Feitan is muscular, lean, and of small stature. He has black, mid-length hair and gray eyes. He wears dark clothes, and a bandana sporting the trademark skull crest over his mouth. He wears purple gloves with openings at his palm, so he can use his dark marks on his palms. The glove's are perfectly cut respecting the form of the dark mark's frames, so it is in contact with the dark marks, making it look like the dark marks are part of the gloves. Feitan is mostly seen with a straight and gloomy face, and him genuinely smiling is a rare occurrence
Personality:
Feitan is extremely cold natured, however, he is loyal to those he can trust. From his appearance, you can tell that he is a cruel person, but he surprisingly can display a sort of humorous side. He can be intelligent, a quick thinker, mature and doesn't let himself be fooled that easily, in other words, Feitan slightly shows any trust, except few people he trusts. Feitan also likes to banter when he feels like it. In the battlefield, Feitan doesn't let his emotions rule him. He always remains calm and keeps his straight posture in any situation, be it near death too. He also acknowledges his opponents, if they have impressed him. Lately, Feitan's awareness regarding the world has risen. Ever since he was appointed as a Medical Ninja, he realized a lot of things wrong being with this shinobi system. Feitan fears that someday his power will consume him but even so, he doesn't hesitate to put the fullest to a battle.

Village of Birth: Feitan was born in the outskirts of the Mist Village. His Country of Birth is The Land of Water. The Land of Water (水の国, Mizu no Kuni) is composed of many islands, with each having its own unique traditions. The country's weather is typically cool and the islands are usually covered by mist. The islands themselves also feature many lakes. In some places, like the area where Haku grew up, it is very cold and snows quite a bit. The nation is oriented towards the element of water. Its government leader is the Water Daimyō.
Village of Alliance: Feitan since at a young age ditched the Land of Water and became a trusting member of Iwagakure and so this became his village of alliance. Iwagakure (岩隠れの里, Iwagakure no Sato; meaning "Village Hidden by Rocks") is the hidden village of the Land of Earth. Iwagakure has a Kage as its leader known as the Tsuchikage, the current being Gin-San. The standard attire for shinobi from this village consists of red outfit — which can either have one, or both sleeves — a lapel which is usually found on the side without a sleeve and a brown flak jacket — which also may have a pouch attached to it. They also tend to wear mesh armour around their ankles. Iwagakure ninja seem to specialize in Earth Release techniques. The mountain ranges that surround the village provide a natural stronghold. Background Info
History:
Peace in Iwagakure did not last for very long. A new threat rose called Kurogakure with Berserker as its leader, a sworn enemy of Feitan. The Dark user couldn't just forget the deeds he did in Konohagakure against him. Feitan was caught off-guard regarding the invasion, as he was getting prepared to be blessed with the Curse Mark of Heaven (get it?) ability. Although late, he made it to his comrades in the middle of the war and assisted them against Berserker's crooks. After a fierce battle, Berserker managed to grab a laboured win against Iwagakure
Even though the Rock lost the war, Feitan obviously does not give up and bring shame to its name. He still walks with his head up. The mental state of the Dark user however, has decreased a little bit. He stresses about the world and the system they live in. Regardless, this is affecting little to his overall performance on battles. Currently, Feitan is on his own traveling the Ninja World while still having relations to Iwagakure.
Not too long passed since Feitan finally made a move in the Ninja World. In order to obtain Fuuinjutsu, he was given a mission by the higher-ups in order to battle against two people using only Dark Release. Of course, it was an easy task for the Meiton master. He traveled to Sunagakure on a whim only to encounter a relatively weak Suna ninja who could use puppets. The battle was short lived and Feitan had an effortless win. The battle took place in Sunagakure's borders and no one showed up to get revenge on their fallen comrade. The dark user then went to Land of Fang, an usual place he meets up with his teammate Velvet. After a talk, he challenged Velvet to a Dark-only battle, which was a draw. Though, this fulfilled the mission he was given and Feitan obtained Fuuinjutsu.
Sunagakure's Destruction
A few days passed and Feitan met Velvet in the Iwagakure's Tavern in order to discuss future plans. She suggested that they pay Sunagakure a visit. Although hesitant at first since he had been there shortly before, Feitan did not refuse the fun. The Dark duo set off towards the Sand village, their intention was only destruction. It didn't pass much since they arrived, but no one was showing up. It took them to go through the inner landmarks of the village for someone to finally appear. Soma no Ko clan member, Tsubaki and Black Star. Feitan engaged them in a battle and the fight did not last more than five seconds before the Soma no Ko siblings got engulfed by Feitan's signature Dark technique. Advancing to the next landmarks, they stumbled upon a Kumo member which was the former Kazekage Asch. Fei stepped back in order to let Velvet deal with him, and the battle between them was as long as Feitan's. The former Kazekage succumbed to his own death by the might of Velvet's Meiton powers. After the two quick demises, and the fact that the Sand Village was very unresponsive, the Dark duo saw no point in countining this any further and decided to head back to Iwagakure.
A visit to Kumogakure
Morgana, the first officer of Iwagakure at that time, had a mission for Feitan and Velvet. She told them to go to Kumogakure to see their state and discuss a few things on the Heaven's and Earth's alliance. Accepting this job, Feitan set off towards the Cloud. Once they arrived in the borders, they were met by a Kumo ninja, who Feitan did not wait long enough to murder. Just like Sunagakure, this village was unresponsive either. They kept on traveling until they reached the Raikage's mansion. There, they witnessed a battle taking place between two Kirigakure members. One of them Feitan knew, it was Raven, a former Iwagakure ninja. After she defeated the other ninja, Feitan invited her to join Iwagakure again and she agreed. The three of them traveled back to Iwagakure's Harbour. Raven expressed her desire to go to Konoha in order to take care of a particular task, and Feitan along with Velvet decided to tag along, playing the role of comrades to Raven. As soon as they arrived in the Land of Fire, the Dark duo dealt with an assault against the Kiri-ninja, engaging her in a battle. Although she held her own, she was ultimately defeated in the hands of the Dark users.

