I never said it was instant. Instant means no time passes and we know he has to form the seals then make the earth rise so yes, its not instant, but it also doesn't take long for him to use it, which I assume is what you're getting at, again.

I'd say Yamato takes this with high difficulty. He may not be the strongest nor does he have a strong offence like most of the others. But his defensive and hiding capabilities allows him to survive the fight for the longest time. Survival is key when it comes to free for all.

There are no katon users so Temari isn't at an elemental disadvantage unlike the others. Pretty sure fuuton and raiton of Darui and Temari's calibre is stronger than Yamato's mokuton if Sasuke's raiton worked well against it.

That was one shielding raiton, and it didn't work well against it it caught Yamato himself

Temari's wind can't stop storm release and she has no defense for it, Zabuza gets stuffed by Kurotsuchi's defense, however if in the same vicinity temari's stray wind attacks could easily slice his earth a bit
