Hashirama: the only shinobi capable of standing this guy has always been Madara but alive madara and Rikoudou takes him.
Tobirama: people still underrate him, but I dont, He wasn't the second hokage during a warring era for nothing, he has skill, created lots of jutsu and has intel on almost every jutsu. If I were to judge, he hasnt even displayed one-third of his true power, unlike most others, he hasn't any opportunity to display his jutsus, even the ones he's displayed are quite tough, kibakufuda, edo tensei, hiraishin, high kage suiton level, analysis and intel that surpasses any kage we've seen so far (to be honest), an so much we haven't seen.
Hiruzen: say all you want, but been able to manipulate 5 element simultaneously without the use of the sharingan is quite a feat......all other feats come after this, Minato's hiraishin poses a great threat though.
Itachi: as a former akatsuki and anbu he probably has all the intel one can get of Minato, minato died before itachi even became a genin, so no intel for him. Aside this Itachi's analysis is way high, according to kabuto, he uses people's emotions against them in battle, your aim of fighting him will put you in your place when it comes to fighting Itachi, I dont have all time explaining, just hope you understand.
Jiraiya: Minato and Naruto may have senjutsu, but J-man's use of senjutsu is way above them, he has skill, intel, experience and all advantages he could ever get, Hiraishin poses a threat but being Minato's teacher, he should know how to survive that.
Orochimaru: this guy hasn't shown how good he is with his hands back and hashi's cells or even if he now has dsm... I think he still holds Minato down, adding edo tensei would be just too much.
Minato beats Sasuke mainly due to lack of intel, Naruto and every other person I can think of maybe excluding Obito, I mean Minato (a kage) fought obito when he was like 15?, now he's no longer the obito we know, the last page of this manga he was holding the sage's staff, and looks like he's about to rape maddy, I think he takes Minato.
Having said this I really think Minato is a genius no special bloodline or whatever shit just harnessing power and mastering all he can grasp, without KKG I would see him as the top 3 strongest shinobi.
