Cloud was travelling through the lands as he passed by a lake. As he looked down, he noticed a great many fish swimming through the lake and his stomach rumbled in response to the potential meat. As the man walked next to the lake, he noticed a dirty reflection in the water and cleaned his face. Reflecting back on his experiences as he looked in the mirrored image. Afterwards, he searched for some materials to manufacture a makeshift fishing pole. Cloud sat down on top of a large rock and placed his three swords to his right as he sat down. He sat for a while waiting for a bite but to no avail.
Eventually he used the cloak hiding his body to cover his eyes and eventually just placed the fishing pole in between his legs and laid back to sleep. At this point, he would have been the easiest target for any wandering murder or target but Cloud couldn't be bothered with those concerns at this point. He didn't expect anybody to kill a man fishing. Eventually, he felt a tug at his fishing pole and responded quickly by getting up causing the cloak to fall over to his left and he looked down to the end of his fishing pole. At the end however wasn't a fishing pole but a large box. As he fished it up, a group of three or four genin ran down the river to recover the box. Cloud had no real interest in the box as he was unable to smell any kind of food within it.
Soon after this, another shinobi traveled towards him wearing a blue overcoat and an odd assortment to attribute to her cat-like appearance. Cloud noticed the odd dress-up she had on and couldn't help but chuckle as she walked up and she noticed this. Cloud turned to notice her apparent frustration with him. As she inquired about the box that Cloud had found, Cloud couldn't help but tease her and enjoy slowing down her mission. It was all apparent that Cloud knew where the box had gone and what had happened about it but it was apparent that he wouldn't tell her so quickly. She had been to fun for Cloud to let up now.
As she began approaching Cloud, Cloud set down the fishing pole and found two small pebbles near the rock. As he picked them up, he masked the second pebble by holding it within the crevice formed between the joints of his ring finger and fifth finger. He flicked the first rock at the dressed up lady and immediately followed up with the second just behind it at the same angle. At that moment, he gathered his blades and moved to the right in order to form an angle with the lake behind the woman and him facing the lake. In order to also move quickly to the side, Cloud began collecting wind behind him to move incredibly quickly while also blowing back small objects in the wake of his movement. He used this to move to the side and then quickly using his chakra, he moved towards the woman to close the gap incredibly quickly. As he approached her, he controlled the muscles in his body and released the tension that would block the movement of Iaido while making the motion completely natural as though the air technique and the Iaido technique were completely in sync. There was no pause within their motion and as Cloud approached the woman, he released an Iaido slash that would have taken very little time at all and most shinobi would only be able to respond with one or two hand seals if they responded late enough.

Description: The user begins running at his opponent at extremely high speeds, (If closing a small distance, to gain the required speed, the user must use chakra in order to gain the speed and momentum.) with his arms behind him extended, collecting wind. He gains more and more momentum, and, upon reaching the opponent, he extends his palm, dragging the wind with his palm, and slams his palm into the opponent. The extreme momentum plus the wind gathered with his hand does massive amounts of damage to the opponent. The wind pushes the opponent across the battlefield, while releasing into the air behind him, blowing anything behind him back. (Note: This does not apply to humans. However, grass, swords and other ninja tools will be blown back.)

(Iaijutsu: Zen no Idō) - Art of Drawing The Sword: Moving Zen

Description: This type of Iaijutsu has been passed down from generations of samurai and has become an advanced skill known to few samurai in the Land of Iron. After practicing Iaijutsu for extensively long periods of times and building muscle memory of the Iaido motions, the user calms their muscles down with chakra and releases the muscles in their body to a more natural state. The reason they do this is to add a more natural movement to their attacks due to being tensed in a battle. This allows for the forms of Iai they use to become quicker and stronger due to the tension being withdrawn. The ability to relax their muscles and speed up their movements was named after a state of enlightenment and was called the "Moving Zen" because it enlightened the body into a faster speed. While using this jutsu, the speed of the user is vastly increased but will only affect the samurai's Iai techniques. This is because of the muscles being relaxed from being tensed and allows them to perform trained Iaido motions faster.
Restrictions:
-This jutsu can only be used once in a battle.
-This jutsu is only usable by Samurai.
-This jutsu requires a quick moment to enter.
-This jutsu only lasts 3 turns, anymore and the Samurai's body will be damaged.
(Iaidō) - Art of Quick Draw and re-sheathing the sword

Description: Iaidō is a form of kenjutsu where the user quick draws the blade extremely fast to strike, then re-sheathing it. This method prevents enemies from using hand seals, thus preventing them from using Ninjutsu making it highly effective against enemy ninja. General Mifune of the Land of Iron is a master of this style, making him highly effective against even ninja of caliber of Sasuke Uchiha and Hanzō the Salamander. (The speed of the technique is equivilant to that of the rank of the user)

From his sarcastic manner and innuendos it was clear that he knew exactly where the box had gone that the King desired but he would not let on which way it had went. Even when Pitou used her most underhanded tricks of speech or the thickest of flattery.

