History:Was abandoned as a child and grew up at the notoriously dangerous area know as Meteor City. Not much is known about feitan nobody has ever got the chance to actually connect with him cause of his cold personality.All we pretty much know is he only respects you if your strong. He only has an alliance that will help him get stronger and he is a cold blooded killer. Quite a blunt headed fellow he believes nobody can beat him and if they do beat him. One day they will suffer the consequences.
