This is less of a mind-blowing thread and more of "food for thought"; "incase you didnt know" kind of stuff.
Introduction
The whole thing started out with me convincing a person that the tailed beasts have Chakra, which goes without saying but I digress... When doing so I stumbled upon a contradiction:
So with this we see that the Juubi has no Chakra but just Nature Energy... But then how do you explain...
Kurama along with the other Tailed Beasts have been refered to as having Chakra multiple times in the Manga, Chakra which they recieved from the Juubi:
So then the question is, how can the Juubi have Chakra and not have Chakra at the exact same time?

Contradiction
The contradiction is found within these 2 scans but also explained within these 2 scans:
Note that in the first scan Naruto states "The Bad Chakra of the [Gedo] Mazou Disappeared", and in the second scan Obito state's "But the Juubi's Chakra was so massive and so foul."
The common notion here is that the Juubi's Chakra is Foul/Bad, The key thing to keep in mind is that the Juubi's transformation isnt finished yet!
Over the course of its Transformation it will go from having purely Nature Energy to having Chakra.

Ever Changing
To best exemplify this we will look at how the Juubi's Tailed Beast Bombs change over time:
1) The first TBB is unrefined, it didnt even retain its shape, one can call it the TBB in its rawest form.
2) This is the TBB of the Juubi after its 1st Transformation, This one takes shape and can be used at a long distance.
This change in TBB shape reflects an increase in skill/ability.
Now what we see is that with each transformation it gets more control of Shape of the TBB, this is known as Shape Transformation. Minato's Rasengan was proclaimed to be Shape Transformation [
Overtime we see the Juubi becoming not more powerful as much as, more skilled. I believe that rather than becoming more powerful with each transformation the Juubi is gaining more access to things:
With its First/Base form it acquired its Nature Energy
With its 2nd Transformation it gained Yang Energy, which explains the use of Mokuton (Mokuton Clones). [
With its 3rd/Juubito Transformation it gained Yin Energy, which not only allowed access to ninjutsu and also senjutsu, allowing it to know make use of the Black Balls, Onmyoudon and other unknown techniques.
Now being naturally composed of Nature Energy that would make it a True Perfect Sage, unlike other sages who must find ways to incorporate Nature Energy into their Chakra, Juubito naturally has Nature Chakra within him at his disposal, in a sense it makes up his Chakra. He is Naturally a Perfect Sage.

Conclusion
Its pretty simple, The Juubi's final form is composed of not just chakra but malevolent sinister chakra, this is the chakra that was divided by the Sage and this is what Naruto sensed inside of the Gedo. When the Juubi was revived it was merely a small portion of it, the Nature portion of it, and with each trasnformation the Juubi gains Yin Energy, Yang Energy, and lastly control.
Juubito does infact not only have Chakra but Senjutsu Chakra, as he is a Natural Sage.
