Mission Start


- Fight a Void Entity and Escape (Custom, S-rank)

NOTE:
I have not kept track of my health since I entered, But I have done 4 A-ranks, 1 S-rank and 1 B-rank mission fighting the void and I have taken a considerable amount of damage id say. So with my pool of health of 160, id say I would probably be around 60-80 health remaining.

Amidst the surreal landscape of the Void, Akhwera moved like a phantom, his form cloaked in shadows, undulating and dancing with the eerie tendrils of this otherworldly realm. The treacherous terrain was his ally as he crept through the darkness, toward an unknown truth hidden in the Void's dark heart.

The air in the Void was heavy with malevolence, and the very terrain beneath Akhwera's feet seemed to writhe with a will of its own. Yet, he used this ever-changing landscape to his advantage, his movements like a silent ballet. He clung to shattered remnants of a once-familiar world, hidden among the grotesque and distorted structures. He moved with a cautious grace, every footfall a whispered secret.

Silence was his closest ally, but in the Void, it was also the most fragile. The slightest noise could be a death knell in this realm of shifting shadows. Akhwera's heart raced with every step as he slid through the inky darkness, shrouded by an aura of deception. The Void was relentless, its creatures unpredictable, and its surveillance ever-watchful.

It was a moment as brief as the flicker of a dying star when his foot brushed against a shard of void-infested stone. A subtle crackle of energy rippled through the shard, a discordant note in the eerie stillness. His heart skipped a beat as he realized he'd been exposed—a mere wisp of movement at the edge of his vision, a creature born of the abyss, its eyes like a shimmering void.

Frozen in place, Akhwera watched as the Void creature approached, its form shifting and undulating in the surreal gloom. Shadows clung to him like a spectral cloak, but he knew it was an act of futility. The creature's soulless eyes bore into him, sealing his fate in the depths of the abyss.

The creature, its features now fully revealed, advanced with an unhurried yet relentless determination. Its dark, soulless eyes locked onto Akhwera's, a silent challenge in the heart of the void. There was no escape, no room for retreat. The creature lunged forward, its spectral appendages reaching for him, and Akhwera knew that he would face the abyss's malevolence head-on.

As the Void entity launched its assault, Akhwera's movements were far from graceful. His injuries weighed him down, causing his evasions to be desperate and labored. Every twist and turn was a struggle, every leap a testament to his sheer determination.

With the entity's tendrils lashing out, Akhwera barely managed to evade them. The near-miss was a testament to his fading agility, and his heart raced as he continued his frantic escape toward the frontline. The relentless pursuit of the Void creature kept his pulse in a constant frenzy.

In a moment of despair, Akhwera found himself ensnared by the inky tendrils of the Void. His breath caught, and his vision blurred with panic. But even in his dire circumstances, he summoned a burst of fiery chakra. Flames erupted around him, their searing intensity cutting through the abyssal bonds that held him.

In a blazing inferno, he escaped the creature's clutches, reappearing in a burst of flames behind it. Now, the Void entity stood between him and the frontline, its malevolent form illuminated by the fiery aura that had become Akhwera's last hope for survival.

Description: This jutsu uses the Ox handseal. When your opponent attacks you, you disappear in a cloud of fire. When you poof away, your opponent gets burnt while they are in that cloud of fire that you created.

One hand gripping his side where blood flowed freely, and the other wielding his blade wreathed in white flames, Akhwera faced the abyssal entity that loomed before him. His body ached with each movement, his vision blurred, but his determination blazed fiercely. There was no turning back; he had to stand his ground.

With a roar of defiance, Akhwera lunged forward, his blade slashing through the darkness. The Void entity retaliated with tendrils of malevolence, lashing out in a frenzied assault. Akhwera danced on the precipice of disaster, his movements erratic and unpredictable. Each step he took was a calculated risk, his agility strained to the limit.

His blade, wreathed in searing white flames, cut through the entity's form, severing appendages that vanished into the abyss, only to reemerge moments later. The duel was relentless, a dance of life and death in the heart of the Void.

Akhwera's vision blurred with pain, and his heart pounded like a war drum. The abyssal entity, seemingly without end, shifted and reformed, adapting to his every move. It was a battle of attrition, a test of endurance, and Akhwera fought on with unwavering resolve.

In the eerie silence of the Void, the battle raged on, a deadly ballet of slashes and strikes, evasions and counterattacks. Akhwera knew he couldn't hold out forever, but he refused to yield to the relentless darkness that sought to consume him. Every slash of his blade was a testament to his determination, and every leap to evade the entity's tendrils was a leap toward survival.

Description: Narsil is a longsword wielded by kings of a long forgotten kingdom. It was said to be used during an alliance between men and Noldor to face the oncoming darkness. The sword being made of a metal that makes it shine like the purest silver, and with a black leather handle, with several engravings upon it. The sword itself is sentient, as it was infused with yang energy, giving it, its unique properties. The sword with its sentience, can sense the wielders chakra and any type of imbalance that may occur. Through this, the sword can send a cleansing energy through the wielder, effectively cleansing them of any spiritual intrusion. The sword itself has a chakra reserve that is of 200 in total, which it uses to perform its own abilities. Additionally, the cleansing ability can only cause a surge of chakra to go through the wielder with a total of 70 chakra per use.
In addition to its cleansing capabilities, the sword when wielded, creates a mixture of fire chakra and yang chakra, effectively creating a thin layer of white fire that flows across the sword, enhancing its cutting prowess through the intensity of the heat [+20 to Kenjutsu techniques]. Additionally, the sword can increase the intensity of the flames and cause them to increase in size, effectively causing the reach of any subsequent Kenjutsu technique usages to have an increase in range [+1 range reach]. The sword may supply the fire and yang chakra from its own supply or from the wielder [-10 chakra per turn from sword or wielder].
Outside of the cleansing ability and the increase in power to the wielders sword skills, the sword is capable of releasing an aura of yang chakra around the blade itself, creating several intangible dragon teeth that sprout from and cover the entirety of the sword. These teeth are "physically" longer than the sword, extending only a meter from the blade itself. These teeth will upon contact with a target drain them from their physical vitality. The dragon teeth lowers the targets physical speed, reaction, and ability to utilize powerful physical techniques. If the victim is touched only once, their base reaction/tracking is reduced to three quarters (75%) of their current stat, twice and their base speed and Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and other body damage is reduced by half of their current stat, and thrice they will lose the ability to use any form of taijutsu or kenjutsu techniques, while a fourth contact will render them paralyzed, unable to do anything outside of breathing. These dragon teeth are sentient and can move around and extend further than the sword at their own whim, reaching targets within short-range of the sword itself.
Note:
The cleansing effect is of S-rank and can be used until the sword is depleted of its chakra reserve.
The cleansing effect counts towards the move count, and it has a two turn cooldown.
Increasing the range through the fire and yang that flows across the sword, counts as a move to activate, while it then stays active until deactivated by the wielder or sword.
The range increase to Kenjutsu techniques does not stack with other range increase techniques.
The Dragon Teeth ability costs a move to activate, however, it may be activated in the same timeframe and in conjunction with a Kenjutsu technique.
The Dragon Teeth technique counts as an A-rank ability, and continues to stay active after its creation, due to its sentience.

Exhaustion settled in Akhwera's bones like an unrelenting weight, draining him of his strength and will. Every step felt like a marathon, and the once-searing resolve was now a flickering ember. The Void entity, ever voracious, inched closer, its form shifting and undulating like a malevolent specter.

Pain, the constant companion of this battle, was now a raging tempest. Every fiber of Akhwera's being screamed in torment, and his movements had become sluggish and uncoordinated. The relentless darkness of the Void loomed over him like a looming executioner, and the shadows seemed to breathe with an ominous hunger.

Desperation gnawed at him, and he fought to keep his resolve from crumbling entirely. It was a battle of attrition that he knew he could not win, and the abyssal entity pressed its advantage. It grew nearer, tendrils reaching out to grasp him like icy fingers closing around his throat. Akhwera was on the brink of surrender, his strength depleted, his vision blurred by pain and fatigue.

In the final, desperate moments, the Void entity struck. Its tendrils wrapped around Akhwera's body, ensnaring him in a deathly embrace. He could feel the suffocating presence of the Void, its malevolent intent poised to consume him. It was a chilling prelude to the abyss's ultimate victory.

And then, with a deafening roar, the ground beneath them erupted in a gargantuan explosion. Fire and force burst forth, ripping through the heart of the Void entity. The cataclysmic explosion devoured its form, scattering it like ashes in the wind. Akhwera, still ensnared in the tendrils, was sent hurtling through the air, a fiery figure surrounded by chaos.

He crashed into the unforgiving ground, his body sliding through the dust and debris, leaving a trail of destruction in his wake. As the fiery maelstrom of the explosion subsided, Akhwera lay battered and broken, a testament to the unfathomable forces he had harnessed to survive.

Description: A newly developed technique which has become known as Ragnarok, the destruction of the gods, for its sheer power and destruction. The technique relies heavily on the utilization of a massive amount of the users energy. The technique is initiated by the user after performing three hand seals, where then everything will commence. Beneath the surface, the ground will be grounded into almost dust particles, they will be combined with both fire and earth chakra, causing the formation of gunpowder within the earth itself. All of it will converge and form one enormous condensed orb of gunpowder within the ground at the users desired location, normally about 10m underground making it hard for doujutsu users to see it for the most part but not impossible for the likes of the Byakugan. With the orb forming, the user can passively create a spark within the gunpowder itself, this will cause the orb in the ground to instantaneously explode out in all directions, without warning, it will cause the earth beside and above it to violently explode out in all directions, ripping and tearing through everything in its path, trees, plants, buildings and people will be shredded and torn to nothing as the explosion and the shock wave moves across the land. The technique is large enough to hit everything 30m all around the point of detonation, the explosive crater large enough to take out a village, while the shockwave and after effects of the explosion will destroy everything around the area, blasting trees from the ground and causing buildings to come crumbling down. Should the user get caught in the blast, he will suffer the same damage unless he defends himself from it. The shockwave carries the full damage of the technique pushing everything outwards and scorching it in the process.

His once-proud form was now battered and broken, his body heavy with exhaustion and anguish. Blood seeped from wounds unseen, staining the earth around him with a gruesome mosaic of crimson. Soldiers fought valiantly on the frontlines ahead, their struggle a distant spectacle in Akhwera's fading vision.

His eyes, heavy and blurry, struggled to make sense of the chaos surrounding him. The world had taken on a nightmarish quality, an otherworldly tapestry of violence and despair. The cacophony of battle, the screams of soldiers, and the haunting presence of the Void were a torment to his senses.

In that moment, pain was his only companion, a relentless and unyielding specter that refused to loosen its grip. Fear, too, gnawed at the edges of his consciousness, a sinister reminder of the encroaching darkness. Akhwera felt the specter of the end looming, and he knew that he teetered on the precipice of oblivion.

Thoughts raced through his clouded mind. He questioned the purpose of his struggle, the unyielding fight against the abyss. He longed for relief, a respite from the torment that had become his existence. But even in the depths of despair, a glimmer of determination flickered within.

In the midst of chaos and bloodshed, Akhwera lay, his lifeblood seeping into the earth, his spirit enduring the unimaginable.

Akhwera lay sprawled in the unforgiving dirt, his battered form a testament to the brutal nature of the battle. His armor, once gleaming with valor, was now a tarnished and scorched shell, bearing the scars of countless blows. Deep gouges and rents marred its surface, revealing the bruised and battered flesh beneath. Blood-soaked bandages clung to his wounds, a grim reminder of the relentless assault he had endured.

His raven-black hair, damp with sweat and clotted with dirt, clung to his furrowed brow. Beads of sweat mixed with grime adorned his face, and his once-resolute eyes now held a glint of despair. The earth beneath him was stained with his own lifeblood, a grotesque tableau of his struggles.

But in his moment of vulnerability, something remarkable transpired. Akhwera's body stirred, as if awakened by an unyielding determination. With sheer force of will, he began to draw upon the natural energy that enveloped the world. The air itself seemed to respond, shimmering with vitality. As the energy coursed through him, his senses sharpened, and his muscles thrummed with newfound strength.

Sage Mode had been unlocked, and Akhwera was reborn with a renewed vitality.

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced by x3. Their strength increases, empowering Taijutsu techniques and Ninjutsu by +30. Additionally, Genjutsu cast by the user are empowered requiring the opponent to use Genjutsu release, of one rank higher than what is normally required. Lastly, the user gains access to toad anatomy, Sage Art: Frog Kata and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.
Note: Usable thrice per battle by Perfect Sages only. Must wait 1 turn before using this technique again. Once per battle, the user is able to instantly activate Sage mode, with 10% of their maximum chakra reserve as Senjutsu Chakra.

An entity of sheer malevolence, a colossal mass of tendrils and destruction, loomed above him and the now-vanished soldiers. Its presence radiated an aura of fear and despair, and its insatiable appetite for destruction knew no bounds.

The grotesque entity, with its writhing tendrils, descended upon the soldiers who had been fighting with unwavering determination just moments ago. Their cries of anguish and despair filled the air, and the void creature voraciously devoured and shredded them with malevolent glee.

In the direst of moments, as the entity of destruction bore down upon the line of valiant soldiers, Akhwera's mind raced. With a heart heavy with grief and a resolve steeled by the valor of the fallen, he knew that he had to act. His hands moved swiftly, forming two intricate hand seals just as the creature's malevolent presence was about to envelop them all.

In a blinding flash, the relentless entity and Akhwera were whisked away to another realm, one unlike any he had ever seen. They materialized on the surface of a colossal serpentine bridge, flanked by towering stone toads. The ground beneath Akhwera's feet quivered with the power of natural energy, and the world around him pulsed with an otherworldly energy.

As he rose to his feet, a radiant aura of natural energy enveloped him, a testament to his mastery of Sage Mode. His eyes, brimming with determination, met the gaze of the enormous, writhing entity that had pursued him. In this surreal realm, Akhwera knew that he had a chance to confront the malevolent force that had devoured the soldiers and seek to bring an end to its reign of terror.

"I won't allow you to claim any more brave soldiers. Your reign of terror ends here and now."

Description: The user of this technique must be a master of sage mode and the summoning technique. Though the contract they use is irrelevant. By forming two handseals and then clapping their hands the user will activate a unique reverse summoning technique used only by those who are sage mode users. The user and opponent along with any items or summonings present will be reverse summoned to a place known as the graveyard of the sages. This place has a very unique structure the main path will resemble the back of a snake paved to be a road that stretches as far as the eyes can see and even further still. But is only 15 meters in width. Either side of this is a steep drop leading in to a pool of venom. Being incredibly deadly to fall in to. Elevated above the enormous venom baths are huge statues of toads facing each other lining the path of the snake. It's said that the snake is known as the world serpent a forgotten beast of old that faced the toad soldiers in battle so fierce all were petrified from over usage of natural energy in the fierce conflict leaving this terrifying monument. In this field the users of sage mode have a considerable advantage. Namely all senjutsu techniques formed in this area gather the mass of natural energy in the area translating to a +10 boost to any senjutsu techniques. Additionally the high level of natural energy stored in the environment makes it entirely impossible for the enemy to make use of the environment unless he too uses sage mode in regards to manipulating the ground for techniques such as earth. Meaning techniques created from the surroundings such as earth techniques will simply not work unless they exceed B rank. However this does come some drawbacks. The initial reverse summoning actually requires natural energy to perform meaning the user will need to be in sage mode and using it will also cut sage mode duration by one turn.

Note: Once performed the user and opponents may not leave the area without space time ninjutsu or other reverse summoning techniques or the user runs out of sage mode duration which will cause them to return to the original area. The user's death also reverse summons the opponent back.

His movements were ragged, and every evasion was a desperate gamble, narrowly avoiding the entity's strikes by a hair's breadth.

The void entity writhed and thrashed, a malevolent force that seemed intent on testing Akhwera's resilience. The battle was a relentless struggle, but with each slash and each evasion, he inched closer to the possibility of victory.

Amid the chaotic fray, Akhwera's mastery of natural energy surged to the fore. As his blade seared through the void entity's form, he channeled invisible tendrils of natural energy to ensnare and constrict the malevolent force from all sides. These ethereal bonds manifested like unforgiving steel wires, their grip relentless and inescapable.

The void entity, its movements hindered by these invisible restraints, found itself caught in the intricate web woven by Akhwera's control of natural energy. Its struggles became increasingly futile, and its once relentless attacks slowed to a crawl. The pressure of the entwining energy was akin to an unyielding vise, rendering the entity more vulnerable to Akhwera's relentless assault.

With each strike of his blade, he carved deeper into the entity's writhing mass, slicing it like a surgeon's scalpel through diseased flesh. The battle, though still fraught with peril, was beginning to tip in Akhwera's favor as he harnessed the power of natural energy to both restrain and assail the malevolent foe.

Description: Allowing natural energy to gather in the ground surrounding the target, the user will with a hand gesture force the natural energy to rush up through the ground and wrap around their limbs, like a hundred wires, pulling in each their own direction, aiming to pull their limbs from the body, completely immobilizing the target, as it keeps pulling them apart until muscles, bone and skin tissue are being ripped apart, until finally the target has been completely ripped to pieces. This technique uses natural energy in the same way as frog kata.

Akhwera dangled precariously in the grasp of the creature, his body battered and bruised from the relentless battle. The void entity's gaping maw loomed closer, the promise of devouring him a looming threat. The world around him blurred, and the weight of impending doom hung heavily in the air.

In a heart-pounding moment of ingenuity, Akhwera summoned forth a maelstrom of searing, solidified fire that took the form of razor-sharp leaves. These fiery blades whirled around him, their heat and intensity slicing through the very fabric of the void entity. The creature writhed and howled in pain as the flames seared its malevolent form.

Seizing this fleeting opportunity, Akhwera's blade came down like a hammer on the tendril that held him aloft. The appendage was sliced cleanly, and he dropped from his captor's grasp, his body landing with a resounding thud on the void being's monstrous head. In a swift and decisive movement, he drove Narsil into the entity's skull, the blade sinking deep into its malevolent core.

Description: The user builds up their katon chakra in their mouth and blows out a storm of embers that are sent spiraling towards the opponent at high speeds.Each ember is shaped like a leaf and thus that is where the justu gets its name.The leaf shaped flames are incredibly sharps they have serrated like edges and can easily cut through trees and rocks leaving cinders where it was sliced,the embers cover a large area both vertically and horizontally and thus can be difficult to avoid.

With every ounce of his remaining strength and determination, Akhwera channeled his natural energy, his hands firmly planted on the writhing, monstrous head of the entity. It was a feat of incredible difficulty, as if trying to hold back the surging tide of an ocean with just bare hands.

The void entity raged and thrashed in a frenzied attempt to break free, but Akhwera's resolve remained unwavering. The flow of his chakra intensified, a torrent of energy surging from his very being into the creature's core. The process was excruciating, the pressure immense, as if he were trying to shape a mountain with the force of his will alone.

Yet, in a testament to his indomitable spirit, the void entity's form began to change. Stone crept across its once-tormented visage, inch by inch, until it resembled a gargantuan statue carved in the likeness of the malevolent force. Akhwera's tenacity had turned a relentless adversary into a lifeless monument to the battle that had taken place upon the serpentine bridge.

Description: A highly advanced and dangerous technique which allows the user to manipulate his Senjutsu chakra to rush through the point of impact of a fist, finger, kick or anything that the user touches. The user will use the control over senjutsu chakra which is spread across his body, but this time not using it to increase the range and strength, but rather have the amounts of senjutsu chakra to travel inside the body of the opponent which he is currently battling. The amounts of chakra release and inserted to the opponent's body, will plant themselves on that specific part of the body, and due to the nature of senjutsu chakra being very difficult to control, the chakra will remain in a disbalanced state, and slowly petrify itself and the connected part of the body into stone. This effect is observed as the natural disbalance of senjutsu chakra inside the human body, will force itself into petrification, so turning into stone, if the user cannot correctly balance the amounts of chakra needed. As the amounts sent to the enemy’s body are fairly small, the petrification process will begin seconds after the impact with said body part is made. The trace amounts of chakra are low enough, and very separate from the enemy’s natural chakra flow, so placing it under control will be virtually impossible. The effects caused by this technique last for two turns in total before the Senjutsu chakra will slowly seep out of their body, making it functional again. The petrification process will stop the normal function of the part hit.

In the aftermath of his monumental feat, Akhwera's Sage Mode flickered and waned, the immense strain taking its toll on his battered body. The ethereal aura that had surrounded him began to dissipate, and his senses gradually returned to their mortal state.

