Through the pupils is a gateway to mysteries, Lies, secrets, aspirations, hope. A necessity, a needful organ at that, essential even in the most minute circumstances. What hope has a man with none? What hope has a man who spends all day looking for one?
The sun had done its best for the day, having shone for hours providing the world with light but alas it had to go in for the day. The horizon was partially gold creating kind of hue that lightens one's mood. Toneri Otsutsuki had set up a meeting with one of the famed Hyuga's in town, one that goes with the name Jakai. While he waits, he bit his thumb releasing a little blood which he smears on his Pitohui tattoo after which he performs the necessary hand seals
and by clapping his hands, two fairly sized birds appeared on his shoulder in their default position / formation scanning the perimeter and relating all information to Toneri. It was quite a day to cause a ruckus - no one knows what the outcome would be, all just have to wait. Pitohui Kuchyosei: Dada Kyou Ige -

Dada & Ige are a set of twin hooded pitohuis that are summoned on both shoulders of the summoner facing opposites sides(Dada on the right shoulder facing front while Ige on the left shoulder facing back). Their appearances are that with moderately large wings, long sharp
claws that contains no toxins, strong
beaks with great amount of toxins,
beautiful laced colors and as elegant as they are, they are cunning and also
foul. Their sizes are that of a generic
falcon and they are able to stay on the summoner's shoulder even during
complex movement without falling off. Abilities:
-They can't speak but can have a two-
way telepathic communication with
their summoner which thus gives the
summoner a 360 field of vision due to
their placement and focus.
-They can not use Pitohui arts
-They can spit continuously a stream of 6inches chakra needles defiled with toxins able to contaminate the victim's blood and cause short term paralysis, death may occur if the victim receives large quantity of the neurotoxins (meaning having more than 10 needles piercing him). Counts as a C-Rank Jutsu, Short Range, and a jutsu slot.

jokes with their summoner even during intense battle situations.

Jakai had completed his daily routine. He was scheduled to meet a man that claimed to know about the secrets of his clan. Jakai was skeptical of this Toneri, as the Hyūga clan was notorious for keeping their clan's secrets extremely well-kept. Yet something was going on through Jakai's head that made him curious. He was concerned about his clan's secrets and simply could not have them be exposed. He simply couldn't hold himself back. He came to a decision; Jakai would force the secrets out of the man. Jakai set out as the evening sun was begin to set. With the light still out, Jakai made his way. Upon leaving his normal home, he activated his Byakugan to search for this man.
(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) — Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye
Type: Supplementary Rank: A Range: Short - Long Chakra: 30 (-5 per Turn) Damage: N/A Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dōjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyūga will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyūga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20km away.
Note: For Hyūgas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so. Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil Note: Hyūgas must be activated to use Gentle Fist (Jyuken) Note: Its tracking abilities are equal to that of 3 Tomoe Sharingan. Note: Only Hyūgas possess the ability to utilize Jyuken, However, all Otsutsuki clan members possess the ability of passive activation.
He entered the woods and looked around, scoping a tremendous range with his ocular prowess. While jumping from the trees, he noticed a man on the outskirts of the forest, waiting. Jakai deduced that it was Toneri. Jakai jumped out of the trees and stood mid-range from the man. The veins on Jakai's temples were bulging, and Jakai was rather curious of what was going to occur.
"You must be Toneri... Whatever secrets you may know of my clan, whatever ideas you may have going on in that head, I'll be sure to force them out of you!" Jakai exclaimed as he rushed forward to get within short-range of the man.
As he neared the man, Jakai focused his chakra into his open palms and released chakra from them as he struck the man quickly and repeatedly throughout the man's torso. This would damage the man and cause him to internally take damage, resulting in considerable pain that would send him aback. The result would be a series of 16 open palm strikes that would hit all throughout the man's torso, shoulders, and gut. As these were open palm strikes though, they were not as precise to actually halt the flow of chakra.
(Hyūga Ryuu Taijutsu) — Hyuuga Style Taijutsu

