He still does, He still kills people in the name of science and not but 5 minutes ago (Right before he was sealed) he was trying to get Sasuke's Body. Everybody thinks that because he is helping Sasuke that he is suddenly a good guy and has gone back on all the things he has done in the past, do people think he is going to join Sasuke's merry band of misfits?
Now what I am saying is that Orochimaru is a bad guy. He always will be by nature. What we are talking about here is wether or not him getting Sasuke's body will set him up as a FV. And let me reitterate that him getting Sasuke's body will not hurt Sasuke in the slightest, he will merely be using Zetsu's Shapeshifting Technique to become a perfect copy of Sasuke.
Now the logic behind Orochimaru not being a FV (Future Villian) is that if Kishimotto would do this because there would be no way to address what happens and how that situation ends within this arc. So if he does that the manga will have to enter another arc to explain how that situation ends, and since people see this arc as the end of the manga it stands to reason that this cannot happen since Kishi wouldnt leave the manga on cliffhanger (Or would he?).
But my question to people who feel like something like this would make Orochimaru a Future Villian is "When did he stop being a Villian?". If Orochimaru has Sasuke's body he wouldnt do anything with it that he wouldnt already do with his body. His experiments will still continue, his motives will remain unchanged. So him recieving a power up like this only perpetuates the idea that he is a villian but the fact that he is a villian still wouldnt have changed.
And the question being begged, in regards to Orochimaru's next venture, would be begged regardless of whether he got Sasuke's body or not. And so the argument that X cannot happen because it will make Y a Future villain is self defeating if Y is already a villian. Which Orochimaru is.