As the void entity's gargantuan form transformed into an imposing statue of stone, the nexus of the battle shifted once more. Akhwera and the colossal monument to their battle were transported back to the battlefield, where the relentless void still threatened to engulf the soldiers of good.

They reappeared in a grand spectacle, the tormented stone visage of the void entity towering above the tumultuous battlefield. Akhwera stood atop the statue's stony crown, surveying the chaos that surrounded him. The soldiers of good gazed upon the incredible sight, their spirits momentarily renewed by the awe-inspiring tableau.

Akhwera's gaze was unwavering, directed toward the heart of the void, where the battle raged on.

After passing through a strange portal at the end of the tunnel, Arjuna appeared on an everlasting field of wheat teeming with Void creatures of all ranges and sizes. In no shape to keep fighting, he retreated to a safe spot among the wheat to catch his breath and decide the next move.

Post marks beginning of a mission with the following element(s): Aid a group of resistance fighters to repel the Void in the Fields of Suffering (S-rank).

After recuperating from his first bouts with the Void, Arjuna decided he was ready to tackle its horrors again. He didn't know what to expect when he stepped through those giant gates, but after passing through the portal from the Necropolis days ago he felt he had a certain clarity now on what he needed to do. He'd also noticed during that time how the shard that he kept close glowed brighter with each encounter. This was the only place that made the crystal react, which drew his curiosity with each day. What would happen if it ever got enough of this strange energy--How bright could it get? "A light to pierce the dark..."

All around he heard the sounds of war and pain, the prayers of the faithful and the beastly snarls of those that opposed them. It had gotten to a point where he sought to deactivate his Ototon technique and spare himself the horror but almost as if a sign, he picked up on a group of humans fighting to what sounded like their last breaths. Something about how defiant they sounded despite the seeming odds made Arjuna interested in their purpose. It had come from his right, far across patches of trampled wheat and the slain, to a small cluster of shinobi fighting with their backs to one another. In the center of their little formation laid a few injured ones while strange creatures of the Void that seemed nothing like the ones Arjuna had encountered so far, with their bulbous bodies riddled with eyes and flailing tendrils that appeared eerily like hands, lingered around them--dipping in and out of their range with troublesome speed. Under the group the ground had strange markings like an uncompleted ritual circle... He had to get closer, and with most of his vigor and strength having returned, Arjuna sprinted the distance without pause. By the time he was about thirty meters away he saw one of the shinobi disappear in a flash of light that seared most of the creatures around them. Arjuna shielded his eyes from the brightness with an arm and when he looked again there were fewer creatures swirling above them but also fewer people in formation. He gritted his teeth as he drew on his Prana and the Throne to summon a Noble Phantasm in the form of a bow. The moment he holds the Phantasm his senses are enhanced to the where he could see people that fought and their aggressors much more clearly. He saw that yes, the flying creatures carried stark red, bone-thin arms that dangled underneath them and reached out for the humans. One of the Void creatures managed to grab hold a kunoichi's sword and then proceeded to yank her from the ground and up into the air where her allies could offer little help without worrying for themselves. Arjuna drew back on the Prana bowstring and aimed at the creature's round body as it twirled and ascended. He then released a focused stream of Prana infused wind from the center of the bow that barreled through the air at great speed before shattering the creature's red, bony hands that had held on so tightly to their victim. The kunoichi fell, but when Arjuna saw that the others were grateful and ready to catch her he instead chose to notch and release six arrows back-to-back, striking each of the other three floating creatures around them twice. The seventh arrow was aimed at the flying creature above, which had already begun to regrow its arms. This arrow would curve through the air so as to fly below its many eyes and then suddenly arc upward to pierce it from below, which caused a sickly purple mud to gush from the wound and fall onto the wheat. Though he sensed it did not die, Arjuna was confident it was out of the fight as it trailed off into the distance, leaking its purple rain.

He then turned his attention to the three remaining creatures around the now four-man squad. His previous arrows had only managed to stun them so that the group could catch their falling ally but now that the pain of his attacks had dulled they all cried out in unison, a chilling sound that didn't seem to travel through the air as much as it did their bones. Glowing purple orbs appeared above the creatures' heads as their many hands seemed to reach up from under them to hold it. Arjuna could feel the dread in the attacks even though he had no idea what they would do. "Get down, Void beam!" one of the shinobi yelled, and the group ducked low onto their stomachs with practiced speed. Immediately after, piercing beams erupted from each orb that dug into and charred the ground like rays of fire, marking sharp geometric patterns in their wake. If it weren't for his improved acuity he wouldn't have been able to perceive how quickly one of the beams had jerked toward him at the last minute. As he ducked to the side he noticed how haphazard the creatures' attacks had been--none of the humans including himself were hit, and with a few lasered corpses on the ground between them he knew this wasn't their first time encountering such an attack. He deduced that it must have been those multiple eyes the creatures had that they use to aim. He figured if he could maim them there they would not be able to lock on to anyone. He drew closer with a dash, lowering the Phantasm to his side while focusing Raiton chakra throughout his body, culminating in the palm of his left hand as a luminous sphere. Arjuna then threw this directly above the group and triggered it to rain continuous arcs of lightning around them like a birdcage. "Now! There's your chance!" Arjuna said as the floating creatures froze in their tracks, stunned again. One of the fighters, a kunoichi with short black hair, looked at him and offered a brief nod before she turned and released a stream of fire from her lips, scorching the nearest creature on the spot. The other three, two men and another woman, all focused their attacks on the second creature; a combination of lightning, fire, and water. That left the third one to Arjuna. He raised his bow and fired another stream of Prana infused wind from its drawstring that hit the creature but did not pierce through. They were sturdier than usual, he realized. Perhaps he needed to use chakra.

Arjuna skidded to a halt about ten meters out from the group and notched an arrow in his bow. As he brought it level with his target he couldn't help but feel like something was off. He spared a single second to look around himself but found nothing out of the ordinary. With peoples lives on the line he decided to abandon the thought and aimed...

"Look out, you fool!"

He didn't notice it at first: A fourth Void beast hovering high above with its weird head pointed at him, purple orb glowing fiercely. One of the fighters rushed toward Arjuna. He saw them moving as if in slow motion and it puzzled him briefly. It was the purple glow in their eyes and on their clothes that made him look up for the source--and into the violet beam of energy. Instinct was all he had in that moment. Arjuna flicked his head to the left as quickly as he could and felt an exquisite pain ripple along the right side of his face and ear and knew immediately that he'd been scarred (-20 HP). He immediately dropped low, holding the Phantasm still, and took to evasive maneuvers; dashing, flipping, and darting about in erratic patterns to throw off the creature's aim. The beam only managed to graze him once more after that on his forearm (-10 HP), but judging by the state of the ground after he got done moving told him he'd gotten off lucky. No matter, he would use this break to--

The fighter that rushed toward him, the one he'd just seen wide-eyed and frantic, lay crumpled in a patch of wheat and smoldering patterns. Violet smoke billowed from their clothes. "No..." Arjuna heard himself whisper. Just footsteps away, the other three shinobi cried out for their comrade.

Arjuna looked up at the fourth creature again and saw that its cluster of hands crackled with lightning energy, his lightning energy. It had somehow overpowered or stolen his chakra so quickly that he hadn't noticed. Not only that, but all four Void creatures had begun to merge into one. Arjuna immediately dispelled his longbow Phantasm and instead called a dark grimoire from the Throne and bound his Seraphic Water chakra to it as he lifted himself into the air to face the threat head-on. "Get to cover, all of you. You've given enough." Arjuna said as he waved a hand at the airborne creature to unleash a stream of water in its direction. However the merging process for the Void things was a quick one, and not long after coming into physical contact with each other did a great monstrosity covered in eyes spring from their union. It had more hand-like tendrils than all four previous Void beasts combined, and it used those same hands to absorb the Seraphic Water stream in its entirety. Stunned as he were at this Arjuna responded immediately by forming a barrier of Prana before himself. A few of the amalgam creature's hands had started pointing at him with tiny orbs of violet energy forming at the tips of each bony index finger. Having seen and felt first-hand the heinous effects of that attack, he didn't even wait to see what form it would take in the creature's evolved state. The barrier is pre-emptively formed in a way to deflect the beams away from Arjuna's body even if he could no longer keep track of them. Just as he imagined, each finger fired its own little death ray that struck his Prana barrier and, incredibly, broke through it at varying locations. One of the beams managed to pierce through his clothes and skin of his upper left arm (-10 HP), which bumped the shard from its hiding place on his sleeve. Arjuna thought quickly, choosing to ignore the fact that his shard was falling into the wheats for a chance to land a decisive blow. "You, who's only purpose is to invade and destroy... I don't like you." He held out a palm toward the creature and used his chakra to form a constricting box-shaped barrier around it, effectively trapping it in the air as he flew above it and angled his next attack directly down at it.

He knew he would likely have to hit it with everything he had because he wasn't sure how many more of those Void beams he could manage. With this on his mind Arjuna called on his Seraphic Water again through the grimoire Phantasm, this time creating a massive orb of the element over his head that bubbled and boiled with no visible heat source. Then he split the orb into four, and commanded them to encircle the trapped creature at its four flanks. Then, with another motion of his hand the orbs began shooting streams of scalding hot Seraphic Water in a formation that saw the creature constantly bombarded from all sides by the dense, boiling element. He held this technique upon the trapped creature for what felt like years. Until his chakra control became non-existent. Until the technique had been performed to full completion. Then, heaving, Arjuna watched as the creature's steaming carcass fell and formed a medium-sized crater.

Silence fell over the battlefield as they all held their breaths and waited. Nothing moved.

Then, a bony red hand rose from the rubble and began to point upward at the sky, at Arjuna. He cursed under his breath as he formed another set of barriers, knowing fully well they weren't enough. But then to his utter dismay, the hand quickly turned and pointed at the three survivors. Arjuna would not even find the time to think. He floods his body with Prana and disappears in a flash of purple light, entering the Throne for only a moment before reappearing directly in front of the three survivors. As the beam flashes toward them Arjuna is fully prepared to give his life to protect them, and crosses his arms before his chest to form a bone-white protective barrier that only manages to deflect some of the creature's attack with a majority of the energy being released as an explosion on the outside of the barrier that pushed him back with reduced damage (-5 HP) but still made him slightly dizzy. A strange 'sound' emanated through the crater then and shook the bones of his skull. It sounded--or rather felt--like a cackle. Did this Void thing mock them?

"E-ENOUGH!" Arjuna declares as he releases the grimoire back to the Throne and holds out both hands to the grounded creature. "Be purged with fire, you vile thing. How dare you laugh at me." From his hands poured countless orbs of fire chakra that all sought out the down creature and began to circle above the crater. Using his good hand to form a hand seal afterward, Arjuna caused each orb to explode one after the other, blasting the crater wider and wider with every explosion. After the last blast had shook the ground under their feet Arjuna moved to make another hand seal... only to have one of the two surviving kunoichi grab his wrist.

"The Void beast is no more, warrior," she said. "Volda smiles at us knowing we've honored his death."

Arjuna refused to do that. He refused to believe the Void could relent that easily. "My god..."

(Busou: Kenshoushi no Seiki) – Surge of Armament: Century of Champions

Description: This technique is the most fundamental Armament technique in the Surgebinder arsenal and covers each major class of warrior. The user can summon the Noble Phantasm anywhere on the field, but it must be at least short-range away from the opponent unless the user is also inside that range. Servant rank Surgebinders can sustain the summoned Phantasm indefinitely but they will be prevented from calling forth any further Noble Phantasms until they return this one to the Throne. Heroic Spirits and above can sustain two Noble Phantasms indefinitely but will also be prevented from calling forth any further weapons until at least one is returned.

Blades of the Saber
The user will summon a sword from the Throne with a glowing metal blade that vibrates at the frequency of lightning. It is coated in and charged with a never-ending current of electricity that cannot be short circuited or insulated. The blade can be stabbed into a conductive surface such as earth, water, metal, mist, etc to release currents of electricity in every direction, that quickly form into dozens, hundreds or thousands of replicas of the metal blade jutting upwards, downwards or in any direction. This counts as a move, deals 60 damage per attack (regardless of the number of blades used) and the user is free to perform other techniques. If the user drops the blade, it can be recalled to their hand with a mental command or manipulated remotely through hand gestures in a similar manner to Lightning Blade Levitation. Upon summoning, the blade leaks prana into the user's body which renders them immune to electric shocks and paralysis. Alternatively, the glowing blade is coated in wreath of prana-infused flames which cannot be extinguished. Both the fire and the aforementioned electricity, can be used as a source for Fire, Lightning and advanced or custom elements which are energetic (e.g. Dark, Rhythm or Storm). This fiery blade renders the user immune to burns, dehydration and the effects of scorching temperatures. The blades themselves deal 80 damage on direct contact with the opponent’s body or techniques. Using it to counter a technique counts as one of the user’s moves per turn.

Spears of the Lancer
The user will summon an indestructible, two-meter long spear, staff or lance from the Throne into either of their hands. These weapons will be slightly elastic to the point they can be used for pole vaulting and will be capable of extending their length. The speed of extension will be twice the user's base speed but retracting it to restore it's original size will occur instantly. Since the weapon is not subject to the effects of gravity, the user will not be weighed down regardless of how much it increases in size. This will also enable it to fly through the air and the user can control it's movements through mental commands. The weapon will also have the have the malleability of a liquid, allowing it to change shape at will. Noble Phantasms in this class will possess the ability to enter and exit the Throne passively and instantly, taking no slot in the timeframe. Each time it disappears, an exact replica of the weapon will remain it's place, completely camouflaging it's teleportation to the naked eye. These replicas will possess all of the abilities of the original but they will only have the durability of a basic kunai. Their creation process is exactly the same as the Shadow Shuriken technique but there is no puff of smoke. It can teleport any number of times in a given turn but all the created duplicates will collectively count as one move.

Bows of the Archer
The user will summon any kind of bow as well as a quiver full of arrows onto their back. The quiver will appear with a strap that will be fastened onto the user's body. Upon contact with the bow, the user's body will be flooded with an incredible amount of prana. This will enhance their sense of sight without making them more sensitive to bright lights or intense stimuli. This increased visual acuity will allow them to see everything in the landmark they're in as well as see through clouds of dust, mist and heavy rain. This means they will be completely unaffected by such conditions present in certain landmarks. Their eyes will also become capable of following the speed of quicker targets, which translates to a tracking increase of x3. The arrows will not be subject to the effects of gravity or air resistance and so they will continue perpetually nor will they ever slow down since no energy is lost. They will also cleanly slice through basic weapons and ninja tools them without being deflected off their trajectory in the slightest. They will seek out and be drawn to targets with chakra foreign to the user's own once they are fired. When multiple sources of foreign chakra exist, they will always be directed towards the ones with the greatest concentration of chakra. Once per turn, by pulling back the bowstring and releasing it, long stream(s) of wind-infused prana will be emitted from the front of the bow. The infusion of wind chakra will give the prana distinct slicing properties, enabling them to cut straight through solid targets. This is an A-Ranked ability, will cost a move and has a long-range reach. Both the normal arrows and the streams of prana will travel at twice the user's speed.

Chariot of the Rider
The user will summon a chariot, golem, fortress or anything else that can be ridden. All of the Noble Phantasms in this class are capable of flight and can be a maximum size of twenty meters in radius. They will also be durable enough to tank one S-Rank technique per turn, whereby they will then passively regenerate from the damage sustained by the end of the turn. The golems can come in any shape or form, whether it's animalistic, humanoid, a hybrid or monstrous. Large-scale phantasms will displace the user's body in the same way as summons do if they're manifested beneath them. Earth-based phantasms will be constructed of rock and stone while Water-based ones will be made of ice. More accurately, most of the exterior will be made of ice that can't be melted and the interior will contain a large quantity of water. The water will be encased by the ice from all sides barring the top, allowing it to be accessed. The user will be capable of manipulating the earth/water for the use of techniques. The phantasm can be made of any solid or liquid material and be used as a source for Custom Element or Advanced Element techniques. This will be supplemented by their ability to regenerate, meaning the source will replenish itself upon and even during use and therefore can even be used to perform techniques larger than itself. Since it is infused with copious of amounts of Prana, it can't be manipulated by the opponent and techniques created from that source will have their strengths and weaknesses erased.

Armour of the Berserker
The user will summon an armour slightly larger than their body, made of any material, over their current attire, which will envelop them fully or partially. In the case of full body armours, by default they will not conceal the user's eyes or mouth unless specified otherwise. All armours in this class can be reshaped passively to extend weapons, limbs, spikes, tendrils, prehensile tails, hands which can perform handseals and wings capable of flight. These suit of armour will be both weightless and flexible at the joints, meaning they will not hinder the user's ability to move in the slightest. The composition of the armours makes them incredibly durable, rendering them immune to damage from A-Rank and below techniques. It can completely block/negate the damage of one S-Rank technique but this will neutralize the Noble Phantasm and return it to the Throne. The armour insulates both electrical currents and extreme heats and will also absorb the force of massive impacts or techniques. They user will sustain no fall damage, from any height, and the armour will absorb and reflect the impact of any physical strike onto the attacker. Since they are fully infused with prana, the armour cannot be manipulated by foreign chakra or energy. Only the user can use the armour as a source for techniques.

Grimoire of the Caster
The user will summon a 'spellbook' onto their person that can't be made wet, burnt or corroded. It will also insulate any electrical currents and despite it's composition, possess enough durability to sustain S-Rank and below offensive techniques without taking damage. Upon contact with the user's body or attire, the book will leak prana into them to enhance their body and ability to mold chakra. The prana infusion will render the user's body virtually weightless and lighter than air, allowing them to fly through the air while they're in contact with the book. The main effect of the infusion is that the user gains +20 damage to the element or ability of their choice (defensive and supplementary jutsu can defend against or affect jutsu one rank higher than normal). The user can perform all techniques by gesturing a single hand, as long as they're holding the grimoire in the other. These effects only apply if the user is holding it, and the effects will have to be recast if the user reacquires the grimoire after dropping it or being disarmed (although it does not cost a move or take a slot in the timeframe to do this). Once per turn, the grimoire can release a large amount of Prana that will form into shields or geometric shapes around the user. The shields can be linear walls or they can expand into 3D shapes that encapsulate the user partially or completely. The user can extend spikes, tendrils and other harmful constructions from these shields up to a short-range distance but these extensions will always remain connected to the central structure. This is an S-Ranked ability and will count as a move when used.

Masks of the Assassin
The user will summon a mask and cloak filled with daggers, which will manifest over their current attire. Both the cloak and mask are waterproof, fireproof, and will defend against freeform damage of all kinds. Every cloak and mask will possess a unique colour and design and will fit the user perfectly as each is tailor-made for the individual. Within the interior of the cloak, held in place by numerous pockets, are countless throwing daggers known as 'Black Keys'. These daggers are invisible, unaffected by air resistance, produce no sound whatsoever and are impossible to sense. Whenever they clash with or come into contact with anything, no sound is produced by the collision/contact. These daggers can be used in exactly the same manner as basic ninja tools.

Description: The user uses an arrow which has its arrow head shaped in a way which enables it to curve and attack the enemy from the side.(Moves in an arc) Although its power is not as strong as an arrow which has a sharpened head, its fletching allows it to move in a certain direction with the air resistance giving it the ability to turn, which means it can hit the opponent from the side of his leg or body restricting his movement. The Arrows are faster than regular thrown projectiles and therefore can be more trickier to counter.

Description: The most basic technique of the special element. By focusing Seraphic Water chakra throughout the body and/or surrounding earth/water bodies, the user is able to create constructs of flowing Seraphic Water. These can range from simple waves, domes, walls, and pillars while the element can even be made dense enough to form traditional weaponry like kunai and swords, as well as other complex shapes. They can be formed from water sources as well as the ground within mid ranged of the user. The size of these creations are directly proportional to the amount of chakra expended with S ranked variants ranging as big as the canon 'Water Bullet Technique'. As per the properties of Seraphic Water, whenever the element comes in contact with any of if its strong to elements, namely organic matter like people or insects, the brine can suck away the moisture present within these things, leaving behind empty husks. With the seal of confrontation the user can manipulate/maintain control of said constructs up to long ranged of his person.