Hissing Pitou drew the Blade of Famine from her hip and sliced the pebble in half, both sides passing her. As she drew the Blade she activated her sharingan, preparing herself for battle with the infuriating man who was wasting her time.
With her increased visual prowess Pitou easily sees the second pebble approaching her and deflects it away harmlessly. Her eyes then snap to the man and she is shocked at the speed at which he is moving towards her, turning her body towards him she realises she won't be able to react in time. Her eyes opening in feigned shock as she simultaneously focuses large amounts of earth chakra throughout her body, lightening it massively and allowing her to move at speeds that would have eluded her otherwise. This would go unnoticed by you however as Pitou would be careful to not move too fast as she brings her blade up seemingly to defend herself, though this would appear much too slow to you.
Pitou using her dojustu tracks your speed and easily notices you beginning to draw your sword for a strike at her. Using her enhanced speed she waits until the last possible moment and then turns her body 90 degrees, dodging your strike(Im assuming its a vertical slash you didn't specify.) leaving you surprised and open to a counter attack as you move forward slightly, sinking your blade into what is now open air. Pitou wastes no time and slashes with her blade in an attempt to slice your neck wide open, a mortal wound. (right hand, right to left.)
Blade of Famine | Toushin Kyoukou

Description:
The blade of famine was found buried hilt deep in what appeared to be a tree made of stone by a young shinobi. This dagger is made of a strange metal and appeared unbreakable, it is roughly 11 inches long with a 4 inch hilt and a 7 inch blade. The back of the blade is serrated and built onto the hilt is a loop made so ninja wire can be tied to it, the blade being just big enough to use techniques usually used by swords. The blade appeared normal but when it is held it siphons of a small constant stream of chakra.
Perplexed by this the shinobi set out to research the blade and to see if he could find out its origins. After much searching in old dusty tomes he came across a legend of the blade of famine, a blade that consumed what it pierced and turned it to stone. The legend went on to say that the blade was forged by a unique material that was created when a meteorite struck the earth and upon impact, the intense amount of heat and pressure petrified the minerals underneath, thus giving the blade its properties.
Abilities:
~The only ability of this blade is that when it cuts or stabs a person other than its user, it will petrify the area around the wound. Below the ability is described and defined:
[-When the blade cuts a person a small area around the wound becomes petrified. The amount petrified is directly proportional to the size of the wound, the bigger the wound the more that is petrified. When cut the petrification occurs internally as well although it is shallow.
-When a person is stabbed with the blade, the petrification occurs deeper internally then when cut. When an internal organ is pierced, due to the organs usually small size almost all of it would be petrified.
-When a person is cut/stabbed by the blade the pertrification affects the veins and muscles etc in the area but it does not seal them, meaning they would continue to bleed even though the area is essestianly rock. Due to this fact the wound cannot be healed using normal means since the area is rock and cannot be brought together.]
~The blade is unbreakable
Resctrictions:
~When the user is holding the dagger it needs a constant flow of chakra and so it requires +5 chakra per turn to wield
~Due to the size of the hilt, the user cannot performs hand seals while holding the blade
~Can only be used by xHoudinii unless given permission, if one tries to use the blade without permission the blade will steal all of their chakra almost instantly

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.
(Doton: Chōkeijūgan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Earth Release: Ultra Light-Weight Rock Technique

Description: A more advanced version of the Earth Release: Light-Weight Rock Technique, in which the user drastically decreases the weight of any object in direct physical contact, but to a much greater extent than that of the original ability. The technique can decrease the weight of the target to virtually zero but the bigger the target, the more time is needed.
Note: The weight change lasts 2 turns or until countered.

As Cloud approached the woman using Fugetsu, he noticed that her body was slightly more blown back than it should have been. This hadn't hindered her movements noticeably but what was noticeable was the difference in sheer weight of her body as compared to before. As he approaches, knowing he hadn't time to step back or to dodge to the side, Cloud did something very unexpected in order to avoid a counterattack from the woman and escape from that dangerous distance at that moment. A moment before reaching her, Cloud using his relaxed muscles and motions to move into another stance where he falls to the ground and releasing the tension built by relaxing his muscles in an position, relaxed for Iaijutsu but tensed for other techniques, and uses this tension on his back foot to launch under the blade and move behind her a great distance. Due to the nature of this technique and the speed that it produces, the woman wouldn't have been able to track his movements after being launched from the tension in his foot even with her trained eyes. As he launches forward, he throws the sword he had in his hand back behind him in order to attempt to hit her, aiming for her swinging arm as to disarm her, literally.
(Ikazuchi Kata: Shidensen) - Form of Thunder and Lightning God: Purple Lightning Flash

Description: The form of thunder and lightning God is a style of the Ogame school which focuses on raw speed to attack the target. In this technique the swordsman will stand sideways and crouch down with their right shoulder tilted down. They will hold their sword with both hands vertically in front of the back shoulder and behind the head. They will then release their strength and throw their body towards the ground, appearing to fall. The hard fall will create speed which is then shot forward by using all of their strength to push off their back foot to create acceleration. This sudden burst of speed catches the opponent off guard as they're not expecting a lazy fall to turn into an extremely fast movement. The swordsman then finishes with and upward slash across the target's torso. If the swordsman is capable, they can add a lightning aspect to this attack by imbuing their blade with lightning, increasing its cutting ability slightly.
~Can only be used by a person trained in the Ogame school of kenjutsu.
~Can only be used thrice per battle.
~Can only be tracked by two tomoe sharingan and above.

The link there is broken because it's a very old CJ. But her it is again. Envision it with the leap upwards occurring at a position after passing under the blade and instead of swinging with the upward swing, he throws it back using the same thrusting motion.
