Fifteen Really, Really, Really Hard Games

Dark Soul was only hard because if you died you lost everything and had one chance to go back and get it including going through all the enemies again. It was like a lot of older games, dying only resulted in starting from the last checkpoint and that was always further back.

DMC 3 wasn't that hard really, something else could've been in the place of that.
But I remember playing Contra as a little kid, and that game is waaay too hard lol. I still have never beat it.

i don't believe metal gear solid was that hard i even completed it on extreme mode and it was tough but i like a challenge. they got the wrong ninja gaiden there should have been the ones on the nes those were insane games. plus no word of teenage mutant ninja turtles on the nes that game was really sadistic. ghosts n goblins i do agree on i own that game and after all these years still tough to complete. my personal list of fifteen hard games are as follows
1 ninja gaiden trillogy nes (1 2 or three choose your torture)
2 teenage mutant ninja turtles nes (very sadistic)
3 batman nes (great game great challenge)
4 secret of mana snes (three end bosses in a row that cruelty)
5 landstalker mega drive/genesis (very tough game and bosses and crazy puzzles)
6 Alundra ps1 (insanely hard never completed cave puzzle.)
7 resident evil ps1 (hardly any ammo lots of zombies and hunters i hate them.
8 super star wars trillogy snes (good games good challenge)
9 ghouls n ghosts megadrive genesis (very tough game)
10 broken sword shadow of the templars ps1/pc (the goat bit stumps everyone.)
11 rayman ps1 ( looks can be deceiving this game is tough.)
12 spiderman megadrive/genesis (took years to beat the last boss.)
13 battletoads nes( enough said.)
14 super castlevania snes ( fun but tough)
15the adventures of bayou billy nes (very unforgiving difficulty)
that's my list of game i would say are pretty tough.
