He was never the jinchuuriki of the Ten tails so he has no way of knowing. unless the sage wrote down his Arsnal in the tablet which is very unlikely.

If Tobirama knows somewhat vaguely about the ninjutsu removal power...I believe Madara knows. Probably knows a lot more of it. He knew that Senjutsu is the 10 tails host weakness, and he already has a plan, and knows a way to stop Obito. Not saying it will work, but one shouldn't count their chickens before they hatch. >_O
