Fight between Madara and Hashirama and the mysterious presence

I just came up with an idea today and i am pretty sure that isnt a new one, nevertheless i demonstrate what i mean.

You all know that Madara got the senju dna after he fought and lost against Hashirama Senju.
However we dont know how he achieved it in detail.

During the fight, Hashirama felt a presence on a cliff above him

My theory is that this person is the Uchiha Eldest who survived this long time because he stole the dna of the Senju Eldest.

After the clash between Hashirama and Madara, the Uchiha Eldest saved Madara and told him about the power of the senju dna and injected some of Hashiramas dna inside him.
The motivation behind this action is still in the shadows.

Its just a speculation, so dont be so harsh.

Madara had already figured it out before battling with Hashirama. The purpose of that battle was to either kill hashirama or obtain his DNA. He succeeded in latter.

Do you guys even remember that it was the mysterious foot that sparked your idea to think of the Uchiha Elder- since the mysterious foot person was coming to Sasuke people thought it was probably some evil guy like the Elder son. You see the assumptive reasoning?
