(Both of those jutsus happen very quickly so I can finish them immediately so your jutsu dont start until Im done with mine, which will only take maybe a second and they dont require handseals so you dont even know when I start doing then, until you see their outcome)
As you use your Ice jutsu I use

This star being a S-Rank fire jutsu has the power to melt a C-Rank Ice jutsu (When Haku used it it was C-Rank Ice with C-Rank Fire) so your Ice is melted bbeing in the presence of my strong fire jutsu and thus cannot not freeze me and turns you to chars before you finish your second and thrid jutsu.
When i see you form the hand signs for your justu i stop mine and i continue on using

I make some room in the swamp and then use

Descripton: User Inserts him/her self in the ground and is able to move freely underground. This jutsu also allows the user to avoid the opponent's attacks.
Going underground, and coming out a good distance away from you and away out of your Ice mirrors. Since Im out of your range Im unaffected by your second and thrid jutsus.

Description: The User sends their fire chakra through the earth. A series of rings made of fire will emerge from the ground around the user.The fire wall extends upward towards the sky(Which can heatup the sky to set up for kirin), and the user makes the fire come together to form a giant fireball, which can then be directed towards the opponent by throwing it. This fire is so hot, it evaporates any water source near it. This attack also changes the terrain into a lava wasteland.
Note:Can't use Fire moves Above A rank for 2 turns.
Note: Can be used 2 times, must wait 1 turn to use again.
Note: Looks like my sig.

Which makes a large wall around me of fire which is so hot(since its forbidden) it melts for Ice jutsus and then it becomes a huge fireball which heads towards you(fireball is Forbideen rank power).

It doesnt create steam your jutsu is melted and turned into water and made inaffected since your jutsu was originally Ice if it turns to water you cant follow through.
And the jutsu heats up the sky, read the description U_U Fail.

No you cant use the same Ice jutsu again.
My words were "Ice melts into water and your Ice jutsu does not continue after melting" if my word choice made you think something else then, no. And Kirin not happens quick and while the sky is already heated up and you stop my fireball, I use Kirin. So your jutsus do block my fireball but I use Kirin after that.
And fail and trying to fail me, so double fail.