(Fūinjutsu: Kōsoku Fantajia) – Sealing Technique: Restraints of Phantasia

Description: This technique employs the usage of barriers to create a technique designed to restrain targets. With a single hand seal the user causes a large geometric barrier to encapsulate the target in what appears to be a box. The walls restrain the target by pressing and squeezing down on the target; while they exert great pressure and effectively prevent the target from moving under normal circumstances they are harmless themselves. The barrier itself can fit to the size of its target, however it cannot reach sizes equivalent to boss summons. It can only be used to trap targets up to three times the size of an average human. The barrier is simple to escape, however, in that it only requires an A-Rank technique to shatter it from within. Unlike the Embraces, which specialize in sealing abilities and chakra, the Restraints of Phantasia is only able to restrain its target independent of the user. The Restraints can also be used on targets within mid-air, causing them to enter a sort of suspended animation within the barrier. Restraints of Phantasia can only be used three times per battle within two turns in between applications. No fuuin above A rank in the following turn

When performing a Seraphic Water technique the user may infuse a trace amount of their Sound chakra by paying extra chakra (+20) and have acoustic vibrations propagate throughout the affected jutsu. These are high energy, Destructive Sound Waves that are absorbed by the Seraphic Water and converted into heat energy. This allows the technique being performed up to A-ranked to gain a rank boost and +20 for S-ranked techniques. Vouce of Glory is incompatible with Forbidden ranked Seraphic Water techniques. The first perk that the affected jutsu gains with this infusion is an almost total lack of sound, similar to (Seraphumizuton: Bōsei no Hasmed; Shizuka Shōkyo)- Seraphic Water: Tyranny of Hasmed; Silent Erasure. This is because the sound waves are being absorbed and converted as quickly as they're produced, which leads to the second minor perk which is heat. Voice of Glory allows the affected Seraphic Water technique to be many times over the boiling point of regular water, thanks to its heat capacity of over a thousand degrees, able to burn and dessiccate opponents at the same time. The user will be unable to perform any other Sound techniques above A-ranked during the turn Voice of Glory is activated. Can be performed four times with a turn cool down in between uses.

Description: Primarily a technique created to showcase the true might of Seraphic Water, Uranai is equally as pleasing to the eyes as its devastating to the body of the enemy. The technique begins by the user clapping his hands and summoning at least four spheres of the element around him up to short ranged. The spheres are exactly 2 meters (6.5 feet) in diameter and contain a staggering amount of the element in their confines while remaining by the user (short ranged) by default, even if he moves. From these spheres, at mental command or with hand gestures, the user can have bands of Seraphic Water spill out and travel around his position, like dragons in flight. These bands of water take circular paths and leave one orb to enter into another. Because of this, as soon as one orb has emptied, water from another fills it, and so no one orb would ever be empty while none would ever be full. This continuous raze of water flowing around the user can form a semi dome that covers his short ranged position from every conceivable angle excepting underground. The user can then command the spheres to move away from him and occupy the area up to mid ranged. At a such a distance from the user they become less spherical shaped and seem to sort of bubble as the chakra control isn't as strong. However, they will retain the ability to spill forth thick bands of Seraphic Water and connect to their fellow spheres to turn the entire area into a dome of chaotically interweaving streams. If an opponent(s) occupy the mid ranged space then the spheres cannot come within 5m of living people but the bands, in their travels, are more than capable of touching them, which becomes a horrid experience once it does. Instead of simply brushing on opponents and pushing them around in the chaos, Seraphic Water is dense enough to pick up a grown adult and even large creatures, and not only toss them around inside the many bands, drowning and sapping the moisture from their bodies, but also crush bones. The user can choose to align any of the four orbs in any orientation/fashion he wishes and can either have all four bands (each B ranked) come together for one crushing stream (S ranked) or have them attack multiple targets simultaneously (which is the default attack route). At the same time, if there are any open wounds or general points of entries on anything caught within the techniques AoE then the element is able to enter into and wreak havoc from the inside of its targets. This can include entering through the opponent's mouths, noses, ears, etc, as well as techniques weak to SW. While sustaining this technique at a rate of -10 per turn the user is unable to perform any other chakra needed techniques until it is ended or destroyed. One very important factor to note though, is that Earth techniques, despite being strong to SW can also be affected by this technique. Doton techs of A ranked and below, if this technique manages to get into any crevices present on the structure, are able to be put in "stasis". That means, Seraphic Water infiltrates any openings seen and seemingly cancel out the chakra present (S ranked SW is equal to A ranked Doton), and until the Seraphic Water is removed or a higher chakra amount is poured into said structure, it will remain unable to be controlled by both the user and his opponent, leaving the structure simple motionless. During such an effect, this technique also becomes inapplicable for manipulation or control by the user as well, this means neither the Doton structure or the Seraphic Water technique can be controlled by the prospective users, similar to a standard stalemate.

Description: Considered the father technique of Era of Gods and Dynasty of Kings, Epoch of Titans uses the Surge of Evocation's ability to teleport objects and Surgebinders to the Throne, and return them to the field.

The Wandering Sea - Bending Space

The user, instead of applying this technique to their own body, can manifest Prana around any object or feature of the terrain to teleport it to the Throne and return it immediately or with a delayed timer. The teleported object can either reappear in a new location instantly, in the same manner as the user's own teleportation, or the user can set a delay of up to four turns and it will return on the first turn after the said number of turn elapses (e.g. a delay of 4 turns, the casting of this jutsu counting as the 1st, means it will reappear at the beginning of the user's 5th turn). The user can also create a technique or familiar with an aura of prana, which can only take affect in the same turn it is created, that allows the technique to teleport itself to a new location. This applies to virtually all type of jutsu except those which are streamed, as the user would find themselves unable to progress to this technique before the other reaches its end. This application occurs in the same timeframe as the jutsu cast and offensive jutsu teleported in this manner must reappear a minimum of five-meters away from any opponents unless the user is also within short-range of that opponent, in which it must reappear at least one meter away. The user cannot teleport any object or jutsu to or from a 1-meter distance from any opponents. However this entire variant cannot be applied to the opponent's jutsus which exceed B-Rank in chakra and it cannot be used on Noble Phantasms or Custom Weapons.

The Everlasting Heaven - Warping Time

This variant involves surging a large amount of Prana throughout the user’s body in order to enter the Throne. Their body, and everything on their person, will disappear instantly in a flash of light reflecting the color of their Prana. The user will then reappear amidst another flash of light at a location of their choosing. If the user reappears within less than a meter of the opponent, the opponent can react with any instant, passive or freeform or chakraless technique. Reappearing is accompanied by a crackling sound, creating both an audible and visual queue. The instant use of this technique, which doesn't take a slot in the timefreame, is enabled by the fact that the ethereal energy already exists within their chakra systems. Thrice per battle the user can utilize a stronger version of this ability (S-Rank) to prolong their stay in the Throne. This allows them to exist within the alternate dimension as Prana, which effectively places their body in a stasis. This halts blood loss, the propagation of poisons, the duration of active techniques/abilities, and any other aliments or conditions. This will happen for as long as the user is within the Throne. The user can only remain there for a maximum of four turns per usage. The first application, considered A-Rank, can only be used once every three turns. It can also only be used four times per battle. The second application, considered S-Rank, can only be used three per battle and operates on the same cooldown as the A-Rank version. S-Rank applications render the user unable to use S-Rank or higher Prana for the next turn, if the user remains in the Throne for longer than a turn.

(Fūinjutsu: Arashi Monshō) – Sealing Technique: Storm Crest

Description: This technique operates akin to Sealing Technique: Living Barrier. However, unlike Living Barrier this technique specializes in the creation of a defensive barrier in order to protect the user. By crossing the user’s arms the user produces a barrier which emerges from their arms as a hemisphere/half-dome construct in front of them, protecting them from frontal attacks. The barrier is incredibly durable, only being able to be broken by A-Rank attacks, playing neutrally to elemental techniques. The advantage created through the use of Storm Crest is its potent speed, enabled simply by the user crossing his arms; this makes the technique very potent and possible to use, even in close quarters combat. When activated Storm Crest can be sustained at a minimal chakra cost per turn. Because the barrier is sustained by the user they are able to regenerate the barrier retroactively from its creation. As such attacks which lack the strength to destroy the barrier simply cause the barrier to return to full strength (at the cost of a move), requiring that the barrier be overpowered completely by an attack in order to neutralize it. Storm Crest can be used three times per battle with a single turn in between applications.

(Katon: Hotarubi) - Fire Release: Firefly Light

Description: The user creates many small, glowing redish crimson fireballs that is shot torwards the enemies by pointing both hands at the target, releasing a large amount of fire chakra into the air and compressing it into tiny balls, firing it out of the fingers-tips which apparently look like fireflies releasing exactly 10 fireflies, the size of gaara's eyebal, flying above the targets head (about 3 meters). Hence the name, the user then forms the 'serpent' handseal and sends them all flying into the target all at once detonating them, each emitting blinding light after making impact, creating massive explosions. These explosions will stay within short range of the target(s), and the size of the explosions are roughly the same as the fireball jutsu, each of them but the explosions are more intense thus more powerful, the user can detonate them each one of these fireflies at will. Post marks beginning of a mission with the following element(s): Aid a group of resistance fighters to repel the Void in the Fields of Suffering (S-rank).

After recuperating from his first bouts with the Void, Arjuna decided he was ready to tackle its horrors again. He didn't know what to expect when he stepped through those giant gates, but after passing through the portal from the Necropolis days ago he felt he had a certain clarity now on what he needed to do. He'd also noticed during that time how the shard that he kept close glowed brighter with each encounter. This was the only place that made the crystal react, which drew his curiosity with each day. What would happen if it ever got enough of this strange energy--How bright could it get? "A light to pierce the dark..."

All around he heard the sounds of war and pain, the prayers of the faithful and the beastly snarls of those that opposed them. It had gotten to a point where he sought to deactivate his Ototon technique and spare himself the horror but almost as if a sign, he picked up on a group of humans fighting to what sounded like their last breaths. Something about how defiant they sounded despite the seeming odds made Arjuna interested in their purpose. It had come from his right, far across patches of trampled wheat and the slain, to a small cluster of shinobi fighting with their backs to one another. In the center of their little formation laid a few injured ones while strange creatures of the Void that seemed nothing like the ones Arjuna had encountered so far, with their bulbous bodies riddled with eyes and flailing tendrils that appeared eerily like hands, lingered around them--dipping in and out of their range with troublesome speed. Under the group the ground had strange markings like an uncompleted ritual circle... He had to get closer, and with most of his vigor and strength having returned, Arjuna sprinted the distance without pause. By the time he was about thirty meters away he saw one of the shinobi disappear in a flash of light that seared most of the creatures around them. Arjuna shielded his eyes from the brightness with an arm and when he looked again there were fewer creatures swirling above them but also fewer people in formation. He gritted his teeth as he drew on his Prana and the Throne to summon a Noble Phantasm in the form of a bow. The moment he holds the Phantasm his senses are enhanced to the where he could see people that fought and their aggressors much more clearly. He saw that yes, the flying creatures carried stark red, bone-thin arms that dangled underneath them and reached out for the humans. One of the Void creatures managed to grab hold a kunoichi's sword and then proceeded to yank her from the ground and up into the air where her allies could offer little help without worrying for themselves. Arjuna drew back on the Prana bowstring and aimed at the creature's round body as it twirled and ascended. He then released a focused stream of Prana infused wind from the center of the bow that barreled through the air at great speed before shattering the creature's red, bony hands that had held on so tightly to their victim. The kunoichi fell, but when Arjuna saw that the others were grateful and ready to catch her he instead chose to notch and release six arrows back-to-back, striking each of the other three floating creatures around them twice. The seventh arrow was aimed at the flying creature above, which had already begun to regrow its arms. This arrow would curve through the air so as to fly below its many eyes and then suddenly arc upward to pierce it from below, which caused a sickly purple mud to gush from the wound and fall onto the wheat. Though he sensed it did not die, Arjuna was confident it was out of the fight as it trailed off into the distance, leaking its purple rain.

He then turned his attention to the three remaining creatures around the now four-man squad. His previous arrows had only managed to stun them so that the group could catch their falling ally but now that the pain of his attacks had dulled they all cried out in unison, a chilling sound that didn't seem to travel through the air as much as it did their bones. Glowing purple orbs appeared above the creatures' heads as their many hands seemed to reach up from under them to hold it. Arjuna could feel the dread in the attacks even though he had no idea what they would do. "Get down, Void beam!" one of the shinobi yelled, and the group ducked low onto their stomachs with practiced speed. Immediately after, piercing beams erupted from each orb that dug into and charred the ground like rays of fire, marking sharp geometric patterns in their wake. If it weren't for his improved acuity he wouldn't have been able to perceive how quickly one of the beams had jerked toward him at the last minute. As he ducked to the side he noticed how haphazard the creatures' attacks had been--none of the humans including himself were hit, and with a few lasered corpses on the ground between them he knew this wasn't their first time encountering such an attack. He deduced that it must have been those multiple eyes the creatures had that they use to aim. He figured if he could maim them there they would not be able to lock on to anyone. He drew closer with a dash, lowering the Phantasm to his side while focusing Raiton chakra throughout his body, culminating in the palm of his left hand as a luminous sphere. Arjuna then threw this directly above the group and triggered it to rain continuous arcs of lightning around them like a birdcage. "Now! There's your chance!" Arjuna said as the floating creatures froze in their tracks, stunned again. One of the fighters, a kunoichi with short black hair, looked at him and offered a brief nod before she turned and released a stream of fire from her lips, scorching the nearest creature on the spot. The other three, two men and another woman, all focused their attacks on the second creature; a combination of lightning, fire, and water. That left the third one to Arjuna. He raised his bow and fired another stream of Prana infused wind from its drawstring that hit the creature but did not pierce through. They were sturdier than usual, he realized. Perhaps he needed to use chakra.

Arjuna skidded to a halt about ten meters out from the group and notched an arrow in his bow. As he brought it level with his target he couldn't help but feel like something was off. He spared a single second to look around himself but found nothing out of the ordinary. With peoples lives on the line he decided to abandon the thought and aimed...

"Look out, you fool!"

He didn't notice it at first: A fourth Void beast hovering high above with its weird head pointed at him, purple orb glowing fiercely. One of the fighters rushed toward Arjuna. He saw them moving as if in slow motion and it puzzled him briefly. It was the purple glow in their eyes and on their clothes that made him look up for the source--and into the violet beam of energy. Instinct was all he had in that moment. Arjuna flicked his head to the left as quickly as he could and felt an exquisite pain ripple along the right side of his face and ear and knew immediately that he'd been scarred (-20 HP). He immediately dropped low, holding the Phantasm still, and took to evasive maneuvers; dashing, flipping, and darting about in erratic patterns to throw off the creature's aim. The beam only managed to graze him once more after that on his forearm (-10 HP), but judging by the state of the ground after he got done moving told him he'd gotten off lucky. No matter, he would use this break to--

The fighter that rushed toward him, the one he'd just seen wide-eyed and frantic, lay crumpled in a patch of wheat and smoldering patterns. Violet smoke billowed from their clothes. "No..." Arjuna heard himself whisper. Just footsteps away, the other three shinobi cried out for their comrade.

Arjuna looked up at the fourth creature again and saw that its cluster of hands crackled with lightning energy, his lightning energy. It had somehow overpowered or stolen his chakra so quickly that he hadn't noticed. Not only that, but all four Void creatures had begun to merge into one. Arjuna immediately dispelled his longbow Phantasm and instead called a dark grimoire from the Throne and bound his Seraphic Water chakra to it as he lifted himself into the air to face the threat head-on. "Get to cover, all of you. You've given enough." Arjuna said as he waved a hand at the airborne creature to unleash a stream of water in its direction. However the merging process for the Void things was a quick one, and not long after coming into physical contact with each other did a great monstrosity covered in eyes spring from their union. It had more hand-like tendrils than all four previous Void beasts combined, and it used those same hands to absorb the Seraphic Water stream in its entirety. Stunned as he were at this Arjuna responded immediately by forming a barrier of Prana before himself. A few of the amalgam creature's hands had started pointing at him with tiny orbs of violet energy forming at the tips of each bony index finger. Having seen and felt first-hand the heinous effects of that attack, he didn't even wait to see what form it would take in the creature's evolved state. The barrier is pre-emptively formed in a way to deflect the beams away from Arjuna's body even if he could no longer keep track of them. Just as he imagined, each finger fired its own little death ray that struck his Prana barrier and, incredibly, broke through it at varying locations. One of the beams managed to pierce through his clothes and skin of his upper left arm (-10 HP), which bumped the shard from its hiding place on his sleeve. Arjuna thought quickly, choosing to ignore the fact that his shard was falling into the wheats for a chance to land a decisive blow. "You, who's only purpose is to invade and destroy... I don't like you." He held out a palm toward the creature and used his chakra to form a constricting box-shaped barrier around it, effectively trapping it in the air as he flew above it and angled his next attack directly down at it.

He knew he would likely have to hit it with everything he had because he wasn't sure how many more of those Void beams he could manage. With this on his mind Arjuna called on his Seraphic Water again through the grimoire Phantasm, this time creating a massive orb of the element over his head that bubbled and boiled with no visible heat source. Then he split the orb into four, and commanded them to encircle the trapped creature at its four flanks. Then, with another motion of his hand the orbs began shooting streams of scalding hot Seraphic Water in a formation that saw the creature constantly bombarded from all sides by the dense, boiling element. He held this technique upon the trapped creature for what felt like years. Until his chakra control became non-existent. Until the technique had been performed to full completion. Then, heaving, Arjuna watched as the creature's steaming carcass fell and formed a medium-sized crater.

Silence fell over the battlefield as they all held their breaths and waited. Nothing moved.

Then, a bony red hand rose from the rubble and began to point upward at the sky, at Arjuna. He cursed under his breath as he formed another set of barriers, knowing fully well they weren't enough. But then to his utter dismay, the hand quickly turned and pointed at the three survivors. Arjuna would not even find the time to think. He floods his body with Prana and disappears in a flash of purple light, entering the Throne for only a moment before reappearing directly in front of the three survivors. As the beam flashes toward them Arjuna is fully prepared to give his life to protect them, and crosses his arms before his chest to form a bone-white protective barrier that only manages to deflect some of the creature's attack with a majority of the energy being released as an explosion on the outside of the barrier that pushed him back with reduced damage (-5 HP) but still made him slightly dizzy. A strange 'sound' emanated through the crater then and shook the bones of his skull. It sounded--or rather felt--like a cackle. Did this Void thing mock them?

"E-ENOUGH!" Arjuna declares as he releases the grimoire back to the Throne and holds out both hands to the grounded creature. "Be purged with fire, you vile thing. How dare you laugh at me." From his hands poured countless orbs of fire chakra that all sought out the down creature and began to circle above the crater. Using his good hand to form a hand seal afterward, Arjuna caused each orb to explode one after the other, blasting the crater wider and wider with every explosion. After the last blast had shook the ground under their feet Arjuna moved to make another hand seal... only to have one of the two surviving kunoichi grab his wrist.

"The Void beast is no more, warrior," she said. "Volda smiles at us knowing we've honored his death."

Arjuna refused to do that. He refused to believe the Void could relent that easily. "My god..."

(Busou: Kenshoushi no Seiki) – Surge of Armament: Century of Champions

Description: This technique is the most fundamental Armament technique in the Surgebinder arsenal and covers each major class of warrior. The user can summon the Noble Phantasm anywhere on the field, but it must be at least short-range away from the opponent unless the user is also inside that range. Servant rank Surgebinders can sustain the summoned Phantasm indefinitely but they will be prevented from calling forth any further Noble Phantasms until they return this one to the Throne. Heroic Spirits and above can sustain two Noble Phantasms indefinitely but will also be prevented from calling forth any further weapons until at least one is returned.

Blades of the Saber
The user will summon a sword from the Throne with a glowing metal blade that vibrates at the frequency of lightning. It is coated in and charged with a never-ending current of electricity that cannot be short circuited or insulated. The blade can be stabbed into a conductive surface such as earth, water, metal, mist, etc to release currents of electricity in every direction, that quickly form into dozens, hundreds or thousands of replicas of the metal blade jutting upwards, downwards or in any direction. This counts as a move, deals 60 damage per attack (regardless of the number of blades used) and the user is free to perform other techniques. If the user drops the blade, it can be recalled to their hand with a mental command or manipulated remotely through hand gestures in a similar manner to Lightning Blade Levitation. Upon summoning, the blade leaks prana into the user's body which renders them immune to electric shocks and paralysis. Alternatively, the glowing blade is coated in wreath of prana-infused flames which cannot be extinguished. Both the fire and the aforementioned electricity, can be used as a source for Fire, Lightning and advanced or custom elements which are energetic (e.g. Dark, Rhythm or Storm). This fiery blade renders the user immune to burns, dehydration and the effects of scorching temperatures. The blades themselves deal 80 damage on direct contact with the opponent’s body or techniques. Using it to counter a technique counts as one of the user’s moves per turn.

