Brazil: 1970-1994
Italy: 1982-2006
Germany: 1990-2014

This video is Hilarious after the German win:-

Im so happy. Since 2002 its just been constant heartbreak and finally we have won it. Seeing Lahm and Schweinsteiger finally win it was great. Schweinsteiger especially played awesome today and I thought was man of the match. Good to see Klose win who I believe has the distinction of playing his first and probably last WC in a final with opposing results. Well played Argentina who played very well. I didnt think Messi deserved the golden ball but I knew he would get it. Felt particularly sorry for Mascherano who I thought had a great WC and Argentinas best player even though he took out Schweinsteiger a couple of times. ( LOL@ that synchronised double slide tackle on him by Mascherano and someone else )

Seeing Klose getting subbed off was the worst feeling ever. Knowing he didn't get to score in his last World Cup :(. He's been my favorite player ever since I started watching the sport. He's humble, tells referees not to award penalties or goals if he slips or the ball touches his hand, is nice, never showy or arrogant.

Klose is the guy who doesn't get the recognition he deserves, nor his face plastered everywhere. He's a silent hero, and one who truly deserves all the love and respect possible. I for one will miss him greatly. The game will never be the same without him. And though he didn't score as many goals this Cup, he provided something more valuable: leadership, and the will to never give up.

Schweinsteiger stated how Klose has been leading from the back, and pushing them all forward. He ran, and ran, and fought today till the end, and I wished Ozil was taken off instead of him. Goodbye my friend, and thank you for everything.

After looking at Schweinsteiger's bleeding, I thought of Amaterasu. XD
Well played Germans, as well as Argentines. ;D
Higuain tried a very tough volley, which obviously failed, and Messi, well..failed twice..though he played beautifully.
Goetze's goal was one of the best of the WC. The ball control was amazing.

Germany was phenomenal throughout the tournament and to say the least they deserved it. This German brigade always lived in shadows of 'Spanish giants' and tiki-taka, but they finally moved on, German sky is clear and victorious.
Although to say the least this is my analysis of German players and how they displayed epitome of teamwork, with good pace, precise passing, excellent play to switch between attack and defense and some great individual performances.

M. Neuer: Inventor of sweeper-keeper. SSJ reflexes and certainly one of the best goalkeepers in current football world. His ability to stay near the line and when to move in front of goal, was key to German success. Excellent ball throws and that amazing ability to act as an additional defender, really saved German defense from crumbling against Algeria.
P. Lahm: Most versatile player from the modern generation. First allowed to play as a midfielder, but then switched back to defense by Löw during knock-out stages, did excellent work in defense and midfield as well. Was phenomenal with his forward runs and pace, Created many excellent chances and was good skipper as well. He was one of the major factors in German victory.
M. Hummels: Was backbone of German defense this time around, reminded me of Per Mertisacker's performance before few world cups. Contained the counters and did well to dispose of the attackers and precise tackles to clear the ball out. Missed Algeria match, but made brilliant comeback with goal against France.
J. Boateng: Contained the attackers really well, kept eye on Messi in final, supported Hummels really well.
Was able to move ball forward during few moments of final. Did some good last-ditch clearances.
B. Howedes: Solved the problem of fourth defender that Germany had. Was an excellent counterpart of Lahm and proved that he has lot to offer in club level as well. Has a great future ahead if continues to serve so well. Has potential to become a great footballer, with excellent pace.
T.Kroos: Unarguably the best midfielder of the tournament. Proved himself as a playmaker and was able to create some of the ‘best moves’, truly genius. Excellent deliveries and swift passing with legendary free kick against France. Completely outsmarted Brazilian midfield was really difficult to contain, throughout the tournament.
S. Shewinsteiger: Midfielder with a heart of tiger. Continued game after shading some blood in the final. Holding and winning back the ball on multiple occasions was almost habitual. Energetic guy with some excellent tackles even in the later stage of the game. Covered up for absence of Khedira.
S. Khedira: Core of German midfield. Excellent as holding midfielder, one goal and one assist against Brazil. Frustrated the opponent midfielders with his excellent possession keeping abilities. Injury can be concern as missed the final.
T. Muller: Was almost on the verge of winning second successive goal boot award. His goal hunger was noticeable throughout the tournament, with few stunning strikes, is the next ‘Klose’. Hat-tricks against Portugal completely demolished them, while opened the flood-gate of goals against Brazil. Is perhaps the synonym of talent, hunger for goal and consistency, with high level of fitness.
M. Klose: German team veteran. Playing his last world cup, finally got a world cup medal in his now what looks like a legendary trophy cabinet. Scored really important goal against Ghana to save Germany from the defeat. Scored with stunning strike against Brazil, surpassed Ronaldo. Proved that he is truly a legend with high level of fitness while playing for 70 minutes against Argentina. Will go down as one of the world cup legends and iconic player to look forward to.
M. Ozil: Will go down in history as an excellent winger. Delivered some crucial performances. Goal against Algeria was really important and so was his ability to threaten the opposition by going forward. Good fitness, some good crossing abilities, really talented guy.
A. Shurrle: Proved that he has talent to become regular first team player. Can look forward to continue the excellent form for Chelsea. Awesome work in knockout stages, with two goals in semis against Brazil which completed the demolition and assist for winner against Argentina. Displayed excellent fitness level, work rate, ability to catch opponent on counters is phenomenal.
M.Goetze: The German hero of final. Stunning strike which sealed the world cup for the Germans, had a silent world cup till that match, with only a goal against Ghana, but was able to score the winner that was needed. Already highly decorated footballer in club level and won spot kick against Portugal, has ability to replace Klose and may soon become part of first team. Really talented player, with good finishing skills, something that he displayed against Argentina.

So that’s it for today folks, and sorry for long post.

Lahm? No. Bastian man of the match aside from goetze but in 7 appearances messi scored 4 goals and made 1 assist he created the most goal scoring opportunities in this tournament and captained his team to the final when you add all this i say it is fully deserved.

Yeah he deserve it after his heroic action against the mighty Iran,Bosnia and Nigeria,
Only Idiots says he fully deserve it.

Messi deserved the Golden Ball, just because he made 4 goals and an assist? What about Müller who scored 5 goals, made 3 assists and was playing for the victorious team? What about Neymar, who had not only the same stats, but also achieved all this long before Messi did?

Let's be honest here guys, Messi did not deserve it at all. Neymar was better than Messi even in his deathbed, Muller scored near twice the stats Messi did and he was no match to Rodriguez. ''He was not feeling well''. Neymar had his literally back broken, and was still ranked higher. Messi is not the best player in the world, and damn hell didn't deserve any trophy.

Basic FIFA logic again.

When he was substituted I felt bad too, but Gotze scored and justified the substitution, if Klose had scored and won Germany the cup, it would have been a magical moment.

He is quite underrated, but I am happy that he broke Ronaldo's record. He truly is a legend.

Anyways, he might play in Russia 2018, we never know, I am hoping for the best.
