I dated a few times but they were losers in every meaning of the word. Right now I have many guy friends but that's all I want for the time being. You could say I encountered my own Sasuke and I'm not quite recovered still.

And sorry to hear that. It's been 7 years for me, but only because I finally gave up on him last year when I realized he would not stop doing bad things. He turned on all of us who loved him and we were tired of being hurt because of it. I was the last to let go.

I think we've all been through something similar. It's so easy to hang on to someone that's obviously not good for you. Unfortunately, I will never be rid of my ex.

Oh it's a little more complicated than that. We have a daughter together and he's very involved in her life which I'm happy about.

I let myself feel for him, but unlike Sasuke he returned my affection long enough for me to be willing to help him and do stuff for him, then when he found even more "willing" female company he got rid of me. I cared about his happiness and health and tried to stop him for going down a bad path, he chose a girl that would do his every bidding.