Spears of the Lancer
The user will summon an indestructible, two-meter long spear, staff or lance from the Throne into either of their hands. These weapons will be slightly elastic to the point they can be used for pole vaulting and will be capable of extending their length. The speed of extension will be twice the user's base speed but retracting it to restore it's original size will occur instantly. Since the weapon is not subject to the effects of gravity, the user will not be weighed down regardless of how much it increases in size. This will also enable it to fly through the air and the user can control it's movements through mental commands. The weapon will also have the have the malleability of a liquid, allowing it to change shape at will. Noble Phantasms in this class will possess the ability to enter and exit the Throne passively and instantly, taking no slot in the timeframe. Each time it disappears, an exact replica of the weapon will remain it's place, completely camouflaging it's teleportation to the naked eye. These replicas will possess all of the abilities of the original but they will only have the durability of a basic kunai. Their creation process is exactly the same as the Shadow Shuriken technique but there is no puff of smoke. It can teleport any number of times in a given turn but all the created duplicates will collectively count as one move.

Bows of the Archer
The user will summon any kind of bow as well as a quiver full of arrows onto their back. The quiver will appear with a strap that will be fastened onto the user's body. Upon contact with the bow, the user's body will be flooded with an incredible amount of prana. This will enhance their sense of sight without making them more sensitive to bright lights or intense stimuli. This increased visual acuity will allow them to see everything in the landmark they're in as well as see through clouds of dust, mist and heavy rain. This means they will be completely unaffected by such conditions present in certain landmarks. Their eyes will also become capable of following the speed of quicker targets, which translates to a tracking increase of x3. The arrows will not be subject to the effects of gravity or air resistance and so they will continue perpetually nor will they ever slow down since no energy is lost. They will also cleanly slice through basic weapons and ninja tools them without being deflected off their trajectory in the slightest. They will seek out and be drawn to targets with chakra foreign to the user's own once they are fired. When multiple sources of foreign chakra exist, they will always be directed towards the ones with the greatest concentration of chakra. Once per turn, by pulling back the bowstring and releasing it, long stream(s) of wind-infused prana will be emitted from the front of the bow. The infusion of wind chakra will give the prana distinct slicing properties, enabling them to cut straight through solid targets. This is an A-Ranked ability, will cost a move and has a long-range reach. Both the normal arrows and the streams of prana will travel at twice the user's speed.

Chariot of the Rider
The user will summon a chariot, golem, fortress or anything else that can be ridden. All of the Noble Phantasms in this class are capable of flight and can be a maximum size of twenty meters in radius. They will also be durable enough to tank one S-Rank technique per turn, whereby they will then passively regenerate from the damage sustained by the end of the turn. The golems can come in any shape or form, whether it's animalistic, humanoid, a hybrid or monstrous. Large-scale phantasms will displace the user's body in the same way as summons do if they're manifested beneath them. Earth-based phantasms will be constructed of rock and stone while Water-based ones will be made of ice. More accurately, most of the exterior will be made of ice that can't be melted and the interior will contain a large quantity of water. The water will be encased by the ice from all sides barring the top, allowing it to be accessed. The user will be capable of manipulating the earth/water for the use of techniques. The phantasm can be made of any solid or liquid material and be used as a source for Custom Element or Advanced Element techniques. This will be supplemented by their ability to regenerate, meaning the source will replenish itself upon and even during use and therefore can even be used to perform techniques larger than itself. Since it is infused with copious of amounts of Prana, it can't be manipulated by the opponent and techniques created from that source will have their strengths and weaknesses erased.

Armour of the Berserker
The user will summon an armour slightly larger than their body, made of any material, over their current attire, which will envelop them fully or partially. In the case of full body armours, by default they will not conceal the user's eyes or mouth unless specified otherwise. All armours in this class can be reshaped passively to extend weapons, limbs, spikes, tendrils, prehensile tails, hands which can perform handseals and wings capable of flight. These suit of armour will be both weightless and flexible at the joints, meaning they will not hinder the user's ability to move in the slightest. The composition of the armours makes them incredibly durable, rendering them immune to damage from A-Rank and below techniques. It can completely block/negate the damage of one S-Rank technique but this will neutralize the Noble Phantasm and return it to the Throne. The armour insulates both electrical currents and extreme heats and will also absorb the force of massive impacts or techniques. They user will sustain no fall damage, from any height, and the armour will absorb and reflect the impact of any physical strike onto the attacker. Since they are fully infused with prana, the armour cannot be manipulated by foreign chakra or energy. Only the user can use the armour as a source for techniques.

Grimoire of the Caster
The user will summon a 'spellbook' onto their person that can't be made wet, burnt or corroded. It will also insulate any electrical currents and despite it's composition, possess enough durability to sustain S-Rank and below offensive techniques without taking damage. Upon contact with the user's body or attire, the book will leak prana into them to enhance their body and ability to mold chakra. The prana infusion will render the user's body virtually weightless and lighter than air, allowing them to fly through the air while they're in contact with the book. The main effect of the infusion is that the user gains +20 damage to the element or ability of their choice (defensive and supplementary jutsu can defend against or affect jutsu one rank higher than normal). The user can perform all techniques by gesturing a single hand, as long as they're holding the grimoire in the other. These effects only apply if the user is holding it, and the effects will have to be recast if the user reacquires the grimoire after dropping it or being disarmed (although it does not cost a move or take a slot in the timeframe to do this). Once per turn, the grimoire can release a large amount of Prana that will form into shields or geometric shapes around the user. The shields can be linear walls or they can expand into 3D shapes that encapsulate the user partially or completely. The user can extend spikes, tendrils and other harmful constructions from these shields up to a short-range distance but these extensions will always remain connected to the central structure. This is an S-Ranked ability and will count as a move when used.

Masks of the Assassin
The user will summon a mask and cloak filled with daggers, which will manifest over their current attire. Both the cloak and mask are waterproof, fireproof, and will defend against freeform damage of all kinds. Every cloak and mask will possess a unique colour and design and will fit the user perfectly as each is tailor-made for the individual. Within the interior of the cloak, held in place by numerous pockets, are countless throwing daggers known as 'Black Keys'. These daggers are invisible, unaffected by air resistance, produce no sound whatsoever and are impossible to sense. Whenever they clash with or come into contact with anything, no sound is produced by the collision/contact. These daggers can be used in exactly the same manner as basic ninja tools.

Description: The user uses an arrow which has its arrow head shaped in a way which enables it to curve and attack the enemy from the side.(Moves in an arc) Although its power is not as strong as an arrow which has a sharpened head, its fletching allows it to move in a certain direction with the air resistance giving it the ability to turn, which means it can hit the opponent from the side of his leg or body restricting his movement. The Arrows are faster than regular thrown projectiles and therefore can be more trickier to counter.

Description: The most basic technique of the special element. By focusing Seraphic Water chakra throughout the body and/or surrounding earth/water bodies, the user is able to create constructs of flowing Seraphic Water. These can range from simple waves, domes, walls, and pillars while the element can even be made dense enough to form traditional weaponry like kunai and swords, as well as other complex shapes. They can be formed from water sources as well as the ground within mid ranged of the user. The size of these creations are directly proportional to the amount of chakra expended with S ranked variants ranging as big as the canon 'Water Bullet Technique'. As per the properties of Seraphic Water, whenever the element comes in contact with any of if its strong to elements, namely organic matter like people or insects, the brine can suck away the moisture present within these things, leaving behind empty husks. With the seal of confrontation the user can manipulate/maintain control of said constructs up to long ranged of his person.

(Fūinjutsu: Kōsoku Fantajia) – Sealing Technique: Restraints of Phantasia

Description: This technique employs the usage of barriers to create a technique designed to restrain targets. With a single hand seal the user causes a large geometric barrier to encapsulate the target in what appears to be a box. The walls restrain the target by pressing and squeezing down on the target; while they exert great pressure and effectively prevent the target from moving under normal circumstances they are harmless themselves. The barrier itself can fit to the size of its target, however it cannot reach sizes equivalent to boss summons. It can only be used to trap targets up to three times the size of an average human. The barrier is simple to escape, however, in that it only requires an A-Rank technique to shatter it from within. Unlike the Embraces, which specialize in sealing abilities and chakra, the Restraints of Phantasia is only able to restrain its target independent of the user. The Restraints can also be used on targets within mid-air, causing them to enter a sort of suspended animation within the barrier. Restraints of Phantasia can only be used three times per battle within two turns in between applications. No fuuin above A rank in the following turn

Description: Using Seraphic Water's unique relationship with Sound, Voice of Glory is meant to supplement the element through a passive infusion. When performing a Seraphic Water technique the user may infuse a trace amount of their Sound chakra by paying extra chakra (+20) and have acoustic vibrations propagate throughout the affected jutsu. These are high energy, Destructive Sound Waves that are absorbed by the Seraphic Water and converted into heat energy. This allows the technique being performed up to A-ranked to gain a rank boost and +20 for S-ranked techniques. Vouce of Glory is incompatible with Forbidden ranked Seraphic Water techniques. The first perk that the affected jutsu gains with this infusion is an almost total lack of sound, similar to (Seraphumizuton: Bōsei no Hasmed; Shizuka Shōkyo)- Seraphic Water: Tyranny of Hasmed; Silent Erasure. This is because the sound waves are being absorbed and converted as quickly as they're produced, which leads to the second minor perk which is heat. Voice of Glory allows the affected Seraphic Water technique to be many times over the boiling point of regular water, thanks to its heat capacity of over a thousand degrees, able to burn and dessiccate opponents at the same time. The user will be unable to perform any other Sound techniques above A-ranked during the turn Voice of Glory is activated. Can be performed four times with a turn cool down in between uses.

(Seraphumizuton: Eikō e Eistibus; Uranai)- Seraphic Water: Glory to Eistebus; Divination

Description: Primarily a technique created to showcase the true might of Seraphic Water, Uranai is equally as pleasing to the eyes as its devastating to the body of the enemy. The technique begins by the user clapping his hands and summoning at least four spheres of the element around him up to short ranged. The spheres are exactly 2 meters (6.5 feet) in diameter and contain a staggering amount of the element in their confines while remaining by the user (short ranged) by default, even if he moves. From these spheres, at mental command or with hand gestures, the user can have bands of Seraphic Water spill out and travel around his position, like dragons in flight. These bands of water take circular paths and leave one orb to enter into another. Because of this, as soon as one orb has emptied, water from another fills it, and so no one orb would ever be empty while none would ever be full. This continuous raze of water flowing around the user can form a semi dome that covers his short ranged position from every conceivable angle excepting underground. The user can then command the spheres to move away from him and occupy the area up to mid ranged. At a such a distance from the user they become less spherical shaped and seem to sort of bubble as the chakra control isn't as strong. However, they will retain the ability to spill forth thick bands of Seraphic Water and connect to their fellow spheres to turn the entire area into a dome of chaotically interweaving streams. If an opponent(s) occupy the mid ranged space then the spheres cannot come within 5m of living people but the bands, in their travels, are more than capable of touching them, which becomes a horrid experience once it does. Instead of simply brushing on opponents and pushing them around in the chaos, Seraphic Water is dense enough to pick up a grown adult and even large creatures, and not only toss them around inside the many bands, drowning and sapping the moisture from their bodies, but also crush bones. The user can choose to align any of the four orbs in any orientation/fashion he wishes and can either have all four bands (each B ranked) come together for one crushing stream (S ranked) or have them attack multiple targets simultaneously (which is the default attack route). At the same time, if there are any open wounds or general points of entries on anything caught within the techniques AoE then the element is able to enter into and wreak havoc from the inside of its targets. This can include entering through the opponent's mouths, noses, ears, etc, as well as techniques weak to SW. While sustaining this technique at a rate of -10 per turn the user is unable to perform any other chakra needed techniques until it is ended or destroyed. One very important factor to note though, is that Earth techniques, despite being strong to SW can also be affected by this technique. Doton techs of A ranked and below, if this technique manages to get into any crevices present on the structure, are able to be put in "stasis". That means, Seraphic Water infiltrates any openings seen and seemingly cancel out the chakra present (S ranked SW is equal to A ranked Doton), and until the Seraphic Water is removed or a higher chakra amount is poured into said structure, it will remain unable to be controlled by both the user and his opponent, leaving the structure simple motionless. During such an effect, this technique also becomes inapplicable for manipulation or control by the user as well, this means neither the Doton structure or the Seraphic Water technique can be controlled by the prospective users, similar to a standard stalemate.

(Kanki: Kyojin no Jidai) – Surge of Evocation: Epoch of Titans

Description: Considered the father technique of Era of Gods and Dynasty of Kings, Epoch of Titans uses the Surge of Evocation's ability to teleport objects and Surgebinders to the Throne, and return them to the field.

The Wandering Sea - Bending Space

The user, instead of applying this technique to their own body, can manifest Prana around any object or feature of the terrain to teleport it to the Throne and return it immediately or with a delayed timer. The teleported object can either reappear in a new location instantly, in the same manner as the user's own teleportation, or the user can set a delay of up to four turns and it will return on the first turn after the said number of turn elapses (e.g. a delay of 4 turns, the casting of this jutsu counting as the 1st, means it will reappear at the beginning of the user's 5th turn). The user can also create a technique or familiar with an aura of prana, which can only take affect in the same turn it is created, that allows the technique to teleport itself to a new location. This applies to virtually all type of jutsu except those which are streamed, as the user would find themselves unable to progress to this technique before the other reaches its end. This application occurs in the same timeframe as the jutsu cast and offensive jutsu teleported in this manner must reappear a minimum of five-meters away from any opponents unless the user is also within short-range of that opponent, in which it must reappear at least one meter away. The user cannot teleport any object or jutsu to or from a 1-meter distance from any opponents. However this entire variant cannot be applied to the opponent's jutsus which exceed B-Rank in chakra and it cannot be used on Noble Phantasms or Custom Weapons.

The Everlasting Heaven - Warping Time

This variant involves surging a large amount of Prana throughout the user’s body in order to enter the Throne. Their body, and everything on their person, will disappear instantly in a flash of light reflecting the color of their Prana. The user will then reappear amidst another flash of light at a location of their choosing. If the user reappears within less than a meter of the opponent, the opponent can react with any instant, passive or freeform or chakraless technique. Reappearing is accompanied by a crackling sound, creating both an audible and visual queue. The instant use of this technique, which doesn't take a slot in the timefreame, is enabled by the fact that the ethereal energy already exists within their chakra systems. Thrice per battle the user can utilize a stronger version of this ability (S-Rank) to prolong their stay in the Throne. This allows them to exist within the alternate dimension as Prana, which effectively places their body in a stasis. This halts blood loss, the propagation of poisons, the duration of active techniques/abilities, and any other aliments or conditions. This will happen for as long as the user is within the Throne. The user can only remain there for a maximum of four turns per usage. The first application, considered A-Rank, can only be used once every three turns. It can also only be used four times per battle. The second application, considered S-Rank, can only be used three per battle and operates on the same cooldown as the A-Rank version. S-Rank applications render the user unable to use S-Rank or higher Prana for the next turn, if the user remains in the Throne for longer than a turn.

(Fūinjutsu: Arashi Monshō) – Sealing Technique: Storm Crest

Description: This technique operates akin to Sealing Technique: Living Barrier. However, unlike Living Barrier this technique specializes in the creation of a defensive barrier in order to protect the user. By crossing the user’s arms the user produces a barrier which emerges from their arms as a hemisphere/half-dome construct in front of them, protecting them from frontal attacks. The barrier is incredibly durable, only being able to be broken by A-Rank attacks, playing neutrally to elemental techniques. The advantage created through the use of Storm Crest is its potent speed, enabled simply by the user crossing his arms; this makes the technique very potent and possible to use, even in close quarters combat. When activated Storm Crest can be sustained at a minimal chakra cost per turn. Because the barrier is sustained by the user they are able to regenerate the barrier retroactively from its creation. As such attacks which lack the strength to destroy the barrier simply cause the barrier to return to full strength (at the cost of a move), requiring that the barrier be overpowered completely by an attack in order to neutralize it. Storm Crest can be used three times per battle with a single turn in between applications.

(Katon: Hotarubi) - Fire Release: Firefly Light

Description: The user creates many small, glowing redish crimson fireballs that is shot torwards the enemies by pointing both hands at the target, releasing a large amount of fire chakra into the air and compressing it into tiny balls, firing it out of the fingers-tips which apparently look like fireflies releasing exactly 10 fireflies, the size of gaara's eyebal, flying above the targets head (about 3 meters). Hence the name, the user then forms the 'serpent' handseal and sends them all flying into the target all at once detonating them, each emitting blinding light after making impact, creating massive explosions. These explosions will stay within short range of the target(s), and the size of the explosions are roughly the same as the fireball jutsu, each of them but the explosions are more intense thus more powerful, the user can detonate them each one of these fireflies at will. [Example]

He'd never heard of such a god. Then again, he'd never heard of any god apart from the ones from folklore. "What makes you think this Ereshgikal is here, in this wretched place?" he asked. Or even real, he added to himself.

The woman smiled sagely. "She whispers to us in our dreams. Tells us the right directions to take so that we're never lost. We will reach our goddess and salvation, warrior, won't you join us?"

Arjuna blinked at the five other dead bodies that bore their insignia. "You mean you wish to continue further into this place. Only the three of you?"

Her smile never faded. "We do not fear death. Not while our goddess boasts mastery over it. We only fear disappointing her Divine Will. We will see our comrades again, someday."

"The truth from on high," added the man through gritted teeth as he wound gauze around his own torso. "No one is ever lost."

Arjuna was beside himself. He wanted to tell them stop and turn around, but knew he had no power to change their minds. Instead he tried, "At least rest up first. We don't know how much further this place stretches."

"No rest, either, I'm afraid," said the other kunoichi with a shake of her head. "We strike when it is demanded. Ovika the Enigma Tyrant must fall."

"Is that some other god?" Arjuna asked.

The kunoichi scoffed. "
As if. No, this is a powerful Void beast our Volda had been called upon to slay. We all see it in our dreams, but only he was told the proper way how to defeat it from Ereskgikal." She stared at the bodies of their fallen.

Arjuna glanced over to Volda's still smoldering body. "But he is no more. How will you tackle such a thing?"

"You really haven't learned anything talking to us all this time, huh?" said the male shinobi. He pulled a canteen from his pocket and took a swig. His breath didn't exactly smell like water when he spoke next. "We'll do it. No matter what."

Sighing to himself, Arjuna walked over to where his shard had fell and put it into his other sleeve this time. Doing so brought his attention to the cauterized scars on his arms and body. He didn't even want to see the one on his face. He just knew it was ugly. "Well it just so happens that I'm looking to push back the Void as well. Perhaps we can work together?"

Post marks beginning of a mission with the following element(s): Escort the followers of Ereshkigal further into the Underworld (A-rank).

After a moment's rest at Arjuna's plea, the three followers of the goddess Ereshkigal; Asta, Grif, and Deidra mourned their fallen, buried them in the wheat, and then decided they would continue further still. Arjuna, who'd already resolved himself to unraveling the mysteries of the shard and its connection to the Void, could not help but assist them in this insane goal of theirs. The night before all three of them had gotten 'visions' from the goddess in their dreams. The Enigma Tyrant was close, she told them. They were to kill it before it leaves the Underworld. Arjuna meant to ask if any of them had gotten Volda's explicit instructions now that he wasn't able to execute them but decided not to: they were going to kill this creature with or without the instructions. What blind faith...

"The Seven Gates lie beyond here. This I've seen," Grif says to them as he secured his satchel to his waist. "If we can't get past the Suffering we will never see the Gates."

Arjuna waited wordlessly for one of the other followers to decipher. He couldn't tell if Grif was under the influence or just speaking in parables.

"These fields are endless," Asta said as she observed a distant skirmish, "and filled with abominations from the Void. We pass or die trying."

At this Arjuna stood and said, "I suppose that's where I come in. I will get us across safely."

Deidra, who he recognized as the kunoichi he saved from the Void creature's clutches, turned to them. "That is exactly why you're here."

"Aye," Grif chimed. "Volda did say we would meet a dim light at our darkest hour." He contemplated the canteen in his hand, swishing around the strong liquor in it before speaking again. "Goddess take him."

Asta slapped Grif's shoulder, which made him yelp. "Onwards, old timer. Can't let Volda have too big of a head start now."

