In saying Sengoku wins this. Extreme high-difficulty.

End of battle, we see akainu on the floor spread out like apricot jam and gold arnament haki on top of this flattened/unconsciouss akainu.

And Sengoku with same injuries as Aokiji. Except on of his arm is gone instead of his leg.

We don't know all the details and extent of Sen's abilities so I'll say Akainu.

I remember reading somewhere he was a mystical Zoan though, a golden Buddha statue (which seems pretty dumb unless I read it wrong). And since he is gold, Akainu could pretty much melt him.

Another reason Akainu would win is because Sen hasn't shown any amour haki. I'm sure he has it, but until he shows it I can't really argue that he has for a fact.
