It's not true speed, it's teleportation, which is instant.
You can't measure the amount of time it takes to perform something instant, because it's instant.
And do you have any scan to prove that Sasuke is faster than Naruto?
Naruto is Ashura's reincarnation, and naturally he should be faster.
Sasuke was already in the air when Naruto was forming the BDRS.

Actually i think she got rid of sasuke because she wanted to concentrate fully on naruto without distractions...sasukes attacks were doing nothing to her, perfect susanoo was useless, his teleportation couldnt do anything to her, his ninjutsu was useless....whereas naruto was to unpredictable for her he became so annoying bz and her decided to just outright kill him....thus sasuke was moved away so she can deal with naruto...if she thought sasuke was the bigger threat she would have seperated naruto and fought sasuke personally...but that wasnt the case, sasuke was chilling in desert world while naruto is fighting.
