I'm going full egotist here and say i don't want him to die at all. No matter how boss the death may be, it'll still mean he's dead. As my second favourite character, i want him to succeed where Itachi failed, one way or another. While it's better for him to die than become a fanboy (which he won't), i prefer seeing him alive. I think it'll make the Uchiha clan's closure better - they live on, rather than the last member dying, when the two other ones bit the dust minutes ago...

Sasuke is not going to win, or establish a 'revolution'
Sasuke fanboys need to seriously think about it and face reality, this manga/anime is called naruto and is a shounen manga, which dictates it will work out in Naruto's favor. Whether sasuke dies or not is to be seen, but for now that is obviously the best assumption. I doubt there will be any TnJ, after the previous chapter at the end naruto seemed to have had enough of the Uchiha's doomed fates. And sasuke isnt one to be TnJ by the likes of naruto. We should all put our fanboy/girl differences aside and enjoy this manga/anime while it last, because as Kishi said its coming to an end.

I don't want him to end up dead. This fight will probably serve to strengthen the friendship between Naruto and Sasuke. It seems unlikely for Sasuke to become Naruto's fanboy. Lol He might learn to respect him when he understands his reasons for wanting to take a different approach on things.

If he dies like boss, i wouldn't mind, but i doubt Kishi would kill Sasuke off, since the cycle of hatred would continue on forever, and he wouldn't kill off the most badass bloodline in the series.....

And i also doubt he would let Sasuke become another Obito or Nagato or even worse...... Gaara, Sasuke is one of a kind character and i don't think Kishi will give him a recycled plot, he will use another approach, death is unlikely and TnJ won't work.

But i would vote a awesome death 100 times then see him become another Gaara

I wouldn't mind him dieing if it's written well enough. Kishi is forcing cooperation Naruto and Sasuke so I expect that will happen in the future. However I don't think Sasuke will ever be a fanboy of Naruto by any means. He might respect his power and cooperate with him but he'll never be as pathetic Obito, Gaara was.

This, Sasuke may see sense but he won't be all buddy buddy with naruto can assure you that much.

I wanna start by saying that as much as I would love to see Sasuke win, this is a shounen manga. Therefore as the main character, Naruto will either win this fight or it will end in a draw. But if Sasuke does live their is a VERY high possibility that he will get talk-no-jutsu'd. Do we really want to see Sasuke become a Naruto fanboy like Nagato and Obito, or even worse a Naruto dickrider like Gaara...it's like Naruto's **** is the nourishment Gaara uses to recover chakra and sustain life..

But anyways the point is I'd rather see Sasuke die (sort of like the way Madara did) than get TnJ and become Naruto's #1 fan. Though I think it would be epic if Sasuke won and started a revolution leading to the REAL final war between the Sasuke led Revolutionary Amry and Naruto led peacekeeping tree hugging hippie pussies. I wouldn't mind the manga going on another year if Kishi does it and writes it well.
