Jio treks across the lands, just visiting the sky country which a close friend of his had recently taken over. Now on his way to return to the demon country, Jio passed through a small town, seemingly poor. After arriving at the village, a loud growl came from his stomach, obviously from the fact he hasn't eaten for a couple of weeks. He needed to stop in this place so he could find a spot to get some food, or surely he wouldn't make it to his country. Seeing a small bar connected to a series of large buildings, Jio decided he'd stop there and get some soup or something.
Jio walked in, instantly taking in the crappy appearance of the place, but hell he needed food no matter how the look Is. He found a booth in the left corner where he could watch the entire room, and he waited for someone to come serve him.
Hope their food isn't as crappy as how it seems. I'd be forced to kill everyone here..

Nappa had fallen on hard times....out of work after making one too many mistakes on Amegakure's defense squads, he was forced to do many...many unspeakable things for money ._. he wasn't proud, he had even borrowed some money from some unsavory thug types, and now had taken a job as a short order waiter in a small, poor town, where no one would recognize him. Little did he know, the people he owed money thought he was skipping town. So there he was, wearing a white shirt with red pin stripes, he had forgotten his name badge, and the manager was a real prick. "You have to wear your badge, and if you don't have one, borrow someone else's or go home!" he had said when Nappa was hired, so Nappa had put one of the waitresses who was off today's badge on...Shirley was her name. Nappa needed this job, otherwise he would have shot lightning out of his mouth and pierced the managers skull rather than wear this name badge, but never the less there he was, working the back left corner where no one hardly ever sits and therefore he doesn't get many tips, when a dapper young lad with 2 toned hair appeared and sat in his area. Nappa couldn't understand why anyone would eat here, I mean this place was like a coffin 0_0 , no windows, just a door on a box, with some pretty sound proof walls....0_0....and a pretty heavy looking roof, definitely not code if Nappa had to guess...the things you do for money. So Nappa walks up to the man and speaks...

...blurted out of his mouth before he even realized what he said, holding a tablet and retrieving a pencil from behind his ear as suddenly his vision blurs out as he looks forwards almost trance like, and the camera quickly zooms in to a shot of Nappa's eye's, the camera zooming until the blacks of his eyes is all that's seen....
as Nappa suddenly feels the ground rumble, as well as see's the pictures of old Mr O'Malley who had founded this diner/bar fall off the wall as the rest of the pics and shelved items do as well, and almost at once, the 4 walls collapse inwards simultaneously as large rocks also jag upwards from beneath the entire floor piercing thru everyone, the walls flattening everyone onto the giant sharp rocks as the weight of the roof falling on them is compounded by the large building next door that had collapsed on top of the bar, leaving nothing but death in its wake as clouds of smoke plume thru the air, the collapsing of the large building onto thebar filling a square mile with sounds of destruction, and no survivors...
Vegeta was pissed off that the boss sent him to collect this debt, after all he knew Nappa, had done some time with him, even killed a planet or two...All the more reason the boss wanted Vegeta to "collect" personally. So Vegeta loaded up his gear, put on his cloak and flew off to hunt down Nappa's life signature, which eventually led him to some small, poor town where Vegeta could clearly feel the deadbeats energy. He was inside this bar, probably eating a large expensive meal and drinking it up instead of paying off his debt, and this thought infuriated Vegeta. He molds some doton chakra in his gut, then spews out his mouth some earth forming a clone of himself.

with that the clone makes one seal, sending his doton chakra into the large building and the bar, the chakra searching out for the keystone of both structures, finding the piece that holds them together like glue, and dislodges it in both buildings, the larger one collapsing downwards straight at the bar, Vegeta also had slammed his hands to the ground, sending his doton chakra to beneath the bar causing large rocks to jag upwards from beneath the place as the roof collapses and the larger building falls mainly on the bar, killing Nappa as well as all the patrons at the bar, collateral damage to get the job done. Vegeta then free form throat punches the clone, and it collapses to rubble as Vegeta sprouts some wings and flies home....
....suddenly the camera pans back out from Nappa's eyes and he snaps to...pencil in his one hand and tablet in the other, awaiting the young man's food and beverage request...
You gotta help me, there's a man outside and he's gonna kill me, he stole my purse, and he's gonna collapse this whole bar down and kill us all in a matter of moments if you don't do something to stop it!!!
The desperation in Nappa's eyes would either make the young man believe him, or think he was stark raving mad. Whatever would the young man do?