As the man was sent back, dealing with the pain he received, Jakai spoke fiercely. "What do you know? Why did you have me come here?"
It was Dada that noticed the Hyuga first from a considerable distance as he mentally alerts Toneri. Taking note of the information as perceived/received from the twin, he was prepared to begin the test. He's on the move! I think he wants to close in! No way he's gonna succeed with that! Hell No!.
Before Jakai would achieve his aim of closing the distance between two of 'em, Toneri would have been prepared for an unexpected attack by clearing his mind and setting his space intuitively. The moment Jakai begins his combo hit, while taking due damage he'd gather chakra into his mouth which he would have manipulated into water and by shaping it into senbons which he spits out in a stream-like manner with high velocity to hit Jakai's vitals as he proceeded with his 16 hit combo.
To be explained, Toneri would begin his counter as the first palm makes contact but the execution would be performed around the 8th - 10th strike considering the Hyuga's speed. Upon the release of the senbons, Jakai would not have time to halt his combo mid way and would have to suffer damage from the senbons hitting all his vitals consequently paralysing/hurting him in seconds. He'd suffer a smooth case of diplegia and quadriplegia.
Though Toneri would be hurt from the open palm strike but his pain would be nothing compared to the paralysed Hyuga. 'Neri he's fallen! Take him out! Slice the head clean let's leave... I guess he wouldn't be knowing the secrets after all considering this swift turn of events..
Toneri would walk his way to the Hyuga's paralysed and weakened body while he removed a kunai from his pouch. He'd ease Jakai's pain as he cuts his head off instantly finding the part comfort in a bag leaving the corpse to decay eventually turning to compost or manure for the trees. Description: A technique in which
chakra is kneaded in the user's body,
transformed into water and then shaped into senbon in the mouth before finally being expelled at a high velocity. The needles are shot in an attempt to catch the enemy off guard, while also aiming at their vitals.
Thanks to his ocular prowess, Jakai was constantly able to see what was going on in the man's chakra system. After making his first strike, the man would begin to focus his chakra and send it rising up to his neck. Seeing this mid-way through his combo, Jakai smirked at the man's futile attempt to counter. Being trained in the ways of the Gentle Fist, and due to the enhanced tracking perception of the Byakugan, Jakai would easily be able to transition his combo, moving from Open Palm strikes into two-fingered precision stabs.
After the 3rd open palm strike, Jakai would move onto two-fingered attacks that were aimed at the man's neck and upper torso and make 2 quick strikes at the man's neck.
Type: Offensive Rank: B Range: Close Chakra Cost: 20 Damage Points: 40 Description: Attack that closes 128 tenketsu and limits chakra to half for three turns after the opponent is hit by it.
The first two finger strikes would hit the man's chakra points near his neck, closing them to prevent his chakra from surging up towards his mouth to release the attack, stopping it before it could happen. Despite already stopping the man's technique with those two simple strikes, Jakai would continue in a fluid manner. Without stopping, Jakai would increase his speed even further and hit the man twice more, totaling in 4 precise jabs.
"Four palms!" As he struck the man two more times. "Eight palms!" As he struck the man four more times. "Sixteen palms!" As he struck the man eight more times. "Thirty-Two palms!" As he struck the man sixteen more times. "Sixty-Four palms!" As he struck the man thirty-two more times.
Jakai then continued on with the onslaught, striking more and more of the man's chakra points with blistering fury and without hesitation. He would strike everything from the man's lower thighs to his upper torso, neck, and arms.
"EIGHT TRIGRAMS! ONE HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT PALMS!" Jakai bellowed as he completed an additional 64 strikes at the man, finishing the man with a solid strike to the gut that would send him falling back on the ground, extremely limited and in pain. The first two jabs were enough to stop the man's attack from occurring, but Jakai had just assured that man would only be able to use half his regular chakra. (Limited to B-Ranks and Below)
Looking down on the man, Jakai spoke. "You won't even be able to use half your usual chakra as you are now. There's no point in trying to fight. Tell me what I wish to know."
Quite a formidable foe this Hyuga turned out to be. Though he wasn't enough to equal Toneri's wits and might. He was about to spit out his technique when two "two fingered" strikes made their way to his throat and neck region. Toneri was able to deduce two things from this action. One, the transition from his open palm strikes to fingered strikes means he'd caught him by seeing his chakra probably and trying to prevent Toneri's next counter. Two, being famed for their chakra restricting techniques those fingered strikes are to be expected to hit chakra points. This disposition would be in a split of a second ofc.
Jakai would successfully hit Toneri's throat returning the accumulated chakra to their source almost instantly and upon continuing the two by two set of hits, he would not allow all to make contact as he forms a whirling vortex of electricity around his entity which would result into fatal electrocution when Jakai's fingers make contact in between his combo. That won't be all though, if Jakai halts or not within his combo the dragon would jump from Toneri's body and engulfs Jakai's body forcing all the lightning into his body resulting in fatal paralysis. The success rate of this attack is above 70% considering the close proximity between both of 'em and the small time to react successfully without taking damage. "Humanity is a waste...The Hyuga clan is a disgrace...a shame..."

