Effect: Creates a dust storm that effects the entire arena, blocking off sound, and light, and damages opponents eyes.
Description: User uplifts large amounts of earth that is broken up into extremely small bits of rock that is combined into a dust cloud that acts like a storm. It has the same effect as hidden mist except better. The noise caused by the dust scraping against the ground drowns out all other sound, and it blocks off all light so no one can see or hear. Also the moving dust will get into peoples eyes and cause blindness even if they move out of the storm. The user can also manipulate the storm a bit so that it does not harm allies or the user
creating and uplifting a large amount of dust to mess with your eyes and prevent you from countering as the dust irritates your eyes. As I begin to run to my right, I exhale a large amount of fire at you, and this heat turns many of the dust particles around you into small glass so that it will cause even more damage.

Description: Warui Inu, or just Inu is one mean ass dog. He is very aggressive, belligerent, mean and disobedient. However for all these negative qualities he is damn powerful. Standing nearly five feet tall and weighing 175 pounds of muscle is can be very intimidating but it is for good reason. Inu fought his whole life against stronger and meaner dogs who were also tossed aside. His appearance is of that warrior who has survived. He has black fur that is very rich, and branded on his body are flames that have formed in his actual fur. So to compliment his black fur is red patches in the shapes on flames around his neck, paws, tail, back and a few places in between. He is grizzled and mean but he is a survivor. He would have it no other way. Because of this he is a natural at fire-based techniques allowing him to use up to A-Rank Fire techniques, he is also able to spew out multiple speedy fireballs (max of three) at one time at the opponent equal to a B-Rank Katon.

You wouldn't be able to see me because you dont have eyes in the back of your head, not able to hear me or smell me because of the storm, and only able to feel your head getting decapitated and taste the blood in your mouth..

The clouds are many times thicker than mist from the Hidden Mist counterpart jutsu and thus makes it harder to see and even more difficult to breathe in the clouds. Cloud ninja have no trouble breathing as they reside at such high altitudes that they have grown used to the atmospheric pressure, but against regular shinobi unfamiliar with life in the Hidden Cloud Village, they could potentially suffocate if the clouds are not dispersed within 5 turns. Like the Hidden Mist counterpart, the clouds are made up of the users chakra, making it impossible for Sharingan users to effectively use their sharingan in the Hidden Clouds.

now since this technique doesn't have any defining elemental properties, I use it so that my chakra is everywhere and it throws off your chakra sensing ability and seeing as you are a Kumogakure Ninja, you would recognize no significant change in the air pressure when you come out of the ground.. thereby you don't know what technique is going on, you just know my chakra is everywhere. activating your elder sense and snapping your fingers as the Radio Frequency attack covers the arena,

Description: After opening the sixth sense, the user focuses a huge amount of chakra into his legs, running zig-zag towards the opponent, at really high speed, and appears right in front of the opponent, charging his fists with earth chakra, giving the earth chakra the same properties as "Aggravated Rock Technique", ability to petrify on contact. After appearing right in front of the opponent, the user does an extremely fast punch with both of his fists at the same time, aligning them vertically on the opponents chest, charging the earth chakra into the opponents body, petrifying it and crushing the petrified body at the same time. When the user makes contact with the opponent, the earth chakra spreads around in the opponents body.

The user must have Sixth Sense activated, and must be a mastered taijutsu.
Can only be performed by Kage or higher.
The user cannot use anymore techniques that require Sixth Sense to be active, however the user CAN activate Sixth Sense technique itself, but not use techniques for it.

After appearing right in front of the opponent, the user does an extremely fast punch with both of his fists at the same time, aligning them vertically on the opponents chest, charging the earth chakra into the opponents body, petrifying it and crushing the petrified body at the same time. When the user makes contact with the opponent, the earth chakra spreads around in the opponents body.
Can only be used once per battle
The user must have Sixth Sense activated, and must be a mastered taijutsu.

(When contact occurs this causes damage to the user by burning their lower arms from the electricity and the user cant perform any elemental attacks or taijutsu requiring the use of their arms for one turn).

As I swing to match your arms, the lightning chakra being exerted from my fists destroys your earth chakra causing your technique to be useless against mine but still allowing your techniques effects to happen as you're technique has it its target it was simply defeated though. Leaving you without the ability to use anymore sixth sense techniques. Also the Raikage's initial strength is great, able to break concrete on contact so your hands are now broken and the nerves fried meaning no handseals for the rest of the battle... and you become stunned as I continue my lightning fast technique, hitting your body with 16 more punches. The last punch breaks your sternum and leaves you with many other broken bones having been hit with Concrete-Breaking Punches, as I hit you in the chest sending you flying... leaving you unable to focus on anything.. and damn near probably killing you, leaving you unable to move due to the severe amount of damage having been done to your upper body.

