I said in the first post that I was being a bit loose with the whole 'death' deal. Hinata VS Pain may not have had her actually DYING per se in it but it was still VERY much a death scene and way more emotional than most deaths in the show. Which is why Kabuto and Obito are on there too.

i used to think that jiraiya's death was the best then itachi's but, after seeing kisame die like a BOSS, i have to give to him. am really glad that kishi gave him a fitting sick death.