Ajuna smiled. He was beginning to understand their humor now, however dark and suicidal it appeared. At least they had each other. And he had... he looked at the glowing shard in his hand and squeezed it. He had a calling to see to its end. "We move, then, toward those Void beasts, over there." He pointed toward a few worm-like creatures thrashing about in a pit and then to others some distance away. "If we follow where they're coming from I think it could lead us closer to the source, and even further into the Underworld."

"Agreed. Starting with the worms--"

We'll try not to fight every thing along the way," Arjuna said whilst placing a hand on Asta's shoulder. "You won't see the Gates from inside the stomach of a Void beast."

"Heh," went Grif as he pushed past the both of them. "The warrior is right. Ovika is beyond the Gates, we must survive until then."

Arjuna then formed a few hand seals, wincing at the encrusted wounds on his arm as he did, and created a luminous songbird with a heart of Prana in his palm. It chirped with a hollow sound and danced around on his skin before flying off into the air where it rose in swift circles until it was but a purple mote in the dim Underworld 'sky'. It's song could still be heard though, clearer to Arjuna than most thanks to his enhanced hearing. It would be his eyes up there with a simple purpose: stay close and sing whenever it spotted Void creatures.

Then they set out, firstly avoiding the pit of Void worms, into the vast wheat fields. Arjuna kept lead point of their four-man team. Asta and Deidra covered the flanks while Grif tarried behind, grunting with each step. The smaller creatures they avoided, such as a wayward pack of Void hounds that Arjuna was none too keen on facing again. Not only would they have been a waste of resources, but the fighting would end up attracting all sorts of wandering Voidlings. They were capable fighters, Arjuna didn't doubt it, though from their techniques he'd seen earlier he guessed they were a little ways off from his own strength. These creatures of the Void varied in shapes and sizes, but their threat levels remained the same; lethal. He knew this. They surely knew this--they'd lost six alone in these fields. How many did they lose to the tunnels before? He wondered about the dreams they claimed to have. How it lead them here and leads them still. Could the message he'd gotten all those days ago on the Moon Isle be from the same source, the goddess Ereshgikal? Had he been... called to her aid like the rest of them? Was he too a follower of the goddess? The thought sent shivers up his spine. A new thread had been added to the giant yarn of mysteries.

Their quiet trek is suddenly cut short as a trio of Void raptors swooped over the fields, casting massive shadows with their equally massive wings of stretched skin. Arjuna snapped out of musings and started to form a hand seal but then stopped as the creatures flew right over them, blasting down gusts of wind that flattened the wheat and knocked Grif on his ass. It's like they weren't there, Arjuna thought as he turned and watched the winged giants continue into the distance. They bellowed and snapped at each other without paying attention to anything below them, like siblings out to play--or prisoners finally released. Above, the songbird chirped frantically and he turned once more to where the raptors had flown from...

A Void army loomed on the horizon.

There was no way around them. From the drumming of their many limbs striking the ground Arjuna guessed they were in the hundreds, thousands, even--not including the many flying horrors that traveled with them. The four of them stood absolutely no match against such odds.

He turned to Asta. "Your specialty is fire, correct?"

She nodded absently, eyes fixed on the approaching army. "I will never have enough chakra to deal with all of that, though."

"Only some," Arjuna said as he bit his thumb. He swiped the blood across his summoning contract tattoo and them slammed his hand on the ground to summon a massive chimeric creature, part lion, part eagle, with striking gold feathers and brown eyes. Arjuna bowed to the Earth Emperor. "Amaymon."

"Berserker," the Griffin replied with a mighty stomp of one of its scaled paws.

"I seek your aid in getting us across overwhelming odds."

The Griffin blew steam and dust from its nostrils and lowered its eagle-eyes to Arjuna's. "Why?"

"Because the Void threatens your domain as well, Emperor. The world as we know it could become undone. Would you idly stand by as your kingdom crumbles?"

Amaymon growled, a strange sound caught between trilling and the low rumble of a lion. "No. I will not."

Arjuna smiled. "They are many. This will help." He held out both hands to Amaymon and called forth a defensive Noble Phantasm from the Throne around him. The Prana quickly takes shape as an armor, equally as great as the Griffin, to protect his underside, wings, and head. Then Arjuna turned to the three followers of Ereshgikal to see they'd already bowed to the Emperor, either from fear or just copying him, he wasn't sure. Either way they were also allowed onto his back.

"To where do we fly?"

"Follow the shining bird," Arjuna said, pointing at his Prana songbird some distance ahead.

They took off on Amaymon's powerful wings, rising to roughly the same height as the songbird, but still close enough that Arjuna could see the army clearly.

"But the winged behemoths, warrior," Grif shouted over the wind as they flew toward the army, "won't they turn around?"

Arjuna shook his head. Those giant raptors had been too preoccupied with freedom, which made him think they'd just been released from some place else. Whether from the Void directly or another part of the Underworld altogether he would find out in time. He turned to both Asta and Deidra then. "I want you to make sure none of them sneak up on our sides." They nodded wordlessly. "Grif, keep an eye out behind for those giants should they have a change of mind." As for himself, he summoned his trusty bow from the Throne again and used its accuracy-improving abilities to mimic Amaymon's eagle-eyes and snipe any thing that sought to block their path.

The black-purple mass of bodies on the horizon drew closer and closer, until Arjuna could count their many limbs. For a moment they soared over the army without a sound or problem. Then they started looking up, and that's when all hell broke loose. Comets, beams, acidic stomach fluids--everything shot upward. Without warning Amaymon tucked his wings close and dove toward the incoming fire and Arjuna felt his heart leap through his chest. The winds at that speed threatened to loosen his grip on the Griffin and he could only wonder about the others behind him. But the Emperor was a war-hardened Griffin, and knew how to evade through barrel rolls, half-twists, and sudden changes in direction. Some of the attacks pelted his armor and broke off pieces of luminous Prana. A few of the floating Void creatures he'd fought the day before started rising to meet them in their descent but to his surprise Asta released a great fireball from her mouth which not only blocked some of the attacks, but also scalded the creatures and forced them to retreat. Then, Amaymon came to a sudden halt, spreading his wings and using the wind to swat away more of the incoming projectiles. Arjuna took this opportunity to notch a few arrows once more and pick off the Voidlings that tried to jump onto Amaymon's face and neck. Deidra covered the many physical projectiles that came their way by releasing forks of lightning from his fingers that caught them in a web of sorts. Amaymon himself swung his great talons at anything that came close, including pieces of the ground that some creature threw.

Then Amaymon rose again after a series of rolls and turns that forced them to stop and hold on for dear life. As he did Arjuna heard him grunt and saw behind them a large portion of his Armament Prana disintegrating into purple dust along with a few golden feathers. The attacks never stopped. The air became more and more acrid as the Void energies permeated it like rain. The smaller of these attacks, that were able to get past Amaymon's great wings, burned like fire and pinched at his body all over (-20 HP) but he held on to the Griffin dearly. It was a small price to pay for safety, he told himself. Over the howling wind he heard the others yelping too, which told him they weren't free from the pain, either.

But amongst the chaos of lights and explosions Arjuna saw one that shone brighter than all else. Seemingly in the center of the everlasting fields rather than the edge like he'd thought. He'd seen such a light before: at the end of a tunnel in the Necropolis... the portal! "There, Amaymon, just a little while longer!"

With a bone-shaking roar the Griffin mustered all of its strength and powered toward the light. It was close enough to see creatures plopping out of it onto the wheat fields. As a team they would combine efforts to clear the ground under them before they dove low again. Arjuna with his bow, Asta with her fire, Deidra with her lightning, and Grif who had a strange watery element Arjuna hadn't noticed before. When Amaymon tucked his wings close and dove again the speeds they eventually reached a speed that reduced Arjuna's surroundings to streaks of color. Only the portal and its otherworldly light was visible. Only it mattered.

Surely they would make it one piece...

(Kanki: Kigen no Kamigami) – Surge of Evocation: Era of Gods

Description: This technique encompasses the basic applications of the Surge of Evocation. The Surge of Evocation is the usage of Prana in its raw and unrefined form; whatever this Prana touches is transformed into ethereal energy and transported to the Throne. Prana will neutralize and be neutralized by techniques that possess the same amount of chakra. Similarly it will be useless against attacks of greater chakra and will not be weakened by techniques of lower chakra. However when used on living targets this ambient energy will feel extremely frigid to the touch and induce cold burns on contact or even freeze a target solid for higher ranked applications. D to B-Rank uses will inflict cold burns as well as all of the effects of frostbite. A-Rank uses will cause necrosis of the afflicted parts of the body, making them appear dark purple and bruised to signify the death of cells. Affected appendages and organs will cease to function, becoming completely immobile in the case of limbs. S rank uses will freeze the struck targets solid. In the case of Surgebinders, who are immune to all of the above effects, they will be transported to the Throne when struck by the prana of another member of their clan. Era of Gods can be split into three separate applications, all based on the same principle: constructs, armors, and familiars made of prana energy.

Pride of Gilgamesh – Gates of Babylon
The Pride of Gilgamesh allows the user to produce Prana either from the user’s body or on the battlefield. The Prana can only be manifested within short-range of the opponent if the user is also within that range, in which it must be created a minimum of one meter away. This restriction does not apply if the user chooses to release the Prana from their body, rather than manifest it away from themselves. The energy can be released from the body via various hand signs depending on the user's rank in the clan. This can be done to generate constructs bound only by the rank of technique used and one’s imagination; alternatively the user can simplify the application by creating streams, waves, and constructs of Prana. Manifested Prana is capable of taking solid form, granting tangibility at the user’s volition. Non-projectile uses of this technique are capable of levitating and can be governed through mental commands and a sustained chakra cost. B-Ranks and below are sustained through 5 chakra per turn, A-Ranks and above require 10 chakra per turn. Created constructs will last three turns per usage unless they are prematurely cancelled. S-Rank applications can only be used once every three turns and no Prana in the user’s next turn.

Embrace of Ishtar – Armory of Akkadia
This variant allows the user to manifest armors, auras, and coatings of Prana around their body. This can be used to enshroud a single or multiple body parts in a layer of colored energy. These defenses can be made to fit the body like conventional armors or enveloping it in a formless manner. The first type can be created with additional limbs and appendages such as wings which enable flight. The user can also constantly reshape it and create small-scale weapons from the body of the armor, though at the cost of one of the user's three moves. It should be noted that these constructs remain attached to the main body of the armor and so act as an extension of it. The second type generates a “flowing aura” that appears to flicker like an open flame. This aura is often made as an upwards column that is streamed into the sky with its base remaining around the user. It should be noted that its power is not split or divided as all of the Prana energy is part of one whole. The armors can exhibit tangibility, although this does not hinder the user’s techniques and their passing which can freely move in and out of the armor per the user’s will. B-Rank and below applications require being sustained with 5 chakra per turn while A and S Ranks require 10 chakra per turn. This technique can last a maximum of three turns. S-Rank applications can be used twice per battle. After an S-Rank application expires the user is unable to utilize Prana single turn.

Divinity of Merlin – Garden of Avalon
The Divinity of Merlin allows the user to produce Prana in the same way as the Pride of Gilgamesh and can be shaped in the same way, limited by rank and imagination. However, unlike the Pride of Gilgamesh which creates static constructs the Divinity of Merlin creates constructs imbued with a limited form of sentience – familiars. These familiars can be created anywhere on the battlefield, with the exception of short-range of the opponent unless the user is also within that range; in this case the familiar cannot be created within two meters of the opponent. This restriction does not apply if the user chooses to release the Prana from their body. Familiars are capable of taking numerous shapes, not simply limited to animals. These familiars are also capable of taking solid form at the user’s volition. Familiars are capable of remaining on the battlefield for four turns. B-Ranks and below are sustained through 5 chakra per turn, A-Ranks and above require 10 chakra per turn. S-Rank applications can only be used twice times per battle and no Prana in the user’s next turn.

Note: The upper echelon of the clan (Servants and above) are capable of using this technique without hand signs for B-rank and below. A-rank will require two hand signs and S-rank requires three.

(Busou: Kunrin no Akuma) – Surge of Armament: Reign of Demons

Description: The user will summon a cloak from the Throne onto their body, with this coat manifesting over their current attire. Through the infusion of prana, the cloak has been bestowed with several properties that render it an ideal defence for battle. The cloak can neither be burnt nor made to be wet. It insulates both high heats as well as electrical currents, allowing it to insulate unfocused lightning techniques before they can affect the user. It is also non-reactive and immune to corrosion, rendering the cloak immune to chemical elements which target it. The cloak is bulletproof and will defend against freeform damage of all kinds (excluding freeform boosted beyond 80 damage), from bladed weapons to explosions spawned from paper tags. The weapon itself can’t be destroyed, but it can be forcibly returned to the Throne when struck by a jutsu that exceeds 80 damage. Both the cloak and the Knightmare shave 40 damage off techniques which strike it. Servant rank Surgebinders can sustain the summoned Phantasm indefinitely but they will be prevented from calling forth any further Noble Phantasms until they return this one to the Throne. Heroic Spirits and above can sustain two Noble Phantasms indefinitely but will also be prevented from calling forth any further weapons until at least one is returned.

Demons of Mephistopheles - Seven Princes of Hell
What truly makes this cloak a Noble Phantasm, is that it contains a familiar composed entirely of prana energy. This familiar is also known as a Rashomon and is composed entirely of white Prana. It exists within the cloak, with the Noble Phantasm acting as the vessel of it's containment. The physical form it takes varies from user to user but it is always some kind of animal, creature or hybrid. Upon being summoned onto the body of a Surgebinder, the Rashomon will sap some of their chakra (equal to this jutsu's chakra cost) and essentially adopt the colour of their Prana. This will change it from it's 'dormant' state to it's 'active' state whereby it's capable of acting autonomously and independently of the user. This will neither cost a move nor occupy a slot in the timeframe, it occurs instantaneously upon the phantasm being summoned. The cloak will develop a glowing aura of light in the colour of the user's Prana to signify the Rashomon's activation. This Rashomon can be controlled through mental commands. It can seamlessly emerge from and reintegrate with the cloak at will. It can be released in any shape or form such as tendrils, spikes, limbs, weapons, animals or any other configuration. As it's body is composed of raw Prana energy, it will exhibit the absorption traits of Evocation. This translates to the ability to absorb objects, parts of the terrain and techniques that possess lower chakra than the Rashomon, however upon clashing with a technique of equal chakra, both it and the opposing technique will cancel eachother out. Upon absorbing a technique possessed of lower chakra, the Rashomon will passively leech the amount of chakra it took to neutralize the jutsu from the user's body to restore itself to full strength. Absorbing techniques will count as a move each time it's used (on the turn of summoning, any absorptions count as part of the single move slot used to summon the weapon) but the user is free to perform other techniques while it occurs. Even while released, the Rashomon possess the ability to constantly reshape and reform itself but it's total size can never exceed mid-range in dimensions. All of these manoeuvres, including its initial release and returning to its vessel are passive manoeuvres. However, it should be noted that when the Rashomon is used to attack an opponent, it will cost a move to do so but again, the user will be free to perform other techniques while this occurs.

Knightmares of Hijikata - Shinsengumi's Vengeance
Knightmares of Hijikata is a very similar variant to the Seven Princes but instead of a cloak, it creates an oversized suit of armour which surrounds the user entirely. The summoner or wielder of the NP is nestled at its core, and the Knightmare can be thought of as a suit of armour suited to a three or four-meter tall giant. The user's chakra is capable of diffusing through the suit, to perform techniques which require contact with the ground or a water source. It possesses all of the aforementioned abilities except in this variant of the technique, is that the Rashomon, is infused with one of the user's basic, advanced or custom elements. The prana then, does not absorb but rather burns, crushes, cuts or electrocutes upon contact and follows the S/W of the chosen element exactly. If the chosen element is solid, the Knightmare itself can also be made of that material but this is optional. It possess the same regenerative abilities as the first variant, allowing it to regenerate fully from A-Ranks it is weak to, S-Ranks it is neutral to and Forbidden Ranks it is strong to. A Knightmare's Rashomon can be destroyed quite easily if struck with any jutsu that exceeds those stated ranks in damage (an A-Rank of 70 damage of an element it's weak to will destroy the Rashomon and return the Noble Phantasm to the throne). Since the prana is infused with chakra, it no longer absorbs and therefore the Rashomon can freely interact with the terrain. It can grab a hold of trees and other features of the terrain to travel by rappelling the Knightmare towards that location, it can throw or catch objects and can interact with anything solid as well as energy-based. As with the cloak in Demons of Mephistopheles, any jutsu the user released or created from the user's body or skin, will manifest outside of the Knightmare. Any jutsu which teleport the jutsu or anything similar, will also teleport the Noble Phantasm as it is considered a physical extension of their body. Once a turn, the user can shoot beams, blasts or create geometrical shields that detach from the Rashomon or other projectiles, which are A-Rank in power and count as a move slot but leave the user free to perform other techniques. The Rashomon immediately regenerates its defensive power upon performing this ability, but as with earlier, it will absorb chakra from the wearer to do so. This Noble Phantasm can be worn by summons, as it can take on any humanoid or animal shape, for example a Griffin summon could have dragon-shaped armour.

(Kuchiyose No Jutsu: Amaimon) - Summoning Technique: Amaymon

Description: The user bites his thumb and wipes blood over a tattoo placed on a body part and slams his hands on the ground to call forth the legendary and mighty Amaymon, the earth emperor, Amaymon is a very large Gryphon and is able to carry a total of five people on his back, he is the exact same size as gamahiro, Amaymon usualy wears silver armor, which protects him from kunai's and basic weapons, as seen in the picture, but what makes him special is his looks his fur/feathers are goldish/silver of color, with the tip of his feathers colored light brown, and his eyes are the color of the desert repersenting his elemental affinity, he has a very interesting body strucutre which is very well build even amongs the Gryphon's it's muscular and just as hard as stones. Amaymon has the manipulation of the Earth affinity, from his birth he trained to master the earth element in Iwagakure and thus he became more accustomed to it, therefore she can use the earth element upto S-rank, without any use of hand seals (counting towards the users moves), and he can only perform his jutsu's while he is on the ground. Amaymon is often refered to as the Earth King, Amaymon.

(Busou: Kenshoushi no Seiki) – Surge of Armament: Century of Champions

Description: This technique is the most fundamental Armament technique in the Surgebinder arsenal and covers each major class of warrior. The user can summon the Noble Phantasm anywhere on the field, but it must be at least short-range away from the opponent unless the user is also inside that range. Servant rank Surgebinders can sustain the summoned Phantasm indefinitely but they will be prevented from calling forth any further Noble Phantasms until they return this one to the Throne. Heroic Spirits and above can sustain two Noble Phantasms indefinitely but will also be prevented from calling forth any further weapons until at least one is returned.

Blades of the Saber
The user will summon a sword from the Throne with a glowing metal blade that vibrates at the frequency of lightning. It is coated in and charged with a never-ending current of electricity that cannot be short circuited or insulated. The blade can be stabbed into a conductive surface such as earth, water, metal, mist, etc to release currents of electricity in every direction, that quickly form into dozens, hundreds or thousands of replicas of the metal blade jutting upwards, downwards or in any direction. This counts as a move, deals 60 damage per attack (regardless of the number of blades used) and the user is free to perform other techniques. If the user drops the blade, it can be recalled to their hand with a mental command or manipulated remotely through hand gestures in a similar manner to Lightning Blade Levitation. Upon summoning, the blade leaks prana into the user's body which renders them immune to electric shocks and paralysis. Alternatively, the glowing blade is coated in wreath of prana-infused flames which cannot be extinguished. Both the fire and the aforementioned electricity, can be used as a source for Fire, Lightning and advanced or custom elements which are energetic (e.g. Dark, Rhythm or Storm). This fiery blade renders the user immune to burns, dehydration and the effects of scorching temperatures. The blades themselves deal 80 damage on direct contact with the opponent’s body or techniques. Using it to counter a technique counts as one of the user’s moves per turn.

Spears of the Lancer
The user will summon an indestructible, two-meter long spear, staff or lance from the Throne into either of their hands. These weapons will be slightly elastic to the point they can be used for pole vaulting and will be capable of extending their length. The speed of extension will be twice the user's base speed but retracting it to restore it's original size will occur instantly. Since the weapon is not subject to the effects of gravity, the user will not be weighed down regardless of how much it increases in size. This will also enable it to fly through the air and the user can control it's movements through mental commands. The weapon will also have the have the malleability of a liquid, allowing it to change shape at will. Noble Phantasms in this class will possess the ability to enter and exit the Throne passively and instantly, taking no slot in the timeframe. Each time it disappears, an exact replica of the weapon will remain it's place, completely camouflaging it's teleportation to the naked eye. These replicas will possess all of the abilities of the original but they will only have the durability of a basic kunai. Their creation process is exactly the same as the Shadow Shuriken technique but there is no puff of smoke. It can teleport any number of times in a given turn but all the created duplicates will collectively count as one move.

