Today's fights all revolve around Jiraiya, without his Sennin Modo

Round 1: Normal/Fair Conditions
Who is the weakest character who beats Jiraiya?
Who is the strongest that Jiraiya himself can beat?
They fight it out against each other under the same conditions that Jiraiya wins/loses to them

Round 2: Team Conditions
Weakest team (at least 2 opponents) that beats Jiraiya?
Strongest team (at least 2 opps) that Jiraiya beats?
They duke it out, same conditions

Round 3: Rankings
Rank all characters involved, with the teams being combined, including Jiraiya.

Round 4: Skewed Conditions
Jiraiya gets his SM, can he beat the combined opponents of R1 and R2 who previously beat him?
His opponents get full knowledge to none, can those he beat in R1 and R2 beat him now?

Looking around, i have found that people rank characters very differently. For example, i have seen evidence that some view Kakashi as stronger than the Sannin, while i ha e also seen evidence that the Sannin are stronger than the SPoP.

So for the sake of clarity, can you tell which characters you have ranked near Orochimaru and the 2nd Tsuchikage and 2nd Mizukage?
