I have uploading trouble, so i can't make you but can tell you how to make some :-
Find a nice or whatever pic you like>Open photoshop or office picture manager (if you have)> Select crop image> crop the image in whatever size you want > upload image to any image hosting site > Ta da your sig or avy. (whatever you've made is done) can be used anywhere you like.

I hope i'm not too confusing i guess