Wasn't in le mood for wallies, but eh.
As Jio relaxes at the table, feet propped up on the table, he takes note of a huge man walking around; definitely the bodyguard of the place. Jio sat quietly, tapping his fingers on the table with impatience. As the huge man approaches Jio, Jio notices he's the supposed waiter and instinctively let's out a laugh right in the man's face. Loser. Ha. Jio was in mid laugh when the waiter had said What'll it be sugar..... Jio's laugh came to a pause and a look of "wtf" was on his face while looking at the man. :|
Just as Jio was going to order, fried twinkies and sake to be exact, Jio felt a great rumble shiver across the entire building. The building started to seemingly break apart, caving in on itself while the ground also shook as if an eruption of some sort was going to happen. Pulling his hands together to do two hand seals, Jio let lightning release from every point of his body, near instantly creating a billion leaves made of compressed lightning. The leaves form on all sides of Jio at once, creating several egg-shaped barriers of leaves around himself to protect from every direction. He also manipulates leaves to make a shelter around nappa Also, though sadly the technique wasn't quick enough to spread and protect the others in the building. After the building had completely collapsed, the spikes had rose, and Jio and nappa were protected, Jio released his jutsu. With everything cleared and Jio safe, he looked around only to see a flying man/bird thing in the sky. Jio simply leaped backwards about 10m away from nappa while throwing a wind infused kunai at the flying man's back.

The sharpness of the leafs makes them able to shred a target on contact while their inherent Raiton chakra makes them able to paralyze on contact for a brief moment

As Vegeta is flying off, he feels Nappa's life force as well as one other still alive, as he recognizes the 2nd life signature to be an old village mate Jio. Turning around, he see's a kunai flying towards him, and passively turns his hair blonde and eyes a teal blue like the ocean..look closely, but be careful, it's deep z.z. as he pulls out his own kunai and throws it in the path of the other one, hitting sending it downwards off course and missing Vegeta. He then descends to the ground, and walks up to mid range of Jio, as Nappa runs off screaming like a girl in the night...
Jio, long time no see....but you cost me being able to tell the boss I killed Nappa, and I wasn't even able to get the tree fiddy he owes. Now I'll have to hunt him down all over again, but I'll enjoy a good battle with you first..
With that, Vegeta performs one seals, sending his katon chakra thru his legs to the ground, and suddenly a fiery golden glow as katon chakra surrounds his person, which he focuses and stabilizes around himself, and waits for Jio to decide his fate once more...

Tree Fiddy? I'm not sure what you mean. Though I do like the new look. Ya know; the wings, the golden hair, the blue eyes and the golden aura. A little flashy to say the least. Anyway, you ruined my chance at an ok meal, guess I'll actually turn your body in to get more money. I guess you chose this..
As I speak to you I weave together three hand seals, quickly placing you under an illusion. Before you know it, church bells ring and Right before your eyes, your little aura of golden chakra suddenly turns on you as you begin fearing it. The aura of chakra swiftly converges onto your body, wrapping around you tightly to cause minor burns on your skin whilst immobilizing you with its powerful grip on your body. You'd feel an immense fear of your own technique while it assists me in sending you into the afterlife. The coat of chakra forces your arms backwards "cuffing" you in place whilst also shackling your ankles and making rope like flames around your legs. Around your neck is a flaming hand, choking the breath out of you and caging in any screams you might have. It was all too sad. Your technique was now your enemy. In reality you'd be immobilized due to your body reacting to the illusion, and you'd believe you're choking from the hand choking you.

