Ok, so since you used the water dragon and the mud indulgence, it would meet with the electricity, which would level out the water. And the fire, which would level out the mud. Because just because you started using the jutsu while I made my clones, doesn't necessarily mean that it gets there before I can use my jutsu. Plus the mud makes it heavier, and therefore, slower. Plus since you said it attacks me and my clones, that means that I must have made my clones.

Hold on, the wind that I used allowed me to control the explosive kunai. The wind wasn't attacking you. Since fire isn't something tangible that can stop a kunai, it would just go straight through it, even if you destroyed the wind, the kunai would still have enough turbulence to keep going towards you, through the fire, and finally exploding.
