I like Uryu and the 2nd to last guy. I have a theory that the 2nd to last guy with the mustache and glasses is Uryu's grandfather,Soken, with a fresher body. I don't wanna go too much into it here but if you wanna hear me out

His face has a lot of the same structures that old Soken had and they are spirits after all, seeing as all the Quincy except Ishida and his father were killed plus only 3 humans have entered Soul Society that we know of-Orihime/Chad and Uryu.
