Wtf? Kakashi invented those techniques and his dad killed him self when he was like, really young. According to the manga, kakashi was just finishing making the chidori before the battle where he got obito's eye.

Truth is we have no ****ing idea what skills Sakumo had, or even if he was lightning natured in the first place. For all we know he was the greatest senbon user the village had ever seen.