Bows of the Archer
The user will summon any kind of bow as well as a quiver full of arrows onto their back. The quiver will appear with a strap that will be fastened onto the user's body. Upon contact with the bow, the user's body will be flooded with an incredible amount of prana. This will enhance their sense of sight without making them more sensitive to bright lights or intense stimuli. This increased visual acuity will allow them to see everything in the landmark they're in as well as see through clouds of dust, mist and heavy rain. This means they will be completely unaffected by such conditions present in certain landmarks. Their eyes will also become capable of following the speed of quicker targets, which translates to a tracking increase of x3. The arrows will not be subject to the effects of gravity or air resistance and so they will continue perpetually nor will they ever slow down since no energy is lost. They will also cleanly slice through basic weapons and ninja tools them without being deflected off their trajectory in the slightest. They will seek out and be drawn to targets with chakra foreign to the user's own once they are fired. When multiple sources of foreign chakra exist, they will always be directed towards the ones with the greatest concentration of chakra. Once per turn, by pulling back the bowstring and releasing it, long stream(s) of wind-infused prana will be emitted from the front of the bow. The infusion of wind chakra will give the prana distinct slicing properties, enabling them to cut straight through solid targets. This is an A-Ranked ability, will cost a move and has a long-range reach. Both the normal arrows and the streams of prana will travel at twice the user's speed.

Chariot of the Rider
The user will summon a chariot, golem, fortress or anything else that can be ridden. All of the Noble Phantasms in this class are capable of flight and can be a maximum size of twenty meters in radius. They will also be durable enough to tank one S-Rank technique per turn, whereby they will then passively regenerate from the damage sustained by the end of the turn. The golems can come in any shape or form, whether it's animalistic, humanoid, a hybrid or monstrous. Large-scale phantasms will displace the user's body in the same way as summons do if they're manifested beneath them. Earth-based phantasms will be constructed of rock and stone while Water-based ones will be made of ice. More accurately, most of the exterior will be made of ice that can't be melted and the interior will contain a large quantity of water. The water will be encased by the ice from all sides barring the top, allowing it to be accessed. The user will be capable of manipulating the earth/water for the use of techniques. The phantasm can be made of any solid or liquid material and be used as a source for Custom Element or Advanced Element techniques. This will be supplemented by their ability to regenerate, meaning the source will replenish itself upon and even during use and therefore can even be used to perform techniques larger than itself. Since it is infused with copious of amounts of Prana, it can't be manipulated by the opponent and techniques created from that source will have their strengths and weaknesses erased.

Armour of the Berserker
The user will summon an armour slightly larger than their body, made of any material, over their current attire, which will envelop them fully or partially. In the case of full body armours, by default they will not conceal the user's eyes or mouth unless specified otherwise. All armours in this class can be reshaped passively to extend weapons, limbs, spikes, tendrils, prehensile tails, hands which can perform handseals and wings capable of flight. These suit of armour will be both weightless and flexible at the joints, meaning they will not hinder the user's ability to move in the slightest. The composition of the armours makes them incredibly durable, rendering them immune to damage from A-Rank and below techniques. It can completely block/negate the damage of one S-Rank technique but this will neutralize the Noble Phantasm and return it to the Throne. The armour insulates both electrical currents and extreme heats and will also absorb the force of massive impacts or techniques. They user will sustain no fall damage, from any height, and the armour will absorb and reflect the impact of any physical strike onto the attacker. Since they are fully infused with prana, the armour cannot be manipulated by foreign chakra or energy. Only the user can use the armour as a source for techniques.

Grimoire of the Caster
The user will summon a 'spellbook' onto their person that can't be made wet, burnt or corroded. It will also insulate any electrical currents and despite it's composition, possess enough durability to sustain S-Rank and below offensive techniques without taking damage. Upon contact with the user's body or attire, the book will leak prana into them to enhance their body and ability to mold chakra. The prana infusion will render the user's body virtually weightless and lighter than air, allowing them to fly through the air while they're in contact with the book. The main effect of the infusion is that the user gains +20 damage to the element or ability of their choice (defensive and supplementary jutsu can defend against or affect jutsu one rank higher than normal). The user can perform all techniques by gesturing a single hand, as long as they're holding the grimoire in the other. These effects only apply if the user is holding it, and the effects will have to be recast if the user reacquires the grimoire after dropping it or being disarmed (although it does not cost a move or take a slot in the timeframe to do this). Once per turn, the grimoire can release a large amount of Prana that will form into shields or geometric shapes around the user. The shields can be linear walls or they can expand into 3D shapes that encapsulate the user partially or completely. The user can extend spikes, tendrils and other harmful constructions from these shields up to a short-range distance but these extensions will always remain connected to the central structure. This is an S-Ranked ability and will count as a move when used.

Masks of the Assassin
The user will summon a mask and cloak filled with daggers, which will manifest over their current attire. Both the cloak and mask are waterproof, fireproof, and will defend against freeform damage of all kinds. Every cloak and mask will possess a unique colour and design and will fit the user perfectly as each is tailor-made for the individual. Within the interior of the cloak, held in place by numerous pockets, are countless throwing daggers known as 'Black Keys'. These daggers are invisible, unaffected by air resistance, produce no sound whatsoever and are impossible to sense. Whenever they clash with or come into contact with anything, no sound is produced by the collision/contact. These daggers can be used in exactly the same manner as basic ninja tools.

The dimly glowing crystal in his hand pulsed with an ephemeral energy.

He couldn't help but wonder about the origins of this enigmatic artifact and its purpose. Was it a key to understanding the void or perhaps a weapon yet to be unleashed? His thoughts were interrupted by the weight of his own exhaustion, a reminder of the relentless toll of this battle. He knew he had to act swiftly.

With a subtle gesture, Akhwera crafted a shadow clone beside him. Its form mirroring his own, he commanded it with a solemn purpose. "Protect me," he urged, his voice firm and determined. "I must recover my strength."

The shadow clone nodded, acknowledging its duty, and took a vigilant stance beside Akhwera. The real Akhwera settled into a meditative position, letting the hum of the battlefield wash over him as he closed his eyes, entering a state of deep concentration, beginning to heal himself.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

Description: After forming 4 hand seals, this mode envelops the user in a flowing blue chakra and allows them to constantly heal themselves in the midst of battle while at the same time boosting their stamina and vitality as it replenishes their strength and health. The limitation of the technique in terms of healing is it's low speed and inability to heal lost limbs. The technique lasts for three turns before deactivation.

In the shadowy realm where Akhwera rested, there was no sun, no natural light to pierce the oppressive darkness. The terrain was a desolate wasteland, perpetually shrouded in obsidian hues, where the only illumination came from the glimmers of the crystal he clutched. Amidst this desolation, Akhwera's meditative focus was briefly interrupted by the scene that unfolded before him. He couldn't help but marvel at the war-torn terrain of the void battlefield below. Shattered earth and the debris of countless clashes littered the landscape, creating a macabre tapestry of destruction. His shadow clone, vigilant and dutiful, surveyed the battlefield, its keen eyes scanning the chaotic dance of conflict and despair. It observed the fierce determination of the soldiers of good as they fought valiantly against the relentless void, the ebb and flow of combat shifting like a tempestuous sea.

But then, from the ashen sky above, came a disturbing cacophony of wings and nightmarish cries. The shadow clone's gaze shot skyward, and its eyes widened in dread as it beheld a dark swarm of winged void entities descending upon the battlefield. The sky filled with their eerie forms, as they descended like a plague of locusts down toward Akhwera.

Amid the chaos and darkness of the void, the shadow clone made a calculated decision to ascend to the sky where the swarm of winged void entities closed in with menacing intent. It extended the Chakra Chains, their gleaming form cutting through the abyss, and anchored them to the unforgiving earth below. With a surge of energy, the chains propelled the clone into the air, launching it into the midst of the void entities.

The ensuing battle was a symphony of calculated movements and desperate evasions. The clone utilized the Chakra Chains as both offensive and defensive weapons. Swinging through the void with acrobatic grace, it utilized the chains to pierce through multiple entities. As they closed in from all directions, the clone spun and whirled, the chains serving as both a shield against their sinister talons and a lethal weapon to slash through their ranks.

The danger was ever-present, with void entities making relentless attempts to encircle and capture the clone. They came at it from all angles, their shadowy wings and talons a menacing threat. In this treacherous dance in the air, the clone relied on its agility and the versatile Chakra Chains to remain a step ahead, refusing to yield to the encroaching peril.

Description:
Known by some members of the Uzumaki clan, this technique is the manifestation of the strongest of chakras within the clan and not a simple Ninjutsu technique. The user is able to focus and materialize chains from their body that can be used for various purposes. However, what makes it a technique that goes beyond the normal Ninjutsu category is that the user can manifest these chains in reality, using them to attack, defend or restrict a given target but can also manifest these chains in his mind, in a purely spiritual field. This enables the technique to act as defense against mental attacks (Genjutsu, Yamanaka Clan techniques, etc) by using the spiritual manifestation of the chains to "attack" the mental intrusion and dispel it. It was this ability that allowed Uzumaki Kushina and Uzumaki Mito to serve as perfect vessels for the Bijuu Kurama, as they could use it to restrict the 9 Tails Demon Fox inside their bodies. When manifested as a Ninjutsu attack, it has both great range and strength. The chains can be used to attack (each chain ends in a kunai-like spear which can be used to pierce a target as a spear or the chains can be used to slam into the target or surround it and "crush" it) or defend (using the same methods) against enemies and techniques but its main purpose is to restrict and contain targets. The restriction effect is achieved partially due to two aspects: their physical strength (which restricts the target physically, preventing it from moving) and their inherent "sealing property". This property enables the chains to have a restriction effect that goes beyond the physical restriction, preventing the target from being summoned, teleporting, etc. This effect can be boosted to a full sealing effect (including the targets ability to mold chakra, etc) if the user spends additional chakra. The effect isn't a sealing technique, however, because it will only work while the user fuels it with chakra, unlike normal seals.

With the chains firmly anchored and the entity's momentum harnessed, the clone managed to change its trajectory, forcing it to ascend rather than plummet toward Akhwera. The maneuver was a testament to the clone's quick thinking and resourcefulness.

Yet, the perils of the void proved unrelenting. From the entity's amorphous form, fresh void entities sprouted forth, emerging like grotesque spawn from their colossal progenitor. The new adversaries converged upon the clone, their nightmarish forms clawing and rending at its existence.

Amidst the disorienting maelstrom of void entities, the shadow clone clung tenaciously to the colossal void creature, its Chakra Chains tethered to the entity's form. While grappling with the smaller void entities, it danced upon the precipice of danger, the malevolent presence of the void entities ever encroaching upon its existence.

The void entities, with their nightmarish forms and malicious intent, lunged and clawed at the clone with relentless hunger, their ashen tendrils reaching for its very essence. The clone, despite the perilous odds, deftly weaved through the chaos, narrowly evading their clutches time and again, only to retaliate with ferocious swings of its tomahawks. Each whirlwind of strikes was a blur of motion and deadly precision, the twin tomahawks cleaving through the voidlings with brutal efficacy.

The battle was a precarious ballet of life and death, with the clone fighting for its existence, each moment a heartbeat away from being ensnared and consumed by the relentless void. Yet it fought on, a beacon of resistance against the malevolent abyss, defending the sanctity of the realm and the still-meditating Akhwera. The shadows around them writhed with malice, a testament to the eternal struggle within the void's inky depths.

Tomahōku no Michi: Jötunn Burēkā | The Way of the Tomahawk: Jötunn Breaker

Description: This technique makes use of the intricate style of using 4 tomahawk at once to perform a brutal yet elegant counter attack. The user first takes on his battle stance, similarly to the stance bee took to do his 8 swords style. The user has a tomahawk in both hands, in between the crease of his bent and risen left knee with the blade to the outside (how bee held a sword), and a single tomahawk in his mouth with the blade on the right side of his face. With this stance, the user uses raw chakra around the blades to suddenly expand into larger versions of the blades, dramatically expanding the length of the blades (about 2m blades now), that hold more cutting and slicing power. Using the now enlarged holes in the tomahawk blades the user can use the tomahawks in his hands to intercept taijutsu or weapons attacks within the holes to redirect their Trajectory to a different direction. As the tomahawks in the hands are being used to defend or redirect an incoming close range attack, the user swiftly rotates his hips to perform a brutal slash to the lower body of the opponent whilst also using the tomahawk in his mouth to perform a slash to the upper body. This essentially creates an attack and defense all in a single motion of intercepting an opponent. Essentially this technique can be used to create vicious and unpredictable slashes and cuts towards the opponent as well as redirect and counter incoming attacks swiftly, by moving and spinning in an unpredictable manner.

Inside the beast's belly, the clone's chakra-fueled ingenuity came to the forefront. It conjured a small portal, its dimensions malleable as it served as the epicenter for a devastating chain reaction. A compressed pillar of black powder materialized within the entity's stomach, releasing a cataclysmic force of unimaginable power. The ensuing explosion erupted with unbridled fury, reducing the colossal void creature to vapor in an instant.

The battlefield was bathed in searing light and consumed by the shockwave's embrace.

Kayakuton: Bankā basutā | Gunpowder: Bunker Buster

Description: The Bunker Buster technique requires the user to perform three hand seals. Afterwards a highly condensed pillar of Gunpowder will come through a small portal 15 meters above the ground and come plummeting down towards the ground. The pillar measures 2m in width and 5 meters in length. The only thing that controls the falling pillar is the pull of gravity and highly condensed mass which makes it very heavy. The pillar comes down with enough power to splinter trees; shatter rocks and leave a 20 meter wide and deep crater within the ground. Once the pillar hits the ground the gunpowder pillar explodes violently with a massive force of a shockwave 15m all around the detonation and sends boulders and rocks flying in all directions up to long range from the impact area. This shockwave will contain no chakra blasting everything around along with causing burning damage to anything within the blast. However if the pillar is struck or hits something in the air it will explode upon impact with that, creating the 15m explosion/shockwave all around from the point of its detonation applying its full force and power upon that object or person, still creating a massive shockwave powerful enough to devastate anything within mid-range of its explosion range. The second way this can be used is the user will perform a single hand seal and cause the pillar instead to shoot up out of the ground of the same size, then releasing their chakra into it they can cause a spark, detonating the gunpowder in a powerful explosion destroying everything within the 15m range releasing the shockwave from the point of creation. This can be created in the earth at any depths.

- Can only be 3 times per battle with 2 turns between uses
- No Gunpowder techniques of A-rank and above for two turns
- The user can passively create the spark in the pillar causing it to ignite/detonate at any point, even in the same timeframe as the pillar being created. Though it can't be made within 5m of the opponent.

His figure, now bathed in the eerie crimson rain, appeared almost otherworldly amidst the macabre spectacle. His attire, once pristine, had become a tattered tapestry of conflict, adorned with the detritus of his battles. His white hair, once untouched by the filth of combat, glistened with the crimson tinge of the void entity's essence, while his piercing purple eyes blazed with an intensity forged in the crucible of war.

Description: This is the basic creation technique of Breakdown Release. The user will combine their Yang with Fire Release to create a Breakdown Release technique. This can be released from the users body, formed out of their chakra in the air or from the ground. If formed out of the air or ground it must be 5m away from an opponent, unless the user himself is within that range. From there the user will create anything he can imagine; ranging from simple waves, pulses, streams, to shapes as intricate as weapons, houses, creatures, etc,. Due to being composed of Yang chakra, it will cost 40 chakra for a B rank then increasing by 10 chakra per rank. When releasing this jutsu the user will chose to apply the Degenerative or Regenerative effects. The Degenerative effects only apply to enemies of the user, while the Regenerative effects only apply to the allies of the user. These effects are outlined as followed:

Degenerative:

B Rank: Prevent the use of F rank jutsu, reducing the target's current speed by 20%
A Rank: Prevent the use of S rank jutsu & above, reducing the target's current speed by 30%
S Rank: Prevent the use of A rank jutsu and above, reducing the target's current speed by 40%
Regenerative:

B Rank: Heal up to 30, x1.5 speed, -10 damage, +10 tai
A-Rank: Heal up to 50, x2 speed, -15 damage, +15 tai
S-Rank: Heal up to 80, x2.5 speed, -30 damage, +20 tai
This technique, being semi sentient, will only harm those who the user perceives as enemies, where the flames will simply pass over their allies. The flames of breakdown will always damage the enemies of the user regardless of which effects are applied.​
Note: For B rank and below, the user will use hand gestures to form the jutsu, for A rank the user will need to perform two hand seals, S rank will require three hand seals. A rank can be used once per turn up to 4 times per battle, S rank can be used three times per battle with two turns between uses and no Breakdown jutsu above A rank in the following turn with all effects lasting 3 turns.​

Description: Uchiha who have achieved Susano'o and have their Mangekyou activated are capable of calling upon Susano'o's skeletal structure, such as a ribcage for basic defence or an arm for interacting with the surroundings. This allows him to attack with quick force or to defend just as well, requiring no hand seals to trigger. The user can do this once every two turns and 4 times in total. If the user has an EMS or higher, the damage and/or defense increases by 20 damage or 40 for Rinnegan.

Description: This is the basic creation technique of Breakdown Release. The user will combine their Yang with Fire Release to create a Breakdown Release technique. This can be released from the users body, formed out of their chakra in the air or from the ground. If formed out of the air or ground it must be 5m away from an opponent, unless the user himself is within that range. From there the user will create anything he can imagine; ranging from simple waves, pulses, streams, to shapes as intricate as weapons, houses, creatures, etc,. Due to being composed of Yang chakra, it will cost 40 chakra for a B rank then increasing by 10 chakra per rank. When releasing this jutsu the user will chose to apply the Degenerative or Regenerative effects. The Degenerative effects only apply to enemies of the user, while the Regenerative effects only apply to the allies of the user. These effects are outlined as followed:

B Rank: Prevent the use of F rank jutsu, reducing the target's current speed by 20%
A Rank: Prevent the use of S rank jutsu & above, reducing the target's current speed by 30%
S Rank: Prevent the use of A rank jutsu and above, reducing the target's current speed by 40%

B Rank: Heal up to 30, x1.5 speed, -10 damage, +10 tai
A-Rank: Heal up to 50, x2 speed, -15 damage, +15 tai
S-Rank: Heal up to 80, x2.5 speed, -30 damage, +20 tai
This technique, being semi sentient, will only harm those who the user perceives as enemies, where the flames will simply pass over their allies. The flames of breakdown will always damage the enemies of the user regardless of which effects are applied.

Note: For B rank and below, the user will use hand gestures to form the jutsu, for A rank the user will need to perform two hand seals, S rank will require three hand seals. A rank can be used once per turn up to 4 times per battle, S rank can be used three times per battle with two turns between uses and no Breakdown jutsu above A rank in the following turn with all effects lasting 3 turns.

With each blow, Horus staggered, his body bearing the brunt of the creature's relentless assault.

Yet, amidst the chaos, a glimmer of hope shone through the darkness. With steely determination, Horus evaded the tendrils' strikes, his movements fluid and precise. In a moment of clarity, he seized upon an opportunity, maneuvering behind the creature with lightning speed.

Summoning forth the primal energies that coursed through his veins, Horus conjured a pulsating orb of green energy, crackling with untapped power. With a resounding cry, he slammed the orb into the heart of the creature, its form convulsing as the energy surged through its being.

In an instant, the entity was transformed into a puppet, its consciousness laid bare before Horus's probing gaze. With newfound clarity, he delved into the depths of its mind, searching for any trace of Salamander's whereabouts amidst the tangled web of memories and shadows.

Description: The user molds his chakra into the form of a green-coloured sphere. This sphere is held and can be seen as similar to the Rasengan in appearance. By sending it at an opponent, the user can use these spheres to temporarily take control of an opponent's body, effectively turning them into a puppet, with limitations of course. It also has tactical purposes, allowing the user to read the minds of those it enters, mentally linking to the user. These spheres can also have damaging effects, causing damage if used as an offensive sphere of chakra, similar to Rasengan. The user cannot use it for both puppet mimicry and to damage the opponent in the same turn. The user can alternatively use the offensive variant through his actual puppets, not the ones used from this jutsu.

