Yes, unfortunately, but he seems alright with it and we are still friends even now.

I'm 32 and believe me, the fun won't be over when you're an adult. I found being grown up easier. You have different kind of problems depending on how old you are but every age has its ups and downs and own problems. I think you shouldn't worry about it. We grow up slowly so we have all the time in the world to get used to it. Just don't pressurize yourself or try to be like others too much. Don't fear being unusual because there is no such a thing as the standard age for certain stuff. Things will in the end go the way you want.

I think most people have friendzoned someone. Even if it was unintentional.

Have anything ever come out with person you friendzoned? I don't actually understand this ''friendzone'' It's not like I don't have female friends, it's just what kind of zone is it? You're mature enough, you should have had *** with friends just for fun of it?! ''drunk''

I think this is a barrier boys put up into theyr heads.. after they had no guts to tell about theyr fealings to a girl.... and slowly becoming friends with no benefits  they are scared to lose what they have and they are the ones who built this ''friend zone'' not a girl.

female friends - your friends girlfriends, you can have female friends but if she's a good looking theres no WAY man would be not interested in ''<3'' because she's a ''friend''

Yes, unfortunately, but he seems alright with it and we are still friends even now.

maybe you friend zoned a wrong person?

I guess I don't understand what you mean. I have plenty of guy friends that I have no interests in sexually. Whether they have a physical interest in me is their problem to figure out whether they can handle a platonic relationship or not.

they can but... they're always ready. I was just wondering about true friendship between girl and boy... doesn't sound possible

it does from girls point of view but not sure about mens

Maybe. One of my besties is a guy that I grew up with. We attempted dating and it was awkward.

I envy you, I'm 29 going on 30, slight silver strands in my hair but I never had a true teenage life. I was older than my time and always given adult responsibilities. I thought like a teacher and became the youngest TA in my school. When I was 17 both my grandparents died and we were dealing with funeral arrangements, moving to a new home, etc...

There is a good side to aging though! Now that I'm almost 30, with my emotions settled, I think a lot clearer.

You see, life will actually get better for you. Lack of changing hormones will make thinking easier and you will see things in a different light.

Despite being 29, it really is just a number though. I still love anime, watch cartoons, plays games. None of that changes as you age unless you let it affect you. Life may be busy now, but once you settle in, socializing and fun can be squeezed into your schedule. Don't let it overwhelm you.
i'm really happy to know that there someone who's almost 30 years old and still love anime :D

I'll be honest, I'm extremely scared of growing up, I really don't want to. I love being a kid.

me too !! well i'm 12 years old :yay: but i still wish i can return to being 9 years old .
being a kid is the best !! it's like you're in your own world you don't have any responsabilities and you don't have any problems your parents do everything for you .

The only thing you should be responsible for is your own happiness. Everything else will fall in line. Do what you want as long as it's no expense to others. We humans like to use animal and/or insect analogies when we want to belittle someone's worth. This is a privilege of a superior mind. If a species with a much higher/omnipotent intelligence ever existed, our way of life would be in jeopardy of being mocked. The human race routine of 'growing up' (Dropping things we did as 'children') is only as paramount to our actual brain's maturity as our minds believes it to be. The trick is, don't let other people's mental conceptions of life or 'adulthood' keep you from having fun or being happy. An ant lives the life of ant, and live to its fullest, but we can't even manage none of that. We can live in so many ways if we free ourselves of worldly preconceptions. It is a mockery to ourselves as individuals to limit our minds to a way of life that was created from the perspective of other minds. Everyone is just so plain and boring now. Your mind is a gift and a key to happiness. Don't let them steal it. ;)