Shortly after arriving to Iwagakure, Feitan went to the Tsuchikage mansion to report in the details of the Kumo mission. Stopping whistling and getting back to his gloomy self, Feitan stood in front of the Tsuchikage mansion as he put his umbrella away. He hoped Minato would be there for him to turn him the details of the mission he did with Velvet. The door which lead to the main hall of the building opened in a loud crack, as Feitan winced in response. The conditioned air immediately filled his lungs as he exhaled in relief. Still though, he definitely did not like how things seemed very dead and plain wrong in here too. He tried to tell himself a joke in order to make the situation feel better. He aided his steps towards the stairs, which were directly linked to the upper floors, the place where Minato's office was located. However, something that Feitan would disapprove greatly would happen in these moments.
As Feitan neared the stairs, a pair of Iwagakure shinobis popped up from the corridors and blocked the entrance. Slighlty shocked at their behaviour, Feitan inevitably stopped, with an intimidating look in his eyes. He gazed the two shinobis restlessly. As he tried to push forward, the guards raised their arms up and made contact with Feitan, effectively stopping his progression. Quite insulted from this, Feitan raged. His shoutings echoed through the empty hall as he conveyed this with furious movements of his neck. While this kind of addressing would scare off almost anyone, especially if said by Feitan himself, the two guards did not fret. In fact, now that Feitan was looking closer at them, they truly felt like they were possessed or something. They had been staring at nothingness and felt like their mind was somewhere else, yet their unwavering will to not let Feitan to go upstairs was definitely irritating. At around this time, Feitan understood that they were brainwashed by Morgana. Apparently, she had been overstaying her welcome and be a corrupt leader.
Going outside, Feitan gave off a great amount of Dark chakra to signify his killing intent. This made Morgana to show up, as the two engaged into a long exchange of heated arguments. Their views on the village differed greatly, and it seemed like battle was the only option. Morgana assaulted first, and Feitan followed up. The battle between Feitan and Morgana lasted considerably long. At the end, Feitan managed to gravely injure Morgana and force her to apparate out of Iwagakure, taking the Four-Tails along with her. Having driven her away, Feitan met up with Minato, and was made the next Iwagakure's First Officer.