Chapter 1: Behind Enemy Lines

The chasm and the cliffsides was swaddled in a veil of eerie-black mist. It was a calm evening only interrupted by the footfalls from nearby soldiers and medics within the camp. The deathly vapour did not lick the cold dirt ground as the wind was known to do. Its tongue lesser form would not allow it to. Instead, it warped nature by using its spineless tentacles to trail around every rock and tent on cliffside. It drifted and ghosted, glided, and dangled. Once it was sure it had conjured up enough of its black substance, it clung to and enrobed everything it could. Nothing was spared. It snagged and snared every crag and opening without mercy. The torchlight breaching through the black vapour, touching upon the tents. As the guards gazed out at the slothful black darkness. Ebbing ever so gently, it looked at peace in its onyx-black gown. It felt as if they were looking on a carpet of soft black fur, such was its softness. The golden flames of the lanterns penetrating the dark. The guards knew the warmth of the lights, yet they would not sway from their post, for their duty came before pleasure.

The lanternlight licking the silvery metal upon the guards, their helmets emblazoned with the winged lion, stood guard, their sturdy blank faces staring into the ghastly abyss. The silence of the night only broken by the sound of nearby cries of pain, soldiers marching, the clash of metal in the distance and the medics working within their tents. The guards’ eyes scanned the passing figures—soldiers, medics, and newcomers finding their way to the frontlines. The occasional sound of drunken soldiers mingling with the seriousness of their superiors. The cold moves in to meet the warmth of the guards’ blood, washing over their skin, only to be met by the beat of their heart. Their lungs fill with the freezing wet air. Their breath is illuminated by the lanterns, as they fill the night air in front of them.

Emerging from the commander’s tent, Akhwera’s eyes narrowed as they fell upon the artifact, securely strapped to the commander’s side like a beacon of both power and vulnerability amidst the encroaching darkness. Its faint, ethereal glow seemed to flicker with the ominous foreboding of the imminent chaos. The artifact, a relic of ancient magic, pulsed with an otherworldly energy, its intricate runes whispering secrets of forgotten times. Akhwera’s footsteps led him away from the tent, as he looked at the many faces of war. Suddenly, a cacophony of unearthly shrieks shattered the night, heralding the arrival of void entities from the chasm’s depths. Their twisted forms writhed with malevolent intent as they descended upon the camp, casting eerie shadows against the jagged cliffsides. The air grew thick with the stench of decay and fear, while screams of terror echoed through the night, mingling with the clash of steel and the crackling of torches. As chaos engulfed the camp in a maelstrom of horror, Akhwera’s eyes widened in horror as he witnessed the relentless advance of the void entities toward the camp, sensing the imminent danger threatening the camp, Akhwera’s instincts propelled him into action without a moment’s hesitation.

Racing towards the oncoming tide of darkness, Akhwera’s footsteps pounded against the cold, hard ground, his resolve unwavering in the face of impending doom. Summoning the primal forces of ancient power, Akhwera slammed his palm onto the earth with a resounding thud, channelling the raw energy into the ground below. In response, a massive wall of black powder erupted from the ground, rising like a barrier of defiance between the void and their intended target. As the wall reached its zenith, it exploded with cataclysmic force, unleashing a violent shockwave that tore through the ranks of the void with merciless precision. The blast shredded their twisted forms, sending them hurtling into the abyss below in a whirlwind of chaos and destruction.

Description: This is a jutsu that is used alongside a Gunpowder technique. This can be used in the same timeframe as a Gunpowder technique being forced to explode or when an outside source causes it to explode. What this technique does is it allows the user to use precise chakra control to control the detonation of the Gunpowder, using their chakra to create their own form of a "gun-like barrel," to channel the explosion and the shockwave itself. Due to using this to focus the explosion, it will increase the damage of the detonation by 1 rank or 20 damage. This technique is used purely to control the blast, allowing the user to focus it in any direction he wishes, be it an 180° angle from where the blast occurred, upwards, etc. This technique can be used to force the denotation through a spark and control the blast and the resulting shockwave in this manor. This technique is usable four times per battle.

Kayakuton: Kono burō | Gunpowder: Blow This

Description: The most rudimentary technique of the element. By focusing Gunpowder chakra throughout their body, into the surrounding ground, the user is able to create tools and constructs made of Gunpowder. These can range from kunais to full length swords and spears for close combat. It may also include different traps such as rising gunpowder from beneath the enemy similarly to the water imprisonment technique. This also includes pillars, walls and other complex constructs. Whenever the user is in physical contact with his creations, he can at will make it change its shape and form; from a sword to a spear or a pillar to an orb etc. (this does not include rank of the jutsu which remains the same no matter what the technique morphs into). The techniques vary in size and power depending on the amount of chakra utilized, where the S-rank version of this technique allows someone to make jutsus as big as the canon ‘Destructive Earth Rising Pillars’. However when these constructs come into contact with any form of fire or an element that can create heat or a flame, these constructs explode immediately. The user can at will cause a weapon in his hand or any construct on the field, which he has made through this jutsu, to immediately explode (costing 5 chakra). The user can make multiple objects but the power is divided between them, for example if the user makes two swords with the A rank use, each sword will be B rank in power.

When these constructs explode, with the explosive power of gunpowder, the release shockwaves around proportional to the size of the technique that was detonated. These shockwaves contain no chakra and are just a result of the detonation, carrying the same rank as the jutsu used. Techniques B rank and below release a shockwave 5m around the gunpowder. A ranks release an shockwave up to 10m around the blast. S ranks and above release a blast 15m around the explosion.Should the user create an A rank construct, when it's detonated but the user or another means, the blast will release a shockwave 10m around, which is a double edge blade, as the user will be struck if within range.

- S-rank versions can be used 3 times per match. With 2 turns between uses. No gunpowder above A rank in the following turn. A-rank can be used 4 times per battle.
- C-rank can be done with hand gestures. B-ranks require a single hand seal. A-ranks require 2 hand seals. S-ranks require 3 handseals.

Turning around, he spotted movement and chaos in the distance, the commander's tent shredded by unseen forces. Realizing that the void was after the artifact, a chill of dread gripped his heart. Before he could react, long tendrils of darkness snaked around his feet, sweeping him off balance and dragging him towards the edge of the chasm. they bored into his flesh with searing intensity, burning, and scarring his skin as they dragged him towards the chasm's edge. As he struggled against the relentless pull, a massive void entity emerged from the depths below. Its form was a grotesque amalgamation of shadow and malice, its twisted features contorted into a visage of pure malevolence.

the void entity's grasp remained unyielding, its tendrils coiling tighter around him with every passing second. Akhwera's vision blurred with pain as he fought against the suffocating darkness, his breath coming in ragged gasps as he struggled to maintain his footing against the relentless onslaught. Summoning every ounce of strength within him, Akhwera launched a counterattack, directing bursts of magical energy towards the void entity with unwavering resolve. Arcane sparks danced in the air, illuminating the darkness with fleeting bursts of light as Akhwera's assault found its mark.

Description: The user after performing the required hand seals Rat → Dog → Tiger fires a small fireball that erupts into a giant fire-storm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade. When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.
But the void entity was undeterred, its form pulsating with malevolent energy as it retaliated with renewed ferocity. Tendrils of darkness lashed out with blinding speed, striking Akhwera with relentless precision as he fought tooth and nail to stay standing against the relentless tide.

In a sudden eruption of nightmarish horror, the Void creature materialized before Akhwera's eyes. It defied description, a grotesque fusion of shifting shadows and contorted forms, its very essence an affront to the natural order. A primal dread gripped Akhwera as he beheld its twisted visage, a cacophony of tormented faces writhing within its amorphous mass.
With startling agility, the creature surged forward, its inky tendrils extending like tendrils of darkness hungry for flesh. Akhwera's instincts, honed through years of arcane discipline, surged to the forefront. He became a blur of motion, his movements a dance of evasion as he deftly sidestepped the creature's grasping tendrils. In a blaze of ethereal flame, he vanished from sight, reappearing several meters behind the creature, poised and ready to confront the abomination once more.

As the relentless clash continued, the sorcerer's breath grew ragged, and sweat mingled with the grime on his brow. The Void creature's malevolent persistence began to take its toll. In a moment of cruel fortune, a tendril-like appendage grazed Akhwera's arm, leaving behind a searing, otherworldly burn. Agony coursed through his veins, but his resolve remained unyielding.

(Chakurachēn) Chakra Chains

Description:
Known by some members of the Uzumaki clan, this technique is the manifestation of the strongest of chakras within the clan and not a simple Ninjutsu technique. The user is able to focus and materialize chains from their body that can be used for various purposes. However, what makes it a technique that goes beyond the normal Ninjutsu category is that the user can manifest these chains in reality, using them to attack, defend or restrict a given target but can also manifest these chains in his mind, in a purely spiritual field. This enables the technique to act as defense against mental attacks (Genjutsu, Yamanaka Clan techniques, etc) by using the spiritual manifestation of the chains to "attack" the mental intrusion and dispel it. It was this ability that allowed Uzumaki Kushina and Uzumaki Mito to serve as perfect vessels for the Bijuu Kurama, as they could use it to restrict the 9 Tails Demon Fox inside their bodies. When manifested as a Ninjutsu attack, it has both great range and strength. The chains can be used to attack (each chain ends in a kunai-like spear which can be used to pierce a target as a spear or the chains can be used to slam into the target or surround it and "crush" it) or defend (using the same methods) against enemies and techniques but its main purpose is to restrict and contain targets. The restriction effect is achieved partially due to two aspects: their physical strength (which restricts the target physically, preventing it from moving) and their inherent "sealing property". This property enables the chains to have a restriction effect that goes beyond the physical restriction, preventing the target from being summoned, teleporting, etc. This effect can be boosted to a full sealing effect (including the targets ability to mold chakra, etc) if the user spends additional chakra. The effect isn't a sealing technique, however, because it will only work while the user fuels it with chakra, unlike normal seals.

These ethereal relics, pulsating with radiant energy, coiled around the Void creature with a resplendent grace, their golden links weaving through its form like serpentine tendrils. Though the creature thrashed and screeched in agony, Akhwera persisted, his will unwavering in the face of adversity. With a final surge of determination, he channeled his energy into the chains, overpowering the darkness that had cloaked the entity and banishing it from existence.

As the echoes of battle faded into the ether, Akhwera remained battered and bruised, his body a testament to the trials he had endured. Yet, amidst the lingering echoes of his victory, a sense of solemn triumph washed over him. He had emerged victorious, his spirit unbroken and his resolve unwavering in the face of unimaginable peril.

A bitter taste filled Akhwera's mouth as he surveyed the scene, his mind racing with a torrent of questions and suspicions. Mission start: The Descent into Chaos (A rank)

As the dust settled amidst the remnants of the shattered alcove, Horus stood amidst the debris, his resolve unyielding despite the chaos that surrounded him. With a steely gaze, he surveyed his surroundings, his senses attuned to the whispers of shadows that lingered in the air.​
Amidst the rubble, a faint glimmer caught his eye – a spiraling staircase, hidden amidst the darkness, beckoning him into the depths below. Its ancient stones bore the weight of untold millennia, their weathered surface hinting at secrets long forgotten.​
With cautious steps, Horus approached the staircase, the air thick with a palpable sense of foreboding. A black fog emanated from its depths, tendrils of darkness snaking upwards like fingers of death reaching out to claim him.​
As he descended into the abyss, the screams of agony and the howls of monstrosities echoed through the darkness, a cacophony of torment that chilled him to the bone. Each step forward brought him closer to the heart of Irkalla's darkest secrets, where the line between reality and nightmare blurred with every passing moment.​
Yet, despite the horrors that lurked below, Horus pressed on, his resolve unbroken amidst the abyss. For in the crucible of chaos, where the boundaries between light and darkness faded into obscurity, it was the indomitable will of those who dared to defy the shadows that would ultimately prevail.​
The black fog that emanated from the depths below curled around him like a shroud, its tendrils weaving through the darkness with an otherworldly grace. It whispered of ancient secrets and untold horrors, beckoning him ever deeper into the abyss.​
With each passing moment, the screams of agony grew louder, their anguished cries echoing through the labyrinthine corridors like a symphony of despair. Horus pressed on, his resolve unshaken by the darkness that threatened to consume him, his senses sharp as he sought out any sign of his elusive quarry.​
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, he emerged into a vast chamber, its dimensions stretching out before him like an endless expanse of darkness. The air was thick with the stench of decay, mingled with the sickly sweet scent of corruption.​
In the center of the chamber, a flickering light danced upon the walls, casting long shadows that seemed to writhe and twist in the darkness. It was a scene of macabre beauty, a testament to the depths of Irkalla's darkest depths.​
As Horus rushed towards the cage where Salamander was held captive, his heart soared with hope and anticipation. The familiar sight of his cherished companion ignited a spark of warmth amidst the darkness that surrounded him. "Salamander!" he called out, his voice echoing through the cavernous expanse, filled with longing and relief.​
But just as he was on the cusp of reaching his beloved friend, everything dissolved into darkness. A suffocating void enveloped him, consuming the world around him in a shroud of impenetrable blackness. In that moment, all sense of direction, all semblance of reality, vanished into the abyss.​
A wave of emptiness washed over Horus, its tendrils wrapping around his soul with an icy grip. Despair gnawed at the edges of his consciousness, a relentless tide threatening to pull him into the depths of oblivion. Pain, raw and unyielding, pierced through the numbness that enveloped him, its echoes reverberating through the hollow chambers of his heart.​
In the void, there was no light, no sound, no sensation – only the crushing weight of nothingness, pressing down upon him like a suffocating blanket. It was as if he existed in a state of perpetual twilight, adrift in a sea of darkness with no shore in sight.​
In the suffocating darkness, a figure emerged before Horus, its presence heralded by the piercing glare of stark white eyes that pierced through the void like beacons of chilling light. Its form, a twisted amalgamation of black and purple hues, exuded an aura of malevolence, its features contorted into an unsettling visage that sent shivers down Horus's spine.​
With a voice that echoed through the emptiness like the tolling of a funeral bell, the entity spoke, its words dripping with venomous intent. "Horus," it intoned, each syllable laden with the weight of centuries. "We have seen you before, watched you from the shadows as you danced upon the threads of fate. You are but a pawn in our grand design, a piece to be manipulated and discarded at our whim."​
As the entity spoke, Horus felt the weight of its gaze bearing down upon him, a palpable force that threatened to crush his spirit beneath its unfathomable scrutiny. The revelation struck him like a thunderbolt, casting a pall of disbelief over his senses. He had been lured into this labyrinth of darkness, ensnared in a web of deceit spun by unseen hands.​
"We summoned you here, shinobi," the entity continued, its voice dripping with malice. "For you are the key to our salvation, the catalyst that will usher in a new era of darkness. And now, you shall serve us, willingly or not, as we bend your will to our own."​
As the entity's twisted monologue reached its climax, a chilling realization dawned upon Horus like a dagger through the heart. His body moved against his will, compelled by unseen forces to draw his blade, his every movement a testament to the puppet strings that bound him.​
With a sense of mounting dread, Horus found himself facing Salamander, his cherished companion held captive within the confines of the void. The sight of his faithful friend, imprisoned and vulnerable, ignited a firestorm of conflicting emotions within him – love warring with despair, duty clashing with defiance.​
"Kill the one you care about, become one of us," the entity's words echoed through the void, a sinister refrain that reverberated through Horus's soul. The weight of its command hung heavy in the air, a specter of doom that threatened to shatter the fragile bonds of his resolve.​
As his blade arced through the darkness, poised to strike the final blow, Horus's heart clenched with anguish. In that fleeting moment, he glimpsed the abyss that yawned before him – a future steeped in darkness, where the light of his humanity would be extinguished forever.​
But even as despair threatened to consume him, a flicker of defiance ignited within his soul. With a strength born of love and determination, Horus halted his blade in its deadly descent, the sharp edge hovering mere inches from Salamander's form.​
In that moment of defiance, Horus reclaimed control of his destiny, his spirit unbroken amidst the shadows that sought to ensnare him. In the face of the encroaching darkness, Horus's voice rang out like a clarion call, cutting through the oppressive silence with a fervor born of defiance. "I refuse to be consumed by your darkness," he declared, his words resonating with an otherworldly power that seemed to shake the very foundations of the void.​
As his eyes flared with a blinding intensity, a surge of pure white energy coursed through his veins, engulfing his form in a brilliant inferno of righteous fury. The flames danced and flickered, casting long shadows against the void, a testament to the indomitable spirit that burned within him.​

Description: Based on Hagoromo’s Six Paths Sage Mode, those who have completed and specialized in Yang Release can enter this mode to elevate their prowess, but only in their spiritual or physical capabilities. The lack of the Juubi’s monstrous chakra and natural energy makes it impossible for proper balance of both Yin and Yang natures simultaneously at such a high level. When entering this mode, users first gather their five basic nature chakras and their Yin and Yang natures. They then manipulate the ratio of their Yin to Yang chakra such that one nature almost completely overshadows the other, done almost instantly and effortlessly. The result causes the user to enter one Yang State. Yang State is the state entered by users when they emphasize their Yang chakra over their Yin chakra. In this state the user is endowed with a white and black chakra shroud that the user can alter cosmetically. Their hair and sclera become white, and their hands glow a white energy with fingerless gloves and black magatama along their back. The user gains two main attributes in this state: Tian and Onibi. Tian refers to physical power beyond the scope of earthly mortals. While in Yang State the user’s ability to track and react to movement and actions becomes limitless. The user’s speed increases by 6x their base speed. Likewise, their physical durability reaches its apex, capable of reducing damage from all physical clashes by 80 damage. Note that this physical reduction goes beyond simply physical elements; it applies to anything within the ‘physical’ realm – meaning any physical interaction, be it from Fire Release, Earth, or Lightning are reduced while in Yang State. The opposite, the Spiritual, is not mitigated. Though important to note the user is still suspectable to techniques that apply physically debilitating debuffs, such as paralysis, fatigue, etc. The other trait the user gains, Onibi, activates when the user enters Yang State. The drawback to this technique is that, due to the massive imbalance of Yang chakra, Yin Release and other spiritual techniques are impossible to use whilst in this state.
Note: Use of Yang State requires the user to have completed Yang Release training and stated on their biography that this is their chosen state. Once one has completed Yin-Yang Release training they are able to use these states interchangeably, respecting restrictions.
Note: This technique only last 6 turns and can be used only once per battle.
Note: Once the technique ends the user’s spiritual or physical chakra is drained to the barest minimum for their survival, thus making them incapable of using Yin, Yang, or Yin-Yang Release techniques for 10 turns and incapable of using taijutsu for 5 turns (this includes releasing leg weights and physically augmenting techniques).

With a primal roar echoing through the chamber, Horus tapped into the depths of his fury and unleashed it with unbridled intensity. The air crackled with electric energy as his rage transformed into a torrent of Breakdown Fire, a blazing inferno that surged forth with unstoppable force.​
The flames danced and writhed, casting eerie shadows against the walls of the chamber as they engulfed everything in their path. The darkness recoiled before the searing light of Horus's wrath, consumed by the cleansing fire that raged with unrelenting power.​
As the flames spiraled upwards, they formed a towering pillar of white-hot fury, shooting through the winding stairs to the surface like a beacon of righteous retribution. The very earth trembled beneath the onslaught of Horus's fury, the chamber illuminated by the brilliance of his resolve.​
In the wake of the inferno's cleansing embrace, nothing remained but charred remnants and the lingering scent of purification. Yet amidst the devastation, Salamander remained unscathed.​

Description: This is the basic creation technique of Breakdown Release. The user will combine their Yang with Fire Release to create a Breakdown Release technique. This can be released from the users body, formed out of their chakra in the air or from the ground. If formed out of the air or ground it must be 5m away from an opponent, unless the user himself is within that range. From there the user will create anything he can imagine; ranging from simple waves, pulses, streams, to shapes as intricate as weapons, houses, creatures, etc,. Due to being composed of Yang chakra, it will cost 40 chakra for a B rank then increasing by 10 chakra per rank. When releasing this jutsu the user will chose to apply the Degenerative or Regenerative effects. The Degenerative effects only apply to enemies of the user, while the Regenerative effects only apply to the allies of the user. These effects are outlined as followed:

Degenerative:

B Rank: Prevent the use of F rank jutsu, reducing the target's current speed by 20%
A Rank: Prevent the use of S rank jutsu & above, reducing the target's current speed by 30%
S Rank: Prevent the use of A rank jutsu and above, reducing the target's current speed by 40%
Regenerative:

B Rank: Heal up to 30, x1.5 speed, -10 damage, +10 tai
A-Rank: Heal up to 50, x2 speed, -15 damage, +15 tai
S-Rank: Heal up to 80, x2.5 speed, -30 damage, +20 tai
This technique, being semi sentient, will only harm those who the user perceives as enemies, where the flames will simply pass over their allies. The flames of breakdown will always damage the enemies of the user regardless of which effects are applied.

