Don't know about Costa Rica, but if Germany wins, I will sure do that.Argentina slips through, the way they are playing it is going to be hard for them, they only depend on MESSI MAGIC, they should put more emphasis on playing as a team.
Messi and Di Maria help them slip through, Di maria was sloppy whole evening.
Burn them when Germany or a smaller team like Costa Rica and Colombia win this world cup. I know I will
I like Messi as well, but I hate remaining Argentina team. Seriously, this team deserves to be champion? No I don't think so.I like Messi U_U...So I support Argentina U_U
Argentina is not gonna win, they aren't good enough to go all the way. Brazil as well. France, Germany, and Netherlands are the only teams that deserve to be called top teams.
The germany that took 120 mins to dismantle an Algerian side that is 22 in the fifa ranking as opposed to them who are number 2? Or Netherlands who needed a penalty to win against the mexico side? The only side out of those that had a solid and convincing victory was france against nigeria who aren't that experienced of a side but still France didn't have it easy. Like i said i dont see any european team winning this world cup.
All that is irrelevant as argentina got a maximum of 9 points in the group stage and up to now Argentina has only conceded only 3 goals in this tournament which is impressive. Yes Brazil needed penalties to beat chile, the same chile that defeated and knocked out the reigning world champions out of the competition right? Yeah they are definitely not a formidable side and didn't Brazil thrashing Cameron 4-1? My point is we are entering the latter stages of the world-cup the games are expected to be tough and hard the same Switzerland team that lost 5-2 isn't the same that played Argentina as their whole game was improved and seeing as Netherlands conceded twice against Australia who with all due respect aren't the strongest of sides it is clear that any team no matter favorites or underdogs can pull of upsets. So you're telling me the Argentinians who scored a last minute goal to beat an Iran team, the ones who barely beat Bosnia and just now another last minute goal against Switzerland are better at it? Or are you talking about the Brazil team that needed penalties to beat Chile, that needed to be babied through their first game against Cameroon, or tied with the same Mexicans who you just brushed off as a non threat? Yea they are certainly better at it.............
I'm not sure Brazil or Argentina would even be able to beat the Mexicans.

And I don't disagree with that. Perhaps I should have worded it differently. Either way I was just using your own logic that you used to say that a European team isn't gonna win. Also consider who was in Argentina's group, Imo the weakest group this year. I know Chile is a solid team, actually I had it as a 50:50 tossup between them and Brazil, and that's pretty much what happened. This is football, its not like there is a best of 7 series or something, its 1 game do or die, so of course upsets are possible, I'm just stating which teams look like the Top teams as of now, based on what I've seen. Against Algeria its not like the Germans had trouble attacking, they were still making quality attempts like they always do with almost near flawless execution, the goalkeeper was just that much better. Though their defence did look iffy but that could be credited due to lineup changes and Algeria's strong running game.
Also scores can be deceiving sometimes. Brazil hasn't looked anything past decent in any of their games. Decent is not enough to win, but things can change so we'll see.