As you activate your lightning armor, while doing the half step, I burst open 6 gates, the pressure of the chakra pushes you back a little, as you try to lariatte me, so it slows you down a little, and as the initial burst of chakra finishes(it happens for a split second) and also the burst of chakra sends dust into your eyes(you having lightning armor active wouldn't be able to control two elements at the same time, earth and lightning are opposite so they cancel out each other, furthermore your lightning chakra hasn't shown any destructible power, so its only supplementary), you momentum forward get to its max, and I grab my spear and use: (Han Sochi jutsu)- Half Step technique

moving to the side where your hand isn't raised, having my spear up to your neck, and as you have all your momentum forward, you run through the spear, and at the same time, I swing the spear towards you decapitating yourself.
It's simple physics, no matter how high your reaction is, your momentum is still forward, and you can simply stop that.

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.
the attack hits what's supposed to be me, but in actuality is a rock that I've substituted with and I'm behind you, explosive tagged kunai whipping through
the air at you exploding and causing you damage. And because you can't see hear or sense me you have no idea where the tag is coming from or is even on its way.
Here you say you substitute with a rock behind me. However, to do so, you'd have to pass through the sound wave. And the kawarimi jutsu enables you to substitute your own body with a nearby object, a rock mid range away from you is nowhere near you.
Anyway, I let it go, but you would still have to pass through the sound wave as substitute jutsu isn't time-space technique, its just high speed movement.

Substitution Technique is first classified as E-Rank technique. Ninja of our rank [Kage] have mastered academy techniques such as this 1000 times over. The last time it was shown in the anime or manga of this technique requiring the use of seals to my knowledge was during the Chuunin Exams. When Sakura was fighting. Now even Kakashi has pointed out that the technique can be used without seals as during the bell training excersise in part one he substitued with no prior usage of seals, and again in part two when Kakashi and Sasuke were fighting. Kakashi wrapped Sasuke with that wiring and simply escaped. Now the point about the appearing behind you I would say is true. But we can simply continue or set of moves as if i were only in front of you.
Now the technique is used to prevent damage from happening, the reason the radio waves would affect me is because of the chakra in them. Now i timed my substitution to where as you get ready to snap the substitution technique is already in affect, being as it didnt require me any seals, and your technique happening at the speed of sound, the chakra waves would hit the log and pass me, leaving me unharmed.
Now about the the three techniques in one instance.

As your gates open and i'm slowed just a tad from this burst of chakra, I see you move to my side, as you use another Half-Step Technique. Now with my reaction powers I see all of this, With your spear up to my neck and me moving forward, I still have one arm and full control over my body, in a short amount of time Ive processed a large amount of information due to my increased neural synapses granted by my armor, So I focus chakra into my leg on the side where I was preforming lariat. I also at this time release my curse mark, having it go up to level one, thus increasing the power of my armor and any active techniques i've already got going. My reactions are beyond it's limit at this point. Utilizing all that chakra i've mustered in my leg I push off to the side you're on, releasing the chakra in a burst. As if I was doing a chakra enhanced jump. All my Speed and Momentum is instantly thrusted to the side that you are on, This all happening in less then a second...although for a a regular person this amount information being processed would take a few seconds for me its taken less then one, (Simple Biological Information) as I raise my arm bending it, I preform,

Taking this information from the manga, if the Raikage couldnt control and change his momentum in the burst that he'd always be crashing into things, unable to stop and counter any techniques thrown at him. As such in the fights with Sasuke, and Naruto, Minato. re read them and you will see just how instantly he change his momentum, and speed. I have nearly everything you've got going going for me also. Sixth Sense and Lightning Armor. Except, my mind can process and take in large amounts of info in a short amount of time. your mind is simply the same, you just have large amounts of chakra entering your muscles. I have large amounts of electrical signals in mine. which is why I can react and do the things that im doing with these types of jutsu stacked ontop each other. I have mind and body control. My mind power is far past yours.

In fact his momentum did stop, and of course he doesn't have Sixth Sense activated. If he hadn't stopped his momentum, he's still be flying through the wall.
U_U and It wasn't the fact I was deaccelerating, it was the fact I forced my momentum to change direction. I have the strength and reaction time to do so... By releasing chakra from my pivot foot the chakra becomes thruster like helping me force my body weight and speed and momentum towards you. and Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't remember you, increasing or decreasing the length on the spear, so since I was forcing myself to hit you with my elbow, you'd be a meter or so a way due to spear being its natural length. throwing myself to the side, I'd avoid the blade of the spear altogether as you swing. and only the rod of the spear would be in line to hit me.
and Raikage moves so fast in his armor mode that he can only be avoided by the speed of a space-time ninjutsu. So in terms of speed we're equally powerful. In terms of raw destructive power you have the upperhand.

Not necessarily. all the proof has been given and that's kinda hard to determine the Raikage is a big muscular guy. And that's also not true. As I just said, our speed is probably, on par, The Raikage can't be avoided unless it's the speed is on par Space Time technique. If anything we are both moving the same speed, able to react to each others moves. Since we both have Sixth Sense active. and our Reactions are far above its natural limits.
Now the last statement isn't invalid because using woth the armor and sixth sense I am able to process alot of information at one time due to my neural synapses being extremely quickened and the amount of info sent, interpreted, and received is leagues beyond anything.