Description: The user forms a whirling
vortex of electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will grow to then shoot forward and cover the area in front of them. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.
Again, thanks to his ocular prowess, Jakai was constantly able to see what was going on in the man's chakra system. After making his first strike, the man would begin to focus his chakra and send it throughout his whole body. Jakai could also see by the behavior of the chakra rapidly vibrating at a high frequency, that the technique would most likely be Lightning Release. Seeing this, Jakai simply continued with his strike, but slightly altered his arm's path so that it would lead Jakai's entire torso with it. This would have Jakai start spinning his body. At the same time he was doing that, Jakai would be releasing chakra from all of his tenketsu. Since releasing raw chakra requires no time to mould like elemental chakra, Jakai would be able to release the chakra at the same time the man would release his vortex of lightning. As the man's technique was weaker than Jakai's chakra sphere, the sphere would continue through it and hit Toneri. Despite getting weakened by the previous attack, Jakai's rotation would be enough to send huge burns all throughout his body from the sheer friction of the Rotation, before being sent far away forward.

Jakai would then end his technique and look towards Adlet as he would fall onto the ground, extremely damaged. Jakai then put his arms up in his fighting position.
Looking down on the man, Jakai spoke. "Well? Explain yourself."
The Hyuga proved himself to be quite skilled to stand against the Blind Ancestor. Toneri found himself on the ground, something that hasn't happened to him in a decades. He wondered how this half - baked shinobi could out play him like this in combat. "This is quite unexpected of you, I never thought the Hyuga would produce such an outstanding student over their pathetic years on earth. Not that I'm making you feel good for what you've done... At least you'll some truth before you finally die a pathetic and gruesome death in the end."
He'd remove the puppet strapped to his back as it falls to the ground. Toneri would want to stand up again but that was when the twin Pithoui swung into action. They'd release a continuous stream of 6 inches Chakra needles defiled with strong toxins momentarily. If said needles touches Jakai, it would defile his blood stream causing short term paralysis making him unable to move his body. In the same time frame as the Pithoui swung into action, Toneri would positively charge the area around him in a diameter of 10m resulting into the complete electrocution of the Hyuga within the field generated. These actions happens simultaneously putting Jakai in a tight spot as Dada and Ige wouldn't stop spitting the needles for any cause giving Toneri "too" much time to achieve his feat.
Toneri would stagger to the Hyuga's electrocuted body as he cuts the head off and walks away. (Raiton: Hiraishin no Jintai) -Lightning Release: Human Lightning Rod

Description: The user emits a powerful field of electrical energy; anyone caught within it gains a negative charge. The user positively charges the air around him, meaning that if the opponent is within the field he/ she is constantly shocked by lightning.
Although, raiton jutsu are almost
impossible to dodge while within the field, the field only extends 10 meters from the user. This jutsu also does a great job of disrupting electrical jutsu aimed at the user.
