I'll admit that I exaggerated that alot lol, and ya I do. Just superior combat skills ain't helping her. She can grapple with him all she wants, but in the end she can't do jack to him because she doesn't have the physical strength like eren to overpower him or actually damage him whereas the armored titan has both physical strength and durability. Plus, the armored titan can hold his own in terms of combat skills.
Annie has vastly superior combat skills... She's better than Eren. Meaning basically Reiner is screwed assuming Annie pulls off using grappling techniques and has the strength to keep Reiner down (the Nico Robin effect in which a lock position is overcome through physical strength... -_-); however, there isn't anything she can do from there. Annie may have the crystallization power; however, it's unknown how it handles the Armored Titan.
Considering the armored Titan is KNOWN for its defense... I'd say it isn't pierced by that.
Meaning if anything it is a draw... Or Reiner overpowers, out endures Annie with time.
Just to state my thoughts to the general public...
Based on moves and abilities it is a draw, or the Armored Titan at high difficulty.
The Armored Titan can deplate the back of his knees to increase his speed. He had enough speed to take Eren without the latter being able to do virtually anything other than to wrap his arms/legs around him.
Ultimately leading to a power struggle which the armored Titan would have won had Mikasa not cut out the back of his knees (taking a large portion of his strength away as he no longer had power coming from his legs: his vertical advantage).
Not to mention the start of the fight was purely one sided with Reiner going for the Capture.

Female titan def beats the armored titan. He only shows up two times and does nothing both times. The first time he rams through a wall, the second time he gets beat by EREN. Eren barely knows anything about being a titan and still manages to beat the armored titan until the collosal falls on them. Annie has better fighting skills than eren and knows how to control/be a titan better