It will suddenly and powerfully make the opponent fear his own jutsu, which will translate in seeing the jutsu transform into something menacing or deadly to the user. For example, turns a dragon fireball around and has it attack the opponent, turns an earth armor into a spiked one, where the spikes grow inwards instead of outwards, etc etc. This only works on jutsus of the same rank as the technique. Genjutsu specialists will be able to affect 1 rank above. As the genjutsu kicks in, the target will hear a loud church bell ringing on their ears, and they'll see their jutsus stop. Then, a few seconds later, a second ring will be heard, and the jutsu will turn on them. In case of the Kurama, the effects actually become real. By latching itself on the part of the brain that controls the chakra, shortly after preforming the technique, the genjutsu will have the opponent resume the contact with the jutsu and have it's own chakra reshape, re-manipulate the jutsu into what the genjutsu is creating.

Right after casting the illusion I extend my left arm in order to create a lightning-drawn bow in hand. With the bow created I pull my right hand back by my head like I was pulling the string on the bow back, thus creating an arrow if condensed lightning. Upon creation I insert fire chakra to the arrow, highly heating it and increasing its killing potential. I'd then fire the arrow at you, which would track you, coiling around your body in order to electrocute you right in place.

As Vegeta hears bells and all that, he draws in senchakra into himself resetting his chakra system, then smacks himself with his anti-senchakra stick dispelling the excess senchakra, and along with it, Jio's foreign chakra, ending his illusion, however Vegeta's SS firey aura had also disappeared from lack of focus for a moment. As this occurs, he now see's Jio looking like he's shooting a bow and arrow, so Vegeta molds chakra and concentrates focusing on his earrings, particularly his right one. As the arrow is about on him his earring activates, sacrificing it's ability to be re-used to create a shield of chakra 50cm in front of him, that the arrow hits and dispels away harmlessly...
(Za Kindachi Kyuui) The Kings Peace
With that out of the way, Vegeta makes 3 seals sending doton chakra to several meters above Jio, opening a huge rift that drops a large boulder down onto Jio from above crushing him...

Description: Thousands of years ago, there was a lone some village in the Land of Eki, where all the villagers to a vow of peace. Never to fight even if their own life is endangered, the only exception was the protection of family and loved ones. Kids were taught this from an early age, meditation was also practiced at minimum 4 times a day to keep everyone at one with themselves. Within this village were great craftsmen throughout out all the land, that made tools with the heart for defending. Other bigger Villages and tribes with well over a thousand people wanted these craftsmen and their creations to in attempt to become rulers of the entire land of Eki. The village hidden in Ketsueki, the biggest in all the land and by far the most powerful, came to the lone village destroying everyones homes and killing the people of the village in search for the craftsmen and what they seen as "weapons". One of the Five craftsmen gave his son a pair of Gold earrings with what appears to have aqua colored diamonds[from chakra being stored within them] after the son put the earring on they became one with him. The intruders eventually found the last craftsman and his family hiding within a tunnel built under their home, each being pulled and executed, the son being the last one pulled from the tunnel, when they tried to kill him a barrier of chakra appeared reflecting theyre jutsu. This son with the only tools ever found, made by the legendary craftsmen , after 20 years went on to become King of all the land of Eki, finally bringing Peace. The earrings became known as "The Kings Peace", and their abilities are known to Block and/or Reflect nearly anything threatening the holder.
Note: The earrings can activate without the holders awareness but will always cost a move and drain proportional chakra to the technique defended from, preventing the user from molding his chakra at the same time for another technique.
Note: Only works with offensive Ninjutsu techniques (elemental or not) travelling towards the user.
Note: Blocking [right earring] is the ability through which the earings bring forth a shield of chakra, shy of 50cm from the user, in the path of an incoming technique, just enough to block it from damaging the wearer and Reflection[left earring] is the ability to bring forth a dampening shield of chakra, in the path of an incoming technique, which diverts the attack's path and sends it back towards its origin, albeit weaker by half (B-Rank becomes C-Rank for example).

What comes out is not mud nor a lid but a huge stone that falls from the rift and crashes down onto the opponent (see picture for the size of said stone). The stone is created several meters above the opponent, leaving enough time to react.
