Favourite Unseen Naruto Character

Who is your favourite currently unseen Naruto character?

And by 'unseen' I mean characters who we may or may have not seen but haven't had a line of real dialogue. So people like Hanzo or Kin/Gin don't count.

Mine will always be Mangetsu Hozuki. A hidden mist boy who can't be hit AND mastered all 7 Swords of the Mist? That's...amazing. Also going by his brother he must've had a fun personality and we still don't know how he died! He was brought back but weaponless and speechless. Shame. When people look back and say what other arcs we should've had and characters that should've been explored my only 2 suggestions are a Root/Danzo arc and a Mist Swordsmen arc (w/Meis backstory too) so much potential.​

The 3rd Mizukage. Literally nothing has been given about this person, he or she has never even been mentioned. Makes me think he or she was some brutal, brutal dictator whom the current Kirigakure just doesn't like talking about.

One bit of information does actually exist, now that I think about it. He or she should have been the Mizukage of the 3rd World War, the one where Obito was crushed by the boulder. After Obito is brought to the battlefield where Kakashi is fighting the Kiri Anbu and Rin dies, and Obito goes berserk, one of the Anbu agents shouts "don't underestimate the Bloody Mist"
So perhaps the 3rd Mizukage is behind that dark period of the village's history.

Damn this is a good one. The guy who we know nothing about was behind a lot of stuff in the series, a Hidden Mist arc should've happened in Shippuden, to solve these mysteries.

Even before we explore the Third, I think the slightest bit of backstory for Mei would be in order also- because she's the only one we haven't had one for and she's one of the most interesting mysteries in the manga. Maybe throw the Swordsmen and my Mangetsu in there too.\

But then again the dark era of the Hidden Mist from what we've heard only really happened with Yagura's (Tobi's reign) - "She became Mizukage in recent years, after the dreadful reign of Yagura ended, and has worked tirelessly to recreate diplomatic relations with other villages, as well as reform internal policies." - Narutopedia.... so it's possible the Third really was just a nobody.

Since I wanna know more about the Uzumaki Clan, I guess I'll go for Mito.
I'm also curious about Hozuki Mangetsu, Hatake Sakumo and as someone mentioned earlier, the one who beget the God of Shinobi, Sarutobi Sasuke.
