1.- When Kabuto says that Itachi cant kill him didnt mean that he was stronger, it meant that if he kills him yher wont be a way to undo the edo tensei.
2.- When Kabuto said that he can be wound and has speed recover doesn't show a thing, or does it?
3.- He blocked his eye sight. So he can be caught under a genjutsu by sound. And even by the izanami from Itachi.
4.- Edo tensei isn't invincible. There is a lot of ninjas that can do the same as Itachi. For example Shisui, Minato, Itachi, Obito, Madara (that already did), Tobirama and Orochimaru.
Also, the image from Zetsu saying he is invincible, he meant by Sasuke. There is no way he can win. Also, we all know that he isnt. He is one of the best. But his low stamina and vision stops him to be stronger. And lets be honest and accept it is true.
And the databook image you put doesn't say anything with god weapons.
