This is going to be my interpretation of Madara's comment to Sasuke.​

Madara's Statement​

There are 2 important things said here:

- Straight Comma Sharingan
- I can see why you move so well

Before I move on to what I believe this means I want to elaborate on the different types of Sharingans:

Now from here we can split these Sharingans into 2 kinds of Sharingans, Circular and Straight (Keep in mind that just because a Sharingan has a slight curve that doesn't make it circular.)

Straight Comma Sharingan - Izuna, Sasuke,

Curve Comma Sharingan - Madara, Kakashi, Itachi

Straight Comma: Straight Comma's are better at predicting movements, which helps the Uchiha fight against someone in hand to hand combat.

Curve Comma: Curve Comma's are better at predicting and copying Jutsu and countering, which is what helped Kakashi learn over 1000 Jutsu.

Straight Comma Sharingans - Allow better tracking/prediction of movements
Curve Comma Sharingans - Allow better tracking/prediction of Jutsu

This explains Madara's Comment "I can see why you can move so well"

I think people are looking too much into this. Its pretty obvious what Madara was talking about if you don't read too much into it. Madara was implying what we already knew: each MS is different (though we only thought that the MS design's implied different MS tech). Madara enlightened us to the fact that with each MS design, there are also personal characteristics that are implied. Madara said that Sasuke is able to move quickly because his MS is a "straight swirl", referring to his EMS design. What this means is quite simply, the different MS/EMS designs give unique personal characteristics to characters. Madara's EMS is more circular, thus Madara inferred that his MS design grants him a different unique battle strength.

Ultimately, yes, but not the first thing, that comes to mind, when thinking of a comma, since it exists in various shapes. A swirl on the other hand...

Btw, nice, short, and simple theory/explanation. Might not be that obvious, if you don't put too much attention to the sharingan, but then again, you probably wouldn't care, about what Madara called it
