Masked Man Tobi was so BA... It was definitely the time when he was doing all of his most infamous actions from the shadows. Controlling the mizukage, using Kurama so attack the village, fighting Minato 1v1... I honestly think his black fame mask with his hood up is the coolest Tobi design. It certainly is the most evil mastermind-y design he has. The new mask is cool, but it's more about combat and being "no one". The fire-y mask is about working from the shadows not taking on everyone in the open.

War Tobi is probably the only phase of the character that I like, the costume and the general aura that surrounds him is great.

More specifically, I really liked his transition into serious tobi. That was one of my favorite anime episodes in naruto because its so amazing XD

rinnegan tobi was a little dissapointing, maybe cuz I was always waiting for him to get the byakugan on the forhead or something but it was just kinda meh

Thank God i was not the only one who was expecting him to gauge a hole on his forehead and put a byakugan there; it seemed missing to me.
On the topic; goofy Tobi was the best; i miss him.