Being a master of Dark Release, Feitan is able to perform all Dark techniques with just one handseal. Over the course of his Dark and Fuuin mastery, he also learned how to incorporate the two into one ability. Because of this, Feitan has a great number of Dark and Fuuin seals on his body. Due to the Mark of the Outsider technique, all Feitan's clothing and weapons are imprinted with Dark marks around them. He has dark marks applied to the soles of both of his shoes, one located in the center of his bandana which covers his mouth, one at each forearm part of his coat, and one at the center of his coat's back. All of Feitan's weapons have dual or more marks in them (for example, every weapon such as kunais are imprinted with marks on each side).
Feitan is equipped with all essential ninja weapons, including a katana, shurikens, kunais, senbons, explosive kunai, explosive tags, flash and smoke bombs, ninja wire, a Kusarigama, kunais/chain hidden in his coat's sleeves. Being a Medical Ninja also allows him to have all the needed tools (listed below). Feitan also has Leg Weights which upon removing them, he gains +20 damage to kicks and x2 speed. Learning NB Tai has made Feitan faster than he is.
Howling Dragon - Hauringdoragon: Feitan finally after training for so long with Velvet learnt her own unique style of fighting, allowing the quick use of draining the chakra from his opponents swiftly and sending it back in the form of powerful shock-waves that causes horrendous internal damage. Because of the harsh training she put himself through to learn this style and because of the properties this style has, the damage in his own Taijutsu increased along with the striking speed of his limbs to be increased to that of twice his own speed.

Description and Background:Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiry of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants
Description of Side Effects:
-Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed
-Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.

Description and Background:Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach.

This pill alleviates and cancels the symptoms of blood loss after one turn. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or administer in combat and are essentially dark red small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach

-Taking 2 pills leads to increased blood pressure, and increased likelihood of blood clots forming, specially through trauma.

Hiruko has displayed such a technique when he fought against a multitude Naruto clones, where he used the barrier similar to this one, which upon contact completely erased the clones out of their existence. This nameless move also follows the same principles. Upon the formation of one handseal, the user flarres up in red chakra which will go up skyward while simultaneously generating a purple barrier all around himself (it won't travel underground) which reaches mid range both horizontally and vertically. The red chakra which surrounds user's body connects with the purple barrier, as it has the same reach vertically only. The barrier can absorb chakra from any construct and is very solid in nature, able to deal with any solid element, however it will still abide by Dark Release's S&W (S-ranks for elements weak to dark; A-rank for neutrals and B-rank for elements strong to Dark). Since the user basically has a connection to this barrier from the red chakra connection to it, anything the barrier absorbs is passively sent to the user's marks. Upon contact with an actual enemy, the barrier won't only deal fatal damage to them, but it will also absorb a total of 60 chakra. For every 20 chakra this barrier absorbs from anything, the user can use it to perform Dark techniques which require absorption. Description: Twin Dragon Rings are two almost identical rings which are made of solid, indestructible, coil-patterned gray material, with respective colored gems in the middle. One ring's gem has a dark/red pigment, whereas the other one has a light blue/light yellow shade. The gems are surrounded by two dragons facing the opposite of each other. It is said that they originate from an isolated region of the ninja world. The person who has created them remains a mystery, but legend says that he died upon finishing creating those. In the last moments of his life, he gifts them to his two twin sons. The sons, however, became corrupted with power and started using them for bad deeds. Eventually, they would confront each other and have a death-match. At the end of the fight, both brothers fell lifeless, however, the rings respectively on their fingers remained shiny. The twins' corpses started to rot, but nature had no effect on such rings. People would also not near the rings because they believed they would cast a curse upon you. That said, the rings have remained untouched for ages. During his travels, Feitan got to find about these rings. Without worrying about anything, he would take a hold of the two rings. Studying them, he realized that these could be used to amplify his main ability; Dark Release. With that in mind, he began working on these rings and would put them on.
The main thing Feitan noticed about these two rings, is that both rings were always ready to give the user extra chakra when needed. Making use of this feature, Feitan manipulated these rings to amplify his Dark Release techniques. The dark/red ring, he would name it the "Absorption" ring, and the light blue/yellow one, he would name it the "Release" ring. The rings also have the ability to sense any kind of chakra or energy, both techniques and beings alike (people, summons, clones, etc). The mechanism of this lies within the rings constantly releasing dark chakra waves omnidirectionally, similar to Revival Fist technique. However, unlike the actual technique, these shock waves are harmless. These shockwaves are invisible and act like detectors and sonars, but will take 5 chakra points every turn from the user. Description: After opening the first level of the seal, the user forcefully opens the seal completely, unleashing the full extent of Senjutsu Chakra contained in it which floods his body. Because this Senjutsu Chakra is raw and is fueled by the enzymes extracted from Jugo's DNA, the user will experience a physical transformation unique to him. As the seal opens, the previous black markings glow almost like fire and grow covering the user completely. As the transformation ends, his skin gains a grayish tone, his sclera becomes black and his eyes change in shape. The transformation is unique from user to user but always has some animalistic feature to it. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body.While in this stage the user gains +30 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +20 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is improved as is his speed. Once it deactivates (regardless of being willed or timing out), it leaves the user drained of stamina for 2 turns as well as unable to mold chakra above A-Rank or use Taijutsu above B-Rank for 2 turns. His speed drops drastically (2 base ranks) as the damage and pain produced by the stress on his body overcomes the user. After those 2 turns, the user regains some of his ability to mold chakra, with each turn increasing by one the rank of chakra he can mold.

