So we all saw what transpired in this new chapter!
We finally saw the 4 Kages making a strong debut, after all of them were away for so long! I am starting to believe that Sasuke will have a strong shift in his path once this conversation is over. We realize that the Uchiha's hatred is sort of unique. Love is a strong component that can create a terrible hatred within an Uchiha! We all now know why people like Madara Uchiha, Obito Uchiha, and Sasuke Uchiha have been so reluctant to change for better or for worse.
I believe that all the haters should lessen their hatred towards Sasuke this chapter was pretty much dead on. A good example of why the Uchiha have a strong lust for revenge. The moment that Sasuke and Madara lost their brothers was the moment they lost all good in them! The same can be said about Obito although his hatred is only pale and unreasonable! It was interesting to see the Second Hokage being the bread winner in this conversation, never expected him to have such a role!
The war arc doesn't have long ways before reaching it's climax! We all know the ten-tails is the top priority to defeat, but Sasuke on the other hand didn't have any matches aside from Kabuto, and let's be honest that wasn't really a good battle for him. He barely had the chance to test his powers such as in the "Kage Summit Arc." I believe that Kishimoto should make a Sasuke vs Tobimara battle, while the rest of the Kage head for the battlefield.
Let's be honest it seems that Tobimara didn't even feel comfortable at all seeing Sasuke. I think he cared more about the citizens of Konoha, but because of his fear of another Madara running loose on the vilage -- that in return made him give the Uchiha maltreatment. He used different methods to deal with the Uchiha, but perhaps he used the wrong ones! Even Orochimaru was placing blame on Tobimara for the conceited ways of the Uchiha! I also don't believe Tobimara because i have this awry feeling that he is hiding more information. When i look at Tobimara, he sort of resembles Danzo's manipulative ways in deceiving others.
Now, "Sasuke-Tobimara" feud should definitely happen:
1. I believe Tobimara carries hatred towards the Uchiha, so why not tried to get rid of a menace which is Sasuke.
2. I also don't trust Tobimara because he seems sort of pressured to answer the questions given to him.
3. I see Tobimara having a guilty conscience.
4. Tobimara mentioned that he wanted to channel the Uchiha's power into something that could benefit the village, and if they destroyed themselves that cannot be helped. Well, Tobimara made the system so if he did care why not stop it? Exactly, Tobimara seems suspicious, unlike Hashirama. I believe that Tobimara became so terrified that he wanted to prevent the Uchiha's power from reaching an epitome near Madara Uchiha's league-- that he abandoned or never payed mind to have any consent with the Uchiha.

#PAGE 10: Hiruzen reveals the truth that Sasuke was desperately wanting to reach a conclusion. You see Tobimara rapidly getting himself involved in the arguement between the 3rd and Sasuke.
#PAGE 11: Orochimaru accuses the 2nd Hokage for the conceited behaviors of the Uchiha clansmen. Tobimara himself gave them the police force, because he was afraid of another possible entity so powerful like Madara to emerge withing the clan.
#PAGE 12: Here you see Sasuke not taking a liking to Tobimara's words about his clan. Tobimara of course doesn't care about Sasuke's feelings, but he seems to forget that Sasuke holds his clan on a pedestal which can trigger a disagreement later on.
#PAGE 17: Tobimare sure became interested upon seeing Sasuke's sharingan which would prompt him to have a fight against the latter.
I believe there's a possibility that Tobimara might face Sasuke 1-on-1 given the facts that he might see Madara in Sasuke! If Orochimaru doesn't cancel the Edo. I can definitely see a fight between these two, thoughts?
