Why? Naruto through the whole shippuden series has shown he is intelligent. He is a genius IMO he just isn't a genius in the exact same way as Itachi or Sasuke etc
Ninjutsu: Sasuke, already has 2 elments fire and raiton, which he uses at master level
Taijutsu: naruto, i would give him this because of sage mode, and never really seeing sasuke do much taijutsu
Genjutsu: sasuke, naruto knows none
Intelligence:sasuke, sasuke is a genius, self explanatory
Strength: don't quite get this 1 but, equal
Stamina:Naruto, has nine tailed fox and because he is uzumaki has tons of natural chakra
Speed: naruto ,controlled jinchurki mode
Reflexes: sasuke, ems sharingan
Defense:sasuke ,susano shielded with amatersu
Weapon usage: sasuke showed to be more capable with weapon usage than naruto
Overall:sasuke wins the majority, but we all know kishi would make their fight equal

Ninjutsu: Sasuke (mastered both katon and raiton, also has chidori variations and blaze release, naruto only has kage bunshin,rasenshuriken, and rasengan, three jutsu just doesn't cut it, forgot to mention kirin for sasuke)
Taijutsu: naruto in sm cause of frog kata and sm pre cog.
Genjutsu: Sasuke, no need for explanations.
Intelligence: Sasuke, feats against Itachi,deidara and danzo attest to that, plus sasuke has a higher IQ. Naruto has like street intelligence but that aint enough, I don't count raikage feat, without dodai telling him where the raikage got the scar, he doesn't know to contact hachibi since he won't know where he got the scar, without hachibi telling him what happened, he doesn't figure it out, and without Killer Bee telling him about the similarities between bijuu dama and rasengan when they were training, he doesn't know that the rasengan can do a similar job to what the bijuu dama did. Why do people keep saying sasuke was dumb because Itachi manipulated him, he was a traumaticed kid at the time and his own brother prayed on that and used him to try and turn him into a konoha loyal dawg. Tobi told him the truth and he made his own decision, even tobi admitted that he didn't know how sasuke would react when he heard the truth, being manipulated by tobi? Because he wants to destroy konoha? Konoha is the most corrupt village and have the closest ties to akatsuki, also having the most members in the akatsuki and they opressed and killed his family when they tried to fight for their rights, sasuke has every right to destroy konoha, they destroyed his family, though I don't understand why he thinks Itachi is innocent , the guy betrayed his family and tried to turn him into a puppet for the very people that ordered the death of his family after trying to supress their power and influence for years while promoting the senju, and recently tried to control him with shisui's jutsu, what a good brother he turned out to be, if you can consider trying to turn your brother into a mindless puppet for the people responsible for his family's death being a good brother. Anyway if we're talking about on the battle intelligence without any plot no jutsu to favor anyone, then sasuke.
Strength: Naruto (SM strength) although sasuke's sasunoo showed great power and speed against danzo, crushing him and squashing him to death on many occasions, but I suppose this must refer to the actual limbs of the person doing the strength feats, so naruto.

Maybe with coming up with a plan in the last minutes of a fight though that's about it. Naruto is not a genius in any other sense of the word, not by a LONG fricking shot.

Doesn't matter what Sasuke has done through the series.
Sasuke Dodged V1 Raikage, Naruto Dodged V2 Raikage who was going all out.
That Feat Alone Puts naruto Above sasuke.
Sasuke can't even Track v2 Raikage, Let alone Dodge Him.

Taijutsu: Sasuke- He has Strong Fist which he can still use, he has Sharingan which makes him see everything clearer and better.
Genjutsu: Sasuke- Naruto can't use genjutsu
Intelligence: Draw- They are both very battle smart.
Strength: Naruto- Kyuubi form is very destructive.
Stamina: Naruto- Kyuubi chakra.
Speed: Naruto- Kyuubi form
Reflexes: Sasuke- Sharingan levels his reflexes up!
Defense: Sasuke- Susano'o Yata Mirror.
Weapon usage: Sasuke- He uses a sword effectively, Naruto hardly ever uses weapons, unless you count Rasenshuriken as one.
Overall: They are both very strong, I would say a tie. Sasuke is underestimated and Naruto is overestimated. Just because Itachi let Sasuke win their fight doesn't mean Sasuke fought bad, and just because Naruto beat pain doesn't mean he's God.

well naruto dodge it because it was direct
when he attacked sasuke he went behind him also i think sasuke could of avoid that attack he just thought the raikage wouldn't be stupid enough to hit him with amaterasu up