This is accomplished by partially mastering the spreading of the Senjutsu Chakra released from the cursed mark and enabling it to effectively only affect one area of the body. While in this state, half of the user's face becomes grayed according to the side of the body that the user transforms their body. While within this state, the user is not granted the power boosts of either of the cursed levels. This technique is only used to grant the user extra appendages for a duration of time.

Description: A seal with the word 'Maintain' will be placed somewhere on the users body. The seal will passively drain chakra from the user which it will then redirect into the surroundings so as to detect attempts at manipulating space (affords no other kind of sensory). When a technique that seeks to distort space/time is utilised within the users vicinity (Mid range radius) this seal will activate, passively draining chakra from the user to erect a barrier that will instantly spread outwards and prevent the space time continuum from being manipulated - in effect the seal will serve to neutralize space time techniques such as summoning jutsu, or techniques that utilise portals such as 'Stick Earth Drop' from being utilised as it forcibly maintains the fabric of space and time. The seal activates automatically upon detecting an attempt at space/time manipulation, and is effective against such jutsu up to, and including A rank. However it is wholly ineffective against S ranked space time manipulation (Such as S rank summoning techniques as the jutsu utilises more chakra than this technique to bring a stronger summon to the field, however it will still be effective against lower ranked space time techniques even if the substance that they attempt to bring to the field is higher ranked)
Note:
- The user can start the battle with the seal already placed, in which case it must be posted at either the start of the battle or in the users bio. Otherwise the user will have to manually place the seal, which counts as a move and can only be done twice.
- The seal can only activate once per turn, and the user cannot use Fuinjutsu above A rank the turn after it triggers.
- The seal passively drains 5 chakra from the user per turn
- When triggered, a barrier of the appropriate strength will be set up (i.e A rank to counter A rank S/T) that will prevent the space time technique and last for that turn. An A rank barrier can be set up once, and a B rank barrier can only be set up twice. For C rank and below however, on account of there being virtually no S/T techniques that weak barring the summoning of certain lesser animals, the barrier can be triggered continuously to prevent these critters from taking to the field.
- As activation is passive, (But does count towards move count) the user is free to continue as normal.
- Won't work on 'Flying Thunder God' as it is a S ranked Space-Time technique.

(Fuuin: Bachi no Fukyuu) - Sealing Technique: Bane of the Immortal

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for "Eternal". The seal lies dormant and is passively activated whenever the opponent tries to seal or drain the user's chakra and/or abilities. The seal will instantly release an intangible barrier that surrounds the user's body like an armour. Any abilities which act externally such as the canon techniques Multiple Infinite Embraces or Living Barrier will be unable to affect anything inside the barrier, namely the user's body. Seals which act internally will first have their chakra be absorbed by the barrier (happens instantly and so before they can come into effect) and once erected, the barrier will prevent any further insertion of chakra while active. The seal is self-sustaining and will involuntary leech chakra from the user's body. This is for the express purpose of maintaining this technique even when the user can't use or mold chakra. This is possible as the chakra still exists within the user as it is equivalent of their very life-force. This can counter S-Rank and below sealing techniques. This cannot be activated manually and will only ever activate under the aforementioned conditions. It lasts for four turns or until the ability attempting to seal or drain the user's chakra or abilities is no longer active, whichever is longer.
