond range as well. You should have used jutsus that allow you to move fast underwater like underwater motion jutsu. Because of this I say your first counter to my jutsu was invalid and thus you were either caught into the inferno I created or stayed underwater waiting for the inferno to go away meaning you ran out of breath waiting for that. Also you will lose air really fast because of the rising temperature of the body. I'm very sorry about this Shika....
