if saga of sixth path is jinchuriki then what is that thing call as statue? its vessel so why did saga need it ? and why it is sealed in moon?

kaguya eat fruit
gain chakra
kaguya + tree= ten tail
two son fight sealed it in saga (so where that statue fit?)
saga split them in each tail before dying
humans are used by villages to seal then called as jinchuriki
naruto is one of them
akatsuki captures each tail in that statue
statue turn in ten tail
