As Oro faces his opponent, he weaves a string of three handseals, slight pause included in between for them to take effect.With the first, it appears as nothing happens, but really rain drops start to fall and you won't take notice cuz of gravity yah.So as it appears, the first two are grouped together when they are two separate techs. With the second seal, a clone is formed to my right. Not hesitating, Oro throws a group of lightning shuriken at you while the clone slams his hands on the ground, summoning a huge torrent of water 10m above you, blending with the rain.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

I really am having difficulties of understand what you did. I'll try to make a counter to it. Also how would I not notice the area raining because of "gravity"?

With Lancer looking closely at his opponent, he notices he begin to string together a couple of hand seals. At first Lancer is unable to notice a change in anything, but the area around the stadium begin to darken (That is because the rain does come from rain clouds so it would block any light) and the area starts to rain. Lancer is unable to deduce the rains property but can care less for it since it seems not to have any destructive property. Lancer remains to look towards his opponent and sees him throw Kunais. The kunais seem to be quite different and Lancer is able to notice a electrical surge move around the Kunais as well as how Lancer would easily be able to notice the sound of cracking from the lightning moving around the Kunai's. Lancer takes to the offense and takes out his own set of Kunais.

Grabbing them each from his pouch, as he takes them out he holds 5 Kunais in each hand (10 total). Lancer injects his own fuuton chakra through them to enhance their destructive property as well as cutting accuracy. By swing both his hands simultaniously he releases the Barrage of kunais. Five Kunais are sent towards your close that is on your right (My left) and the other five are meant to break through the other Kunais you sent at me. Due to having fuuton chakra running through them they would not only deflect your own lightning charged kunais but also continue towards you. The Kunais are aimed for your body and would force you to stop your movement. So if you continue with your jutsu, you will be pierced by the kunais all around your body. (The kunais are coated with white chakra matching fuuton chakra)

The Kunais will also act to force your eyes directly towards them. This is meant mainly for a distraction and is a basic reaction. While you take your attention towards the Kunais, Lancer simply gathers his suiton chakra right behind you to have a small wave of water appear. The water is able to appear due to the fact the jutsu is able to be manipulated anywhere on the terrain short to mid range, with or without a water source. So if you can use this jutsu with a water source five meters a head of you, there would be no reason how Lancer would not be able to use it without a water source, since the jutsu allows it, in the same area. The water is simply used to push you from behind (Not your clone) to force you slightly off balance allowing the kunais to pierce you.