Note: For B rank and below, the user will use hand gestures to form the jutsu, for A rank the user will need to perform two hand seals, S rank will require three hand seals. A rank can be used once per turn up to 4 times per battle, S rank can be used three times per battle with two turns between uses and no Breakdown jutsu above A rank in the following turn with all effects lasting 3 turns.

With the chamber now cleansed by the searing flames of his rage, Horus approached the cage where Salamander had been imprisoned. His heart swelled with relief as he reached out to release his cherished companion, the bars yielding easily to his touch in the wake of the inferno.​
As Salamander emerged from the cage, his tiny form radiant amidst the lingering embers, he scampered up to Horus's shoulder, his presence a comforting weight against the shinobi's weary frame. Horus felt a rush of warmth flood his soul as he felt Salamander's familiar touch, a silent reassurance in the midst of chaos.​
With a gentle smile, Horus whispered words of gratitude and affection to his faithful friend, his voice a soothing melody amidst the aftermath of destruction.​

Mission Start: Defeat a being of chaos (A)

The turmoil within Horus subsided now that he was reunited with his faithful creation. The torment that haunted him now gone, he could focus on the greater issues that plagued the world. In his venture, he'd blocked out the chaotic war raging throughout Irkalla, though now he found himself in another predicament. Before he could even plan his next move, the darkness shifted. The shadows move erratically, chaotic even as a shimmering form began to emerge.​
Before him, a lumbering yet familiar creature took shape. The faceless being towered above Horus, standing twice at twice his height. Six tentacle like appendages protruding from its torso while it's body as large as a car. At a first glance, the creature seemed like it would be a slow, clumsy oaf. Alas, the prior ventures into the depths of this hell taught Horus to exercise caution at every step.

Taking his blade in his right hand, Horus held out his left hand ready to control the orbs that sat behind him. If not for his ocular prowess, Horus wouldn't stand a chance. In a flash, three of the appendages shot froth with tremendous speed, two aimed at Horus and one aimed at Salamander. With a swift gesture with his left hand, Horus controlled one of the Truth Seeker Orbs to shoot round, shaping into a barrier to protect Salamander from the strike. In the same moment, Horus parried the incoming strikes with a following slash, slicing the end of the three tentacles in one fell swoop.​

Description: A very advanced aspect of Bukijutsu entails parrying enemy attacks and responding immediately with a counter attack, by performing a slashing arc at the right moment the user is able to deflect attacks within reason, working mostly against physical attacks though depending on the weapon used to parry there are exceptions. This ability allows an immediate counter attack following the parry that occurs with a 3x speed increase.
Note: Can only be used thrice per battle.

The beast let out a devastating howl that shook the foundations of the dreary structure as it withdrew its limbs. The foul beast's chaotic form shimmered once more as the void surged forth taking warping the ends of the three wounded appendages. They shifted into blacked blades 1 meter long each. It seemed it wouldn't be easy to strike down the creature.​
Horus needed to protect Salamander at all costs, that was why he was here, but he couldn't use his chakra to protect and strike at the same time. He would have used his Breakdown though due to his last encounter, he couldn't make use of it for some time.

Though the beast was fast, Horus wasn't exactly slow. At this point he was being weight down at his shins. If he could remove the weights, he'd gain the advantage of speed of the creature and be able to remove the beasts head without much issue. The problem was, it wasn't practical to do so in the middle of combat. He needed a distraction. Salamander! He spoke out in his mind to his creation asking for him to defend him. Salamander agreed hesitantly, something was off with him.​
Horus knelt to remove the weights holding him back. The instant he did, all six appendages shot towards him at tremendous speed. What was Salamander waiting for? Why was he hesitating? Horus unlatched one of the weights from his left leg before lunging to the right, narrowly avoiding the strikes. One of the blades grazed his left leg in the process. The strikes devastated where Horus knelt before, shattering stone, kicking up a cloud of dust.​

Description: The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a varying boost to his running speed and to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.

Note: This can be used for either canon Leg Weights technique.
His shoulder hurt, but he hadn't been hit? It was the claws of Salamander. He clutched on in fear. Just what had he been through down here? Horus knew that he couldn't count on his creation at this point. He took advantage of the dust to remove the second weight and jumped back from the smoke. He couldn't sense the beast as it wasn't formed of chakra, he had to rely on his natural senses.​
"Don't worry my friend, I'll protect use and get us out of here. Just hold on tight."

Horus tried to reassure his creation, though he could feel it had little effect due to their connection. His thought process broke as a the strikes began once more. The beast broke through the smoke cloud swing erratically. Horus dipped and weaved, narrowly avoiding each strike. Though their was no pattern to the attacks. They were as a chaotic as the void itself.

As he narrowly avoided the strikes, his head began to feel strange. Something about seeing these strikes made him feel unease. The more he looked on, the more he felt like he was losing a sense of himself. What was going on? He began to doubt himself. Doubting why he was here. Doubting why he'd come to the depths of hell to save a mere pet? Pet?! What was he thinking. Salamander wasn't a pet. Why was he feeling this way? He closed his eyes, shaking his head for a moment as he focused on who he was, what he was doing. With his sword in hand, he swung it now, creating an intense wall of flames to protect him from the incoming assault.​
( Kumo-Ryū Kaengiri ) - Cloud Style: Flame Slash

Description: The user imbues their blade with fire, before slashing in the direction of the desired enemy, resulting in the creation of large arcs of intense flame that follow the trajectory of the previous swing. A skilled user of this technique, is capable of surrounding their immediate area with a circular wall of these flames, incinerating multiple targets even if they approach from numerous angles simultaneously.

He heard the beast cry out as its limbs struck the flames. It seemed fire was effective, though something else changed. With the focus on his fire specialty, Horus found that his thoughts became more grounded. He regained a sense of his normal self. What had gotten into him? He hadn't taken damage. His medical gauntlet showed he hadn't been poisoned, though his mind clearly lost sense of itself. Was it the attacks? Was the erratic nature of the strikes the cause of his loss of sense of self?​
He knew he couldn't drag this fight out. What ever warped his mind was something he couldn't afford to succumb to. Knowing the use of his fire would keep him grounded, it was time to go on the offensive. He shot forwards towards the beast. It was time to end this.​
Attacks were launched from every direction, though now Horus's speed was superior. He easily avoided most of the strikes. Side stepping, jumping over or ducking under, he gained ground approaching the beast. The strikes he couldn't avoid, he deflected with his hands, enhancing them with the power of a dragon. Igniting them with radiant flames, he would strike the appendages unleashing a destructive blast of flames sending them away.

Description: This technique is specialised for thought who have great control over their fire chakra. This is usually used in close combat where the user will release their fire chakra around a part of their body covering them in fire. Due to it being the users chakra and not that strong, it wont hurt the user, which can be quit painful if an opponent is hit by it. When someone/something is hit by these flames created be the user, it will great a burst of flames on impace from the user, to burn the target more and producing some additional concussive force.
Note: can stay active for 2 turns at a time

The flames scorched the beast, forcing it to recoil, withdrawing its limbs. These strikes provided the opponent that Horus needed. He got within a meter of the beast, his blade in both hands. He reached out in his mind to Salamander. "We can leave here, right now, lend me your strength!" He called out in his mind. He swung his sword with both hands in and upwards manor unleashing the full power of his fire through his blade.

It wasn't going to be enough, he could feel it. His flames weren't strong enough. Doubt clouded his mind. He was committed now. He had to try. In that moment his chakra flared up, igniting like the sun as Salander's chakra surged through him. The flames around his blade were a radiating inferno, bursting forwards engulfing the beast's entire lumbering form in a torrent of flames.​

Description:
This is an advanced ability that ninjas with great chakra control can learn to use and that Bijuu possess innately. The user will release his or hers unmolded chakra onto another ninja, effectively transferring it. The technique has many uses, from restoring an allies chakra to releasing him from a Genjutsu or simply to give him more chakra to mold, allowing him to drastically boost the power of a technique. Tsunade could even use this technique, together with her Creation Rebirth technique to, in conjunction with her summon Katsuyu, heal multiple people at the same time during Pain's attack on Konohagakure. If used to power the use of a technique, the recipient of the chakra can boost one technique by adding +20 chakra to it which increases its damage by +40. To do this, the recipient must mold the technique while the user of Chakra Tenso no Jutsu is transferring chakra into him, meaning that both the transfer and the technique must be done at the same time. The transfer can only be done with direct contact between user and target and restores the targets chakra by up to 100 points per turn. The technique can even be used by ninjas with natural energy passively coursing through their chakra flows, as a medical ninja's near perfect chakra control enables them to filter the unwanted and sometimes harmful energy from entering the recipients chakra system.
Note: Only usable by bios with great chakra control (NB Medical Ninjas, Hyuuga bios, Canon Medical Ninjas). Bios seen using it in the manga can also use it.

The beast's cries faded. It's form reduced to nothing as the flames subsided. Panting, Horus thanked Salamander explaining how he couldn't have done it without his help. Catching his breath, Horus began to walk up the stairs to leave this dark place.

Mission Start: Survive in Irkalla (S)

Making his way towards the staircase, Horus was pretty drained. He exuded a lot of chakra while trying to retrieve Salamander, but it was done. He walked carefully, taking his time, looking forwards to see any form of disturbance. Reaching the top of the staircase he looked around, seeking the safest route from this unforgiving hell.​
His movements halted. His stomach felt warm. Fluid flowed down. He couldn't move. Looking down, a dark blade 6 inches wide protruded from his stomach. What? How? The blade of the beast he'd destroyed. How did it...

The blade withdrew from him sending a shooting pain up his spine as he fell to his knees holding the wound. His mind wavered. The pain was like a thousand people screaming in his ears. The ringing wouldn't stop. He tried to move but the shooting pain returned 10 fold. He fell to the floor in a pool of his own blood. He could still feel the warmth of it. How could he not of noticed. He should of made sure he'd completely wiped out the beast. He lay, filled with regret. He could feel the panic in Salamander's mind. He instructed Salamander to run. (Health 10).​
He found the strength to open his eyes as the pain subsided. What was going on? He didn't have the strength to use any jutsu. He pushed himself over onto his back. The movement still sent a shock of pain surging through him, though not as bad as before. He felt the flow of chakra within him once more. A warm flame flowed through him as he felt the touch of his companion. It was Salamander.

He felt the fear in his creation. He felt doubt. But most of all, he felt the determination to help him. Salamander was doing what ever he could to save his master. Horus tried to speak to thank him but his mouth only filled with blood from his wounds. It seemed Salamander couldn't focus to use more chakra. The fear and panic was consuming him. It was understandable. He was only young. He'd been captive for so long. Now his master lay helpless. (Health 40)

The Degenerative effects only apply to enemies of the user, while the Regenerative effects only apply to the allies of the user. These effects are outlined as followed:

Degenerative:
  • B Rank: Prevent the use of F rank jutsu, reducing the target's current speed by 20%
  • A Rank: Prevent the use of S rank jutsu & above, reducing the target's current speed by 30%
  • S Rank: Prevent the use of A rank jutsu and above, reducing the target's current speed by 40%
Regenerative:
  • B Rank: Heal up to 30, x1.5 speed, -10 damage, +10 tai
  • A-Rank: Heal up to 50, x2 speed, -15 damage, +15 tai
  • S-Rank: Heal up to 80, x2.5 speed, -30 damage, +20 tai
This technique, being semi sentient, will only harm those who the user perceives as enemies, where the flames will simply pass over their allies. The flames of breakdown will always damage the enemies of the user regardless of which effects are applied.

Note: For B rank and below, the user will use hand gestures to form the jutsu, for A rank the user will need to perform two hand seals, S rank will require three hand seals. A rank can be used once per turn up to 4 times per battle, S rank can be used three times per battle with two turns between uses and no Breakdown jutsu above A rank in the following turn with all effects lasting 3 turns.

The stair case shook. The rock that formed it began to crumble. Shock after shock broke the very foundations. Bursting forth from the entrance a beast unlike the one before emerged. It's form similar though its size was titanic. Its face horrific. Its torso was a mass of tendrils and appendages with blades protruding from them. It was clearly like the one he'd just fought, but on a whole new level.​
Salamander was solely focused on healing Horus and didn't notice, or maybe he just didn't want to notice. A unholy scream shook the very air they breathed. Just how powerful was this creature? What power did the void hold? Did they really stand a chance against it? Horus mind cast back to the great cataclysm. The whole world changed in an instant. Nations fell. Kingdoms burned. Countless slaughtered. Yet, in the hell that claimed the world, factions rose. People fought. In the darkest hour, they overcame.

The resolution of humanity emanated through Horus as the beast's form unleashed a torrent of attacks. The dark orbs bound to him sprung forth in a impenetrable barrier, forming a shell around Horus and Salamander. The barrage struck it like a volley of bullets. Strike after strike, he could hear and feel it, but the shell remained intact. Horus raised his right hand, placing it on Salamander's head. He smiled as he lifted his body from the pool of his own blood.

"My friend, I'm sorry. I should of shown more care. Without you, I'd be but a memory. Though, we can't stay like this. I need you to hide in my bag my friend. If you do that, I can show this creature my full power."

Salamander tried to object through their mental connection, though something about his master's iron will reassured him. He clambered into his master's bag as instructed and watched what happened next through his master's thoughts.​
Horus had regained some of his strength (40 health) but it wasn't enough. His control over the shell was about to end, though the strikes intensified. He couldn't show weakness now, he had to get out of here. Running seemed to be the best option. He needed to heal first so as to not aggravate his wounds. He knew the best route for this. He gathered his chakra before surging it through himself. This chakra was Yang in nature. It not only reinforced his body, enhancing his reflexes, power and speed, but also began to heal his woulds. He surged the chakra through him as his barrier faded and he sprung backwards. Without the speed increase, he'd of been crushed in an instant by the force of the behemoth that stood before him. The pain in his stomach spiked, though not as bad as before. He slid to a halt a large distance from the beast. He panted. He didn't realise how drained he was until this moment. The wound in his stomach didn't help either. (Health 70)​
(Yoton: Ken'i) - Yang Release: Power of The Sun

Description: The user will reinforce his own body with Yang natured chakra, empowering his physical abilities to the outermost limits. This allows him to become physically very strong (beyond the normal levels of chakra enhanced strength), increases his resistance to physical damage (decreasing 60 damage from any physical contact), his speed (boosted to 3.5x his normal speed), and grants him a passive healing of all minor wounds at 30 damage per turn. However, by infusing himself with the Yang Nature, he becomes unable to use Yin Release techniques or Yin/Yang Release techniques; he cannot use Genjutsu or non elemental Ninjutsu of any kind (including special fields like Fuuinjutsu).
Note: Can only be used twice per battle and lasts 4 turns per use.

The beast raced towards him. He was left with two choices, fight... or run. He didn't have the strength for either, though buying time was his ally. He turned and sprinted with the power of the sun flowing through him. He used his doujutsu prowess to access the path of Asura forming two eyes in the back of his head while running to not be caught out like before. He tried but he couldn't reach his full speed in this current state.
His state was worse than he thought. He began to slow, clearly weakened even with the power of the sun flowing through him. He dodged from side to side and titanic tentacles came crashing down either side of him. Dodging wasn't enough. The strikes shattered the ground the struck sending rock up through the air. Splintered rubble shot up around him like cluster bombs. He constantly lost his footing as he tried to get away. Some striking his body sending a mild pain through his body, though with his body reinforced he could bare the brunt of it.​
His escape was halted with a large strike 2 feet in front of him. The impact sending him backwards through the shock wave alone. He slid to a halt with his escape route cut off. It seems escape from this hell wasn't going to be as easy as running. It seemed the only option now was to fight. Some of his stamina had been returned thanks to the time he'd managed to bide, though he was far from his peak. The constant barrage of rock made it hard to heal constantly. (Health 90)​
Well, it was time to end this creature, and the best way was to embrace to true power of the six paths. Holding out his right arm, compartments opened revealing an assortment of missiles that Horus unleashed up the beast. The volley struck true with devastating force. Flames engulfed the beast as its lumbering form took 3 steps back from the impact.​

( Kaiwan Misairu no Jutsu ) - Flaming Arrow Missiles Technique

Description: Using the Asura Path's abilities, the user is able to create missiles from his body that can be launched at the opponent. The selected body part will open up and revealing "missile bays", from which the missiles will shoot up. These missiles home in to the targets chakra signature and can track multiple targets. The user is able to produce up to 4 missiles that can fill a short range radius will explosions. These missiles must all land within up to mid range from one another.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan bios.
Note: Requires the user to have the (Shuradō) - Asura Path active.

The smoke cleared and it was clear his attack was nothing more than an irritation to the beast. It would seem even an S tier attack wasn't enough to even wound the tremendous power of the void. Instead it seemed to just serve to irritate the great beast. Horus let out a sigh. He would have to use the pinnacle of his power to put an end to this beast. Something he never thought he'd have to do. He needed to create some space between himself and the beast.

As the onslaught renewed, before the strikes could reach Horus, he used the power of the Deva path to control gravity itself. Unleashing its force, he pushed the beast and all its strikes back, knocking it off its feet. For the first time, the beast seemed to be hurt for the first time. It was in this moment, Horus would take the opportunity to put an end to this foul creature once and for all.
( Shinra Tensei ) - Divine Punishment

Description: Using the Deva Paths abilities to manipulate gravitational forces, the user will repulse and push away anything around him up to a given range, in all directions, producing an omni-repulsion effect. The force and repulsive effect is absolute, affecting both energy and matter alike. The technique itself can be used with different ranges/sizes, depending on how much chakra the user spends for the technique and can even, in its smaller form, be sustained, forming a static defensive field instead of a wave-like effect.
Shōkibo - Small Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to short range. The offensive power in this size is not that high as it hits opponents but can still do severe damage. It isn't, however, fatal, boasting a physical 40 damage. If the user focuses this ability with the help of his hands he can sustain a defensive absolute repulsive field around him. He can't, however, do any technique while he is sustaining it and he can only sustain it for 2 turns. Once used, takes one turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again, becoming when the technique ends.

Chūkibo - Medium Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to mid range. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.

Ōkibo - Large Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to long range. The offensive power of the technique is devastating and anything in its path that doesn't manage to defend properly is left obliterated. Its fatal if unguarded, boasting a physical damage of 160. Using this techniques poses a great deal of danger to the user as he damages his chakra pathway itself to be able to mold sufficient chakra to perform it. Once used, the user loses the use of any gravitational related techniques for the remainder of the fight and is unable to mold chakra for Rinnegan techniques and S ranks and above for 5 turns.
Note: The technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be physically blocked, absorbed or dodged by becoming intangible or similar means. However, the enemies can still use techniques that reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped, avoided or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if they are able to reduce the damage done enough.

Taking one of the orbs from behind him in hand, he formed a large sword. As he formed it, he swung the great blade with the full might he held. Even with his strength weakened, the blade more than compensated for his lack of stamina. The blade didn't need to make contact, the force emitted had the power to reshape the planet itself. It had the power to cleave mountains, to part the seas and put an end to beings of the void.

With one swing, the beast was wiped from the face of the underworld. Not a single trace remained of the beast. He waited for a few minutes before dropping to a knee. He released his state and allowed the sword to return to its orb form. He was out of breath though alive. He could feel the mind of Salamander now at ease.

Having caught his breath, he turned and made his way from the fields of suffering. He felt something in his pocket...a crystal....

( Shinken: Nunoboko no Ken ) - Divine Sword: Sword of Nunoboko

Description: Sword of Nunoboko is a large, double-helix shaped sword, formed from the Truth-Seeking Ball and was originally wielded by Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki. According to Obito Uchiha, the sword is a holy relic which Hagoromo had used to shape the world, and the blade was powerful enough to just as easily destroy it by his own hands. Retaining all of the properties of the Truth-Seeking Balls, the user is able to clear mountains and even break through S ranked defenses with ease. The Sword of Nunoboko carries the same properties as the normal Truth-Seeking Balls, however they are capable or causing additional damage when swung by Hagoromo, having 20 additional damage added to it.
Note: Can only be used by Obito Uchiha and Hagoromo Otsutsuki bios.
