There are obviously many terms to describe ones character because a person cannot just be one thing, and for Felicity some of those words are: bright, hardworking, ambitious those traits are proven whenever she decides to learn something, she will give it her best and keep giving her all for the work she will be proud of. Though, despite the traits mentioned she experiences levels of insecurities when it comes to thinking about her position in life, such as often wondering about whether or not she entered the right profession, to give it up or not. Some people may think she is materialistic, but she just cares about leaving something wholesome for either herself or would be family for the future, since she never got it herself.
Felicity is the type of person that does not seek trouble, she knows her limits but if something is at stake, she’s not the type that would abandon. She knows what’s important to her, and what her priorities are. She is patient and indulgent, due to her dilemma evasive personality, that being said, Felicity’s most prominent attributes are her capacity for compassion, kindness and trust. She’s the type of person that would give somebody the benefit of the doubt even when her rationality is flashing warning signs inside her head.
Conversely, Felicity does not seem like all the things mentioned above because of her jocular, socially awkward way of speaking. Prone to digressing or getting side-tracked in most situations, it is as if words just flow out of her mouth nonstop , leading to incessant babbling or lack of censorship regarding some topics. However, despite her tendency to ramble on, Felicity is not afraid to voice out her own opinions and sticks by them, unless of course, disproved which she will accept (considering she has actually been disproved, with proof). Due to this image, people often underestimate her but it often ends up with her surprising them, a little.

Pale, blonde hair and black rimmed glasses are the two features that people first notice when they see Felicity. Then they begin to notice that behind those spectacles are a pair of doe-y pearlescent blues, her lips that form a natural smile painted with a light shade of magenta and that her hair is tied neatly into a pony tail that hangs loosely on her shoulders. In terms of stature, Felicity is neither lacking nor abundant on height, standing firmly at what some people call average. She is however on the petite side, resulting to an image of fragility, which she most definitely is not. When it comes to clothing, Felicity is often seen wearing very feminine outfits, namely dresses and skirts in various colours rarely wearing jeans or any lengthy outfits that goes below the knees as she regards them as comfortable. BACKGROUND INFO
HISTORY:
Born to a quaint mother, Donna Smoak and an unnamed father. Felicity’s childhood was short from being normal. She often looked after herself, since her mother was just a waitress at a restaurant that did not even pay that well while her father worked as a shinobi, Felicity did not know where her father worked since she was very young at the time, she just knew that she was happy whenever he came home. When her father left, it is unknown whether he left them or died in battle (if that was the case, they were never told), they moved away into the rural parts, and the young girl’s mother took on more jobs than she could handle meaning Felicity was almost always on her own, and when her mother came back from work, she wasn’t the most pleasant human being to encounter.
At the age of 12 after moving back to Konoha and entering the academy, Felicity decided to devote herself to studying, with her head deep in books after finding out that Kage Bunshin no Jutsu was actually supposed to create a clone of her instead of just a puff of smoke. Most of the time she would be at the library, reading. She thought that the best option in life, both beneficial and safe was to work a desk job.
Throughout the years in the ninja academy, she barely scraped a pass on the practical exams and aced the written. When graduation came, Felicity was certain that she would work at the academy for the Hokage as a clerk of some sort. She enjoyed the safety for a year or two until one day, when she was sorting out files, she felt tired, lacklustre. Therefore much to her mother’s discouraging words “You’ll end up like your father!” “If you’ve grown tired of what you’re doing, come work with me at the restaurant. They always need a hand”, Felicity decided to pick up where she left off. She knew she wasn’t the best ninja, but she’ll work through it.
