It set him up for this other ability Gaara showcased.

A sealing technique that doesn't allow the opponent to breathe. Now I know you might say that Madara cut through it like butter. But that's because of his Susanoo.

Could this make Gaara w/ Shukaku top 10 Material? Your thoughts?

Nope, not really, first problem, Madara rushed into the fray there, not all ninja would do that, and for overly speedy ninjas like Ay or Gai, i doubt they would be caught with that level of attack

I just wanted to know how strong his teamwork with shukaku could make him. It wasn't that serious.

If Gaara can do that with any sand at his disposal, I'd be more inclined to believe you.

Like instead of firing bullets of sand at people (who can possibly dodge), have Gaara rain down a torrent of sand to achieve that effect.

Think Deva Path's Rain Tiger At Will Technique and that's essentially what I'm saying.

Gaara's father thought Gaara's sand was Shukaku's in the early war. If you combine them the way it is now, Itll be a stronger duo than before.

And I don't intend to look forward to'em...If the combined assault of Gaara and Shukaku is mentioned then it's nothing much a reliable proof since Madara casually walked into it and still survived easily until Naruto joined the fray...

Many Shinobis IMO can easily avoid that combo...

And Gaara is nowhere near Top10...
