Ragna walked onto the (terrain not stated…I assume grassy field) there he saw someone who seemed to be a deranged individual who should probably be foaming out the mouth. That’s when he realized it was that guy….the guy who swamped him literally and figuratively. From that day on he remembered him. His voice, his face, his unique temperament. This guy must pay!
Ragna started by creating a clone made of lightning beside (to his right) him while looking ahead at the opponent. He had to measure the extent of this guys skill first as there first fight did not really progress much for him to have a good guage on the opponents strength. Then without hesisitation and working in tandem with the clone Ragna shoots balls of fire while the lightning clone gathers Raition in hs dominate hand and sends it off in the form of a hound causing both attacks to nearly converge at the same time

Using Deidara in sig I guess
Deidara was literally foaming at the mouth, waiting for the chance to attack somebody. Once somebody came he was ready. Deidara used his enhanced left eye to ogle the man as he created his lightning close and then launched 2 attacks. Deidara swiftly formed a single handseal and then shot from his mouth an A ranked bullet of water that took out those fire shots and the lightning hound. Deidara then takes out some shuriken attached to elastic strings and infuses them with wind chakra, then sends them out to attack, controlling them to attack from angles, converging upon Ragna

As Ragna’s combination was stopped as expected he couldn’t help but see that the next move he was bracing for was a couple of shuriken. After the shuriken were thrown he could see the way Deidar’s hands were positioned as if he was grabbin/controlling something. The shuriken were also not following regular trajectories.
“Shuriken? SHURIKEN?! IS THIS A JOKE. Oh yeah I gotta kill you…”
In a sudden rage Ragna performed the Tiger handseal and inhale. Once he released his chakra three large dragon shaped fireballs were fired to take different paths and converge on Deidara as they easily overpowered the shuriken and continued their path to Deidara Since he already clearly showed proficiency in Suiton Ragna decided to turn this up a bit.
“You remember this? Well maybe this will get your blood flowing.”
After his katon jutsu was fired he performed the needed handseal(s) and turned the area below Deidara into an ensnaring swamp that would trap him immediately and eventually draw him under its depths. As he was sinking Ragna placed Deidara in a genjutsu by performing one handseal making him believe countless butterflies were flying around him as he was sinking into the ground which he actually was. The butterflies in this case are usually used to represent explosive tags however Ragna substituted this with normal shuriken to kill the deranged madman once and for all as he was soon buried below the swamp.
